Chapter 229: Attending the Commendation Conference

On September 1st, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice to hold a celebration of the 31st Teachers' Day and a commendation conference for advanced collectives and individuals in the national education system.

Representatives of advanced collectives and individuals in the national education system who were commended: 5 people from each province outside Jingcheng.

Soon, Lu Fan received a notice from the Provincial Education Department, requiring him to report to the lobby on the first floor of the West Building of the Jingxi Hotel in Jingcheng by 10:00 AM on September 9th at the latest.

Since he was going to attend the commendation conference, he must have won the honor. Lu Fan immediately went to the County Head's office, first to ask for leave in advance, and second to report the good news!

Hearing the good news, Bian Jide was also very happy and smiled, "Being able to win the honor of National Excellent Worker for two consecutive years is definitely worth writing about! This honor belongs not only to you personally but also to the affirmation of the vigorous development of Ningyang's educational cause! With these two dazzling honors as a foundation, your next promotion and reuse will have a basic guarantee!"

Lu Fan said modestly, "This is thanks to the County Head's full support for my work, which allowed me to achieve today's results!"

Suddenly, changing the subject, Lu Fan said with a heavy face, "County Head, you have great kindness to me. There is one thing I want to talk to you about heart-to-heart, so as not to cause you any influence in the future."

Bian Jide seemed to realize something, leaned back, and said, "I'm all ears!"

"County Head, when I was in elementary school, my father passed away because of the reason with Le Xueren's family because..."

For a full ten minutes, Lu Fan detailed the grievances with the Le family, the only thing he concealed was the "dirty disease" of Le Lao San and Le Lao Si. This cannot be admitted at any time or place.

Bian Jide listened very carefully and also fell into deep thought.

For a long time, he sighed, "Now he should be called Vice Provincial Governor Le, in charge of agriculture. I heard that he and Executive Vice Provincial Governor Duan Pengfei are very close!"

"County Head, if something really happens, I sincerely hope it won't bring you any bad influence! Otherwise, I will be uneasy!"

Bian Jide waved his hand and then said seriously, "Things are not as serious as you think. You are a cadre of the Party, a Deputy County Chief of Ningyang County Government, appointed after layers of tests and selections by the organization, and carefully considered by the Ningyang County Party Committee, County Government, Yingjiang Municipal Party Committee, and Municipal Government. You are not some cat or dog, let others be manipulated and bullied at will! In this life, as long as you walk upright and sit straight, work openly and honestly, and do things openly and honestly, we can stand firm at any time!"

Hearing these words, Lu Fan could feel the County Head's care and encouragement, his eyes were a little red, and his heart was full of emotion. He knew how difficult it was for the County Head to say these words, and this kindness was really unrequited!

Lu Fan took a deep breath, trying to control his emotions, not wanting to lose his composure in front of the County Head, and even more not wanting the County Head to think he was a fragile person.

From September 2nd to 5th, Lu Fan used three days to check the education and teaching situation after school started in various schools.

At the County High School, Lu Fan exhorted Principal Zhang Shangjin to urge the construction party to speed up construction, and at the same time, he must do a good job in enclosure protection measures to ensure the safety of the school campus.

At present, the High School teaching building and office building have entered the decoration stage, and the stadium is also about to be completed. At the construction site, Lu Fan further requested: speed up construction, civilized construction, construction vehicles entering and exiting to avoid morning and evening peaks, the school should further do a good job in explaining to parents, pay close attention to the progress of construction, take measures to eliminate safety hazards, and strive to put the teaching building into use as soon as possible, so that 70 or 80 children don't have to squeeze into a classroom.

On September 8th, Lu Fan went to Chang'an, intending to go to Jingcheng with Director Huang Ming tomorrow.

On September 9th, Director Huang Ming led a team, and five commended personnel from the province embarked on the journey to Jingcheng.

Getting off the plane, Lu Fan stepped out of the cabin, and a breath of fresh air came to his face.

Stepping on the land of Jingcheng again, this was his first time to Jingcheng to attend such an important meeting, and a burst of inexplicable tension and excitement surged in his heart.

Several people went to the lobby on the first floor of the West Building of the Jingxi Hotel to report as soon as possible. When stepping into the spacious and bright lobby, an atmosphere of solemnity and solemnity came to his face.

During the reporting process, the staff welcomed them warmly and introduced them to the relevant arrangements and precautions for the meeting.

On September 10th, on the occasion of the 31st National Teachers' Day, the 2015 celebration of Teachers' Day and the commendation conference for advanced collectives and individuals in the national education system were held grandly in the Great Hall of the People in Jingcheng!

Walking into the venue, Lu Fan was extremely excited. He carefully tidied his clothes, took a deep breath, walked into the venue, found his seat and sat down, looked around, and saw many peers from all over the country.

The meeting began, and the Minister of Education presided over the meeting.

Then, a series of leader speeches, Lu Fan listened quietly, his heart full of pride and sense of mission.

The commendation began, and the Minister of Education read: focusing on the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people, teaching and educating people, loving work and dedication, selfless dedication, a large number of advanced models have emerged in the national education system. In order to commend their outstanding contributions and vigorously promote the good social style of respecting teachers and valuing education... the Ministry of Education decided to grant 1,432 comrades the title of "National Excellent Teacher" and grant 158 comrades the title of "National Excellent Educational Worker"...

When he heard his name appear on the list of National Excellent Educational Workers, Lu Fan was extremely excited.

It is a pity that he did not become a representative and walk onto the podium.

At this moment, everyone's sense of mission was bursting, and Lu Fan secretly swore to work harder and contribute more, so that he would not live up to this life!

After the meeting closed, Lu Fan also participated in a series of activities such as the "Lighting up for Teachers" public welfare activity and symposiums.

By the afternoon of September 11th, the itinerary of this meeting was completely over, and Lu Fan gained a lot, as if his soul had been washed to a certain extent!

When walking out of the Jingxi Hotel, Lu Fan saw Li Zimeng standing at the entrance of the hotel with a smile, and hurriedly walked up to greet her.

"See that you have been serving the meeting, are you busy?"

"The meeting is over, of course I'm busy. When do you plan to go back?"

"The flight at eight o'clock in the evening is set."

"So rushed!" Li Zimeng looked at the time and said, "It's still in time, I have to treat you to a meal anyway. Last time I went to Ningyang, you treated me warmly!"

Lu Fan smiled and said, "Listen to you, eat well and don't miss home!"

"Yaoyao is in Jingcheng, where is your home when you are alone?"

The two took a taxi directly to Anzhenli, and Li Zimeng found a small restaurant familiarly, with "Deshunzhai" written on the sign.

If there was no one to lead the way, Lu Fan would definitely not be able to find this fly-small restaurant from the corner.

Although the environment in the house is average, it has a taste that makes people linger. There are five tables in total, and three of them are mahjong tables.

Li Zimeng introduced, "When you want to satisfy your cravings, you still have to take a bite of meat pie. One bite, the meat is fragrant, and it is estimated that it will suit your appetite. Eat full and take the plane!" After speaking, she directly ordered meat pie, irrigation sausage, tendon and brain, as well as mutton skewers and chicken skewers.

"Lu Fan, you must taste it carefully later! The tendon and brain of this shop are stewed particularly soft and delicious, and every bite makes people have an endless aftertaste. The meat skewers really have the taste of childhood. I basically come here once a week."

Hearing this, Lu Fan joked with a smile, "If I get addicted to eating, wouldn't I have to fly to Jingcheng to eat?"

"Haha, no problem! As long as you come, I will reimburse you for the air ticket!" Li Zimeng responded generously.

The two looked at each other and smiled, and began to enjoy the happy time brought by food. While eating meat pie, they talked about the bits and pieces of life, and the atmosphere was very harmonious.

After the meal, Li Zimeng sent Lu Fan to the airport and said, "I wish you a smooth journey. You must tell me when you come to Jingcheng again. There are still many delicious fly restaurants!"

Lu Fan smiled and said, "If there is a chance, I will definitely come, eat delicious food, and see beautiful scenery!"

Looking at Lu Fan's departing back, Li Zimeng stood quietly in place, a trace of reluctance flowing in her eyes.

The breeze gently brushed her hair, bringing a cool feeling, but it could not smooth the waves in the depths of her heart.

After thinking for a period of time, Lu Fan felt that he could not sit and wait for death.

After returning to Ningyang, he called Du Wenlong, Yang Minghao, and Liu Jin Zhu to his home and solemnly explained to them: "Brothers, there is something I want to trouble you with!"

The three brothers said in unison: "Brother Fan, why are you being polite to us? Just tell us if you have anything!"

"Since that's the case, then I won't go around in circles, just get straight to the point! People have to be prepared for a rainy day. Le Xueyi has been in Ningyang for nearly twenty years, and most of the time he has been in a leadership position. What kind of goods he is, I believe everyone knows very well. I want to ask you to collect evidence related to all his violations and disciplinary actions in Ningyang in an all-round way!"

Du Wenlong was the first to say: "Brother Fan, I know what to do!"

Yang Minghao said: "Go all out! Brother Fan, I heard that Le Xueren became a Vice Provincial Governor, it's really blind!"

Liu Jin Zhu stated his position: "Brother Fan, I have basically stood firm in the Criminal Police Team. There are some iron brothers, I will try every means to investigate him. Our brothers are not made of mud!"

Lu Fan exhorted again: "I know the intentions of my brothers. Please be sure to pay attention to concealment and learn to protect yourself at all times."

After going to work the next day, Lu Fan first went to the County Party Committee to ask for leave from Secretary Hu Chengwei and reported the gains of this trip to Jingcheng.

Hu Chengwei first expressed his congratulations and encouraged Lu Fan to make persistent efforts to make Ningyang education create brilliance again.

And gave Lu Fan a death order to spare no cost to let Ninggao win the two golden signboards of provincial key and provincial demonstration! At the same time, it must successfully pass this year's "Double High and Double Universal" acceptance, which is a political task assigned by the Municipal Committee and Municipal Government!

Lu Fan was full of confidence and stated that he would successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Secretary. ===== CHAPTER 230 =====
