Chapter 258

"Oh, by the way, what do you have?" Li Mingzhou asked.

"Secretary, please take a look!" Lu Fan handed over the materials.

Li Mingzhou read it carefully and said after a while, "A township secretary, even if he later became a deputy county head, can embezzle 30 or 40 million. Ningyang is really a 'fertile soil'! With this person's existence, can the common people live a good life?"

After speaking, he immediately dialed the phone of Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary Wu Xiaohua and said, "Come to my office!"

After a while, Wu Xiaohua pushed the door in and asked, "Secretary, what instructions do you have!"

Li Mingzhou handed over the materials and said, "This is some situation about Le Xueli. You look at the materials first, seeking personal gain, the nature is bad, the plot is particularly serious, the amount involved is particularly huge, a typical representative of small officials and huge corruption, micro-power and huge corruption!"

Wu Xiaohua basically knew these situations, and after reading for a while, he said, "Secretary, Du Wenlong is responsible for handling the case and has already reported to me. The Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission decided to implement 'Shuanggui' on Le Xueli and file a case for investigation!"

Li Mingzhou nodded and said, "His appetite is big enough, and he is 'capable' enough. Investigate, investigate and handle it strictly and quickly! Xiaohua, from Le Xueli's case, it can be concluded that the closer to the common people, the more serious the violation of discipline and law and the greedy absorption of wealth, seriously affecting the image of the party and government, and hurting the relationship between the party and the masses and cadres. The reason lies in the lack of supervision, the overall quality and legal awareness of grassroots officials are relatively weak, and the 'official-oriented' consciousness is serious."

"Okay Secretary, I will come up with a work plan as soon as possible!"

Li Mingzhou continued, "Le Xueli's case, you two are specifically responsible, the Discipline Inspection Commission will go through the process as soon as possible."

Coming out of Li Mingzhou's office, Wu Xiaohua followed Lu Fan to the office and said as soon as he entered the door, "Now you have your wish, and took down another one!"

Lu Fan smiled, "Thanks to Brother Wu's strong support, I was able to get what I wanted!"

"Since the Secretary has instructed, I will go through the process, and the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission will implement Shuanggui on Le Xueli as soon as possible!"

"Brother Wu, can you catch up before the New Year?"

Wu Xiaohua laughed and said, "You kid are really bad, sincerely not letting people have a good New Year! Okay, I'll speed up!"

Lu Fan thought for a moment and said, "Brother Wu, two days ago the Secretary instructed that we can privately investigate Le Xueyi!"

Wu Xiaohua frowned and said, "He is a provincial-managed cadre and is not within the scope of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission's investigation, so be cautious. Let's do this, don't bother two masters for one thing, let Wenlong investigate, his enthusiasm is quite high!"

"Thank you Brother Wu for your support, I will take responsibility for any trouble!"

"Why say this nonsense? With the Secretary's support, we don't have to worry about anything. And haven't you noticed? That group of people is not liked by the province, even Minister Deming has complaints, I think their days are not long!"

After talking about public affairs, Lu Fan suddenly said, "The Secretary is going to my house for dinner tonight, just the two of us, drinking is boring, Brother Wu, why don't you come and join the fun?"

Wu Xiaohua asked hesitantly, "Is it appropriate for me to go? The Secretary didn't call me."

Lu Fan waved his hand and said, "What's inappropriate about this? It's okay, I'll tell the Secretary later, it's more lively with more people!"

"Okay, then I'll bring the wine tonight, I can't eat for free!"

Lu Fan smiled and showed off, "Brother Wu, there is one thing I must tell you in advance, my girlfriend is also here!"

"What? You kid finally opened up! Tell me, which family's girl?" Men are also gossiping!

Lu Fan was a bit embarrassed by his question, scratched his head and said, "I don't know the specific situation yet, I don't mean to break the casserole and ask to the end, I only know that she works in the Ministry of Education!"

"You kid are doing well, too awesome! Dating to the Ministry of Education, you must have used your work to hook up with the little girl! You don't think about it, can anyone who can go to the Ministry be simple? Have you suffered?"

Lu Fan smiled confidently, "Brother Wu, look down on who? My girlfriend's biggest advantage is that she is virtuous!"

Wu Xiaohua curled his lips and said, "Forget it, don't brag, you'll see the truth in the afternoon! You go busy, I'll go back to handle official business, and arrive on time in the afternoon!"

After people left, Lu Fan immediately dialed Du Wenlong's phone and instructed, "Chouchou, expand the scope of the investigation and add Le Xueyi! He has been rooted in Ningyang for twenty years, his butt is definitely not clean, investigate carefully! I will call Secretary Bian later and ask him to help your Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission investigate."

Du Wenlong said happily, "Brother Fan, rest assured, as long as Secretary Bian helps, I will strip the dog-day's underwear!"

Lu Fan continued, "Be careful to act secretly, don't make a big fanfare, and arouse Le Xueyi's vigilance, after all, he is a provincial-managed cadre."

Du Wenlong said confidently, "Brother Fan, rest assured, I am a professional in this regard, I will definitely not beat the grass and startle the snake!"

Just before work, Lu Fan went home early and bought some vegetables. He had to cook himself today.

Lu Yao came to "sarcastic" again, teasing, "My family status has plummeted, sister-in-law, my brother is too good to you!"

Lu Fan smiled, "Don't talk nonsense, Secretary Li is coming to my house for dinner in the afternoon, I'm not at ease with your craftsmanship, so I can only cook myself."

Li Zimeng was surprised, "Your Secretary Li Mingzhou is coming? Why is he coming? Why join the fun?"

Lu Yao hurriedly said, "Sister-in-law, he is my brother's leader, it's a good thing to come to the house, he is a member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Central Committee!" Then he pulled Li Zimeng to tidy up the room.

Li Zimeng picked up the mop helplessly, muttering to herself: Dad has the ability, and he has to receive him grandly! He won't come to ask for guilt, right? He didn't tell him when he came to Yingjiang!

At six o'clock, Wu Xiaohua arrived first, carrying two bottles of "Deer Blood Wine" that he had collected.

Lu Fan smiled, "Brother Wu, you took out the treasure at the bottom of the box!"

Wu Xiaohua hehe smiled and said, "It was given to Minister Deming by Yinzhou Municipal Party Committee Secretary Wang Hongtao, I privately hid a few bottles!"

After putting down the things, Wu Xiaohua wanted to go into the kitchen to help, but was driven out by Lu Fan, thinking he was in the way.

Around six-thirty, Secretary Li Mingzhou came alone.

Li Zimeng rushed to open the door, and after seeing her father, she whispered, "Why are you coming to join the fun?"

"A daughter is not to be kept! You don't see me, and you don't allow me to see you?"

Just right, Lu Fan came out of the kitchen and said, "Secretary, this is my girlfriend Li Zimeng, you have seen it before. The dishes are all prepared, they will be in the pot immediately, you talk to Secretary Wu for a while."

Li Mingzhou went to the kitchen to visit with great interest and found that Lu Fan was very agile and his knife work was not bad, and said with satisfaction, "I didn't expect you to have this hand, not bad, not bad, you two won't be hungry in the future!"

Li Zimeng on the side rolled her eyes at her father, very speechless!

After everyone went out, Lu Fan started cooking.

Hearing the "sizzling" sound from the kitchen and the fragrance floating out, Wu Xiaohua smiled, "Secretary, it looks decent, I guess the craftsmanship won't be bad!"

Lu Yao helped, "My brother has a few signature dishes, which can catch up with the hotel chef."

Li Mingzhou asked, "Yaoyao, senior year, right? Studying for a master's degree or preparing to work?"

Lu Yao said seriously, "Secretary Li, I plan to take the national exam and prepare to apply for the selection of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission."

Li Mingzhou sighed in his heart, another sensible and serious child, couldn't help but persuade: "Yaoyao, let your brother bear some things, you are still young, there is a beautiful future waiting for you, don't let yourself carry too much!"

Lu Yao smiled and replied, "Secretary Li, participating in discipline inspection work is my ideal. I have extremely high respect and longing in my heart, and I have struggled for four years for this! I hope to contribute a force to the country's discipline inspection construction with my meager strength, making life more meaningful."

Youth is the future of the country and the hope of the nation!

With ideals, ambitions, vitality, ability, and academic qualifications, Li Mingzhou and Wu Xiaohua felt at the same time that this girl in front of them would have some achievements in the future!

Before long, Lu Fan's craftsmanship began to be displayed: millet ribs, stewed local chicken, beef fried fine noodles, egg persimmon, fried potato shreds, eggplant beans, plus stewed fish soup, color, fragrance, and taste are all complete!

Sitting at the dining table, Li Mingzhou praised, "Lu Fan, you really didn't brag, this craftsmanship has basic skills at a glance!"

Li Zimeng handed out chopsticks and said, "Secretary Li, you eat quickly!"

"Good good good, everyone move chopsticks, taste the chef's craftsmanship!"

After starting to build, praises came one after another, making Lu Fan a bit embarrassed.

Li Zimeng exclaimed, "Lu Fan, I'm not flattering, your craftsmanship can really go to open a restaurant! No, you have to teach me!"

Lu Fan smiled, "I'll just do it, you are mainly responsible for eating!"

Looking at the harmonious scene in front of him, Li Mingzhou felt a thousand emotions in his heart, this is the appearance of a home! It's a pity that his daughter has never felt such an atmosphere since she was a child.

If there could be a cute little grandson at this moment, it would be perfect!

And this grandson also has a relative who wants to grab it with him, thinking about it feels beautiful!

Also, can the second one be surnamed Li?

Thinking of these, the smile on Li Mingzhou's face became thicker, and he couldn't help but look at his daughter, the encouraging meaning was very obvious!

At this moment, Li Zimeng, isn't she enjoying this warmth?

After the meal, the two female comrades cleaned up the dining table, and Lu Fan quickly drummed up four more side dishes: ear slices with cucumber, pepper with changed eggs, frosted peanuts, cold beef.

After the dishes were served, Lu Fan put the deer blood wine brought by Wu Xiaohua on the table, and the three began to drink.

After drinking two glasses, Li Mingzhou said, "Hongtao's wine is good, it's just that he is a bit stingy, giving it box by box!"

Lu Fan smiled, "Secretary, things are precious because they are rare, I still have a box, I'll move it to you tomorrow!"

"Okay, then I'll accept it with a smile!"
