Chapter 177

Early the next morning, County Party Committee Secretary Gao Yuanfei and County Chief Hu Chengwei came to the County Middle School playground, but they saw Lu Fan, who came earlier, directing water trucks and workers to repair the site.

The two chatted while walking. When they reached the rostrum, Gao Yuanfei said: "This Lu Fan is messing around! Chengwei, it's inappropriate to put flower baskets there. It has nothing to do with military training. Secretary Li is very pragmatic. He will be angry if he sees these flower stands!"

Hu Chengwei said without changing his face: "Indeed, it's military training, not an art performance. I'll let him take them away later!"

On campus, the atmosphere was tense and enthusiastic. Students were dressed in neat military training uniforms, full of spirit, conducting the final rehearsal.

On the school playground, colorful flags were fluttering and slogans were eye-catching. Each square formation was arranged neatly and uniformly, and the students were focused and listened to the command seriously.

The leaders were about to arrive, and the staff were busy running around, arranging the inspection site, adjusting the sound equipment, and ensuring the smooth progress of the performance, hoping to welcome the inspection of City Party Committee Secretary Li Mingzhou and Education Department Director Huang Ming with the best performance.

At 8:30, a Coaster drove into the campus, and Secretary Li Mingzhou and Director Huang Ming finally arrived!

The scene erupted in warm applause, and everyone's faces were filled with enthusiastic smiles, welcoming the arrival of the leaders.

After Li Mingzhou got off the car, looking at the neat and orderly scene, he smiled and said: "Comrade Huang Ming, have you felt the style of our Yingjiang teenagers?"

Huang Ming hurriedly said: "Neat military uniforms, heroic posture, children's expressions are focused, eyes are firm, revealing a kind of rigor and confidence. Secretary Li, it is indeed well-deserved! This style in our Qinchuan Province, I am seeing it for the first time!"

Gao Yuanfei hurriedly stepped forward to shake hands and said slightly excitedly: "Welcome Secretary Li and Director Huang to Ningyang to inspect and guide work!"

Li Mingzhou smiled: "You are Comrade Yuanfei, right? The military training is done very well. I heard about it as soon as I came to Yingjiang, and I came to see it specially today!"

Then, Li Mingzhou shook hands with the leaders of Ningyang one by one.

But when it was Lu Fan's turn, a surprising scene happened!

Before Lu Fan finished his self-introduction, Li Mingzhou actually smiled and said: "You are Comrade Lu Fan, right! You are indeed a young cadre with drive, methods, and courage! The military training in the Ningyang area is being paid attention to by the Provincial Party Committee. The excellent results achieved by Ningyang in this year's high school and college entrance exams are gratifying and worth celebrating! A series of successful measures and advanced experiences in education in Ningyang can be promoted in the whole city!"

Hearing Li Mingzhou's praise, Lu Fan couldn't help but feel flattered and hurriedly responded modestly: "Secretary, I dare not deserve it! Ningyang's education can achieve significant progress, all thanks to the correct leadership and full support of the County Committee and County Government! Take this military training for example, Secretary Gao personally strictly checked the military training plan, and County Chief Hu took out 6 million for logistics support, so that the military training could be completed with high quality!"

Li Mingzhou completely repeated Secretary Chen Deming's evaluation, which is to express an attitude. After coming to work in Qinchuan Province, he will firmly obey the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee!

Gao Yuanfei and Hu Chengwei were secretly shocked, and at the same time, they were annoyed. They still lacked political sensitivity, did not see the situation clearly, and did not attach enough importance to education!

City Party Committee Secretary Li Mingzhou's personal presence added a sense of solemnity and solemnity to the whole performance.

At nine o'clock, the leaders took their seats on the rostrum, and the Ningyang County 2014 Summer Military Training Closing Ceremony and Reporting Performance were grandly held on the County Middle School playground.

The closing ceremony was presided over by County Middle School Principal Huang Jian.

The closing conference began, and everyone stood solemnly and sang the national anthem. Rows of neat olive colors in the playground, heads held high, heroic and heroic, solemn and solemn.

This is a test of the results of military training and an important display of Ningyang County's education work. All teachers and students will go all out to show their mental outlook and training results and hand in a satisfactory answer sheet for this military training performance.

Then the instructor captain issued the order for the military reporting performance, and all students stepped in neat steps and marched towards the rostrum.

The voices of the commanders at the scene were loud, the instructions were clear, and they commanded the various square formations to conduct drills.

The students walked in vigorous steps, their movements were neat and uniform, showing a high degree of discipline and well-trained military literacy.

Each class square formation took turns to display items such as marching in step, marching in step, and running in step, especially in the military boxing performance link, their movements were neat, their fists and feet were powerful, and they won bursts of applause.

In the nine days of military training life, the students withstood the test of the scorching sun and high-intensity exercise. They used their healthy skin color, full spirit, neat steps, and high-spirited fighting spirit to submit a satisfactory answer sheet to everyone, and also laid a solid foundation for the upcoming study life.

The instructors' vigorous and resolute style and their rigorous attitude of saying one thing and doing another deeply influenced every student. When the morning bugle woke up the students' sweet dreams, when the morning exercises pried open their sleepy eyes with the rising sun, the amazing neat internal affairs formed a sharp contrast with the originally sloppy dormitory.

In the collective of military training, everyone is a crucial member. Collective honor and strength are the first priority, and everything one does is to add luster to the collective.

Under this requirement and principle, everyone will consider other people's feelings and the collective's interests more, do their best to help classmates, keep other people's joys and sorrows in mind, and get the happiness and satisfaction brought by caring for others. At the same time, they also realized the friendship between classmates in the help of others, and everyone was undergoing transformation unconsciously!

Fancy things are easy to be exposed, but Ningyang's military training let the leaders see the effect in reality. Li Mingzhou smiled and said to Huang Ming beside him: "The mental outlook is very good, I can see that Ningyang's military training has trained to a level!"

Huang Ming nodded continuously and replied: "Peeping at a spot to know the whole leopard, Ningyang's education has indeed undergone a gratifying transformation. The Education Department will definitely summarize the experience and promote it in the provincial education system!"

After the performance, the school leaders announced the list of outstanding students in this military training, commended the "Model Company" and "Outstanding Little Soldiers", and issued honorary certificates to them.

Then, the representative of the outstanding little soldiers delivered a military training speech: "Until today, I realized that I have 'left' mobile phones and TV for 10 days, and completely left the world of the Internet and videos.

Summer vacation is relaxing and carefree, allowing me to get rid of the fatigue brought by learning. At this time, mobile phones became my 'summer friends', allowing me to immerse myself in the online world for a long time, forgetting exercise, forgetting work and rest, forgetting learning, and forgetting the beauty of the whole world.

When the school notified military training, I hated it in my heart. Who wants to sweat like rain under the scorching sun? But today I found that although the daily training is hard and tiring, and even getting sick and injured, the loud laughter when many instructors and classmates joke together, the loud slogans when training seriously, and the biting persistence when facing difficulties are not brought by the colorful online world.

The sun is also dazzling, but there is no dizziness of screen light. Although lying on the sofa watching mobile phones is comfortable, it is far less fun than hard training. This military training has made me gain a lot, a lot, and it will definitely be the most important lesson in my life..."

The students' speeches were sincere and sincere, deeply touching the leaders on the stage. Secretary Li Mingzhou sighed: "We have always emphasized the importance of education, but most of the time it is just shouting slogans, and there are not many that can be truly implemented. Military training like this is very meaningful. This is the embodiment of truly attaching importance to education!"

After the reporting performance, Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee member and City Party Committee Secretary Li Mingzhou delivered an important speech. He gave a high affirmation to the efforts made by Ningyang and gave high praise to the students' excellent performance in military training.

He firmly believes that after the baptism of this military training, the students will definitely integrate the soldier's tenacious style and spirit into their future study and life, establish lofty ideals, and write a more brilliant and more brilliant life chapter!

Accompanied by the melodious military song, the closing ceremony came to a successful conclusion in a warm atmosphere.

It happened to be lunch time, Secretary Gao Yuanfei's attitude was very firm, wanting to keep Secretary Li Mingzhou for a meal, and said: "Secretary doesn't know, our Ningyang pepper mutton is famous far and near, and the unique cooking process makes the mutton rotten and the soup pure, and the fragrance is overflowing. When Lu Fan was the township secretary in Baishu Bay, he applied for a series of honors such as national geographical indication certification trademark and Qinchuan Province geographical indication trademark, and also signed a supply and sales agreement with the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. It is a designated specialty dish for provincial reception. You must taste it!"

Li Mingzhou smiled: "When in Rome, do as the Romans do, then I have to taste it."

When eating, only ten people sat in the private room. Li Mingzhou sat in the main seat, flanked by Education Department Director Huang Ming and the City Party Committee Secretary-General and Vice Mayor. Even Deputy County Chief Zhao Sijie was not qualified to sit at the table.

But surprisingly, Li Mingzhou actually asked: "Where is Lu Fan? He is the protagonist today, and this mutton was also created by him. Let him come over and introduce his experience!"

So, Lu Fan, who was eating in the next private room, put down his bowl and chopsticks and hurriedly went to the private room where Li Mingzhou was dining.

Unexpectedly, after coming in, Secretary Li just politely praised him twice, but at least it counted as leaving an impression on the City Party Committee Secretary, which is definitely a good thing.

After lunch, Li Mingzhou did not investigate other work and returned directly to the City Party Committee. Director Huang Ming also followed, leaving behind a group of Ningyang leaders who were thoughtful.

That night, the scene of Ningyang military training appeared on provincial and city TV stations, especially the city TV station, which reported the news of Ningyang military training in detail. This was the first public appearance of Secretary Li Mingzhou.

After the military training, the new semester is about to arrive. Lu Fan led the Education Bureau, full of confidence, ready to start a new journey, provide better education resources and teaching environment for teachers and students, continuously improve education quality, and cultivate more outstanding students.
