Although Shawn doesn't know why a Divine Plane would agree to such meddling, the original text says the Yu Lan Plane was renamed after the High Priest unified the continent;

If a Material Plane's Lord God is still alive, he can easily ensure the plane's name never changes, but if he dies, over countless trillions of years countless masters may arise, and once any of them wishes to rename it, the name should indeed change.

Andrei shook his head and said, "I don't know that, and what's stranger is that this plane originally belonged to the Nether Realm, managed by the Lord God army near my Nether Sea Plane's teleport array;

but billions of years ago, for unknown reasons it was transferred to the Bright Divine Plane; I asked my commander, and he told me it was the Lord God's command."

"Did the Lord God's command specify which Lord God?" Shawn asked again.

Andrei hesitated briefly, then transmitted, "Lord Han Li, I heard it was the Death Sovereign, but I'm not certain."

Shawn nodded and asked, "Will the management rights of the Material Plane be swapped between Divine Planes?"

Andrei said, "It is said that countless trillions of years ago, long before the An Landa Material Plane was exchanged with the Bright Divine Plane;

at that time the Lord Gods placed great importance on the Material Plane, even dispatching numerous god‑level beings to battle there, and swapping control of the Material Plane was a common occurrence;

but later, for unknown reasons, the Lord Gods lost interest; the Material Plane underwent a distribution, being assigned to eleven Divine Planes, each managing its own Material Plane, and no further exchanges occurred;

In my experience, the An Landa Material Plane is the first to have its control rights exchanged."

"If that's the case, it does seem somewhat abnormal," Shawn thought.

It involves the Death Sovereign, and the scene I saw was Ao Fu and Ao Gu Si Ta killing Fei Si Te, but it was likely a transaction among the three Sovereigns after Fei Si Te's death;

Why does the Bright Sovereign want this plane?

Fei Si Te is already dead, so possessing the plane is useless; the possible explanation is that he knows the Lord God Essence lies within this Material Plane, and he may have spent a huge price to have the Death Sovereign hand the plane over to him.

After all, Fei Si Te died around his own Material Plane, so Ao Fu and Ao Gu Si Ta could, by probing with their divine senses, detect the Material Plane's Lord God‑ranked magical array; they could not possibly not desire the Lord God Essence, even if they cannot use it themselves.

But if this plane is in the Bright Sovereign's possession, I cannot go directly; if a Great Perfection were to happen upon the plane by chance and be discovered by the Bright Sovereign, even out of deference to the Death Sovereign they might not trouble me, yet being watched would make it impossible to continue plotting later.

Although the chance of a Sovereign constantly watching a single Material Plane is low, there could be a Lord God army; its members have divine avatars, and even Great Perfection cannot silently eliminate them without a trace.
