Chapter 7: Ningyang Trip

At seven o'clock the next morning, Lu Fan finished his personal hygiene and began to tidy up the office meticulously, cleaning it from inside to outside, and stacking the documents neatly.

At seven-thirty, Liu Yixuan came. Seeing Lu Fan's labor results, he smiled and said: "Xiao Fan, I know how sloppy I was before, thank you for your hard work! Come with me to Director Yang's office."

Arriving at Yang Ye's office, Lu Fan cleaned more carefully. This is the only thing he can repay Uncle Yang for now.

At eight o'clock sharp, Yang Ye arrived at the office on time. Liu Yixuan went to report today's work plan and itinerary, and after returning, told Lu Fan to follow Director Yang to the countryside in Ningyang later.

Returning to his hometown? Going to the countryside? I don't know why, Lu Fan had an inexplicable joy. As the saying goes, if you don't return to your hometown when you are rich, it is like walking in brocade at night, but he was also a little at a loss, so he asked: "Brother Liu, I haven't been to the countryside yet, I don't know what to do when I go?"

Liu Yixuan smiled and said: "Routine research, harmonious, there is no speech that is not important, there is no applause that is not enthusiastic, there is no leader who does not smile, and the masses are always satisfied. There is no specific task today, it is nothing more than eating and drinking. When Director Yang goes, they have to prepare gifts. You just started work, it is normal not to understand. Talk less and watch more, learn the official rules. There is a lot of knowledge in this. If you don't understand the rules, even if you are talented and learned, you will still be blind!"

Lu Fan had only been working for one day, and he had a deep feeling for the word "rules".

At nine o'clock, Yang Ye took the office deputy director Liu Yixuan, the deputy section chief of the Employment Promotion Section You Xiaoting, and Lu Fan to set off from Yingjiang to Ningyang County for research.

This was Lu Fan's first time taking a public car, and it was the legendary Audi. He had a feeling of stepping into the sky, which was wonderful. He really wanted his brothers to see that their boss had succeeded!

Just after driving out of the Ningyang highway exit, they saw Ningyang County Deputy County Head Han Xuyang and County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Director Liu Xuping waiting for a long time. Yang Ye is the municipal bureau deputy director in charge of work, very imposing.

After getting off the car, everyone greeted enthusiastically, as if they were brothers who had been separated for many years, performing the official culture to the fullest. Even Lu Fan was not left out in the cold, shaking hands with a group of leaders for the first time in his life, and was praised for being young and promising.

After the greetings, Director Liu Xuping's car led the way, and Yang Ye's party inspected the construction of the labor security service platform in Ningyang, and listened carefully to the progress of Ningyang's grassroots platform construction, information service construction, and the construction of demonstration windows for the public service system of human resources and social security that the masses are satisfied with.

Yang Ye gave a high affirmation to the achievements made in the construction of grassroots public service platforms in Ningyang, and put forward opinions and suggestions on how to build and use the service platforms well.

After finishing the morning itinerary, the group returned to Ningyang Hotel for dinner. Ningyang County Head Li Guoquan came specially to accompany the meal, reflecting the importance attached to Yang Ye. You know, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has great power, and many of the county's work needs the support of the municipal bureau, especially recruitment.

"Director Yang, I'm really sorry, I just settled the leaders of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, and I flew here. We must get drunk today!" Li Guoquan was in high spirits and shouted "Serve the wine"!

Yang Ye smiled and said: "County Head Guoquan, drinking at noon, we can't work in the afternoon!"

Li Guoquan smiled and said: "When is the work finished? Combine work and rest! Director Yang is from Ningyang, how can you not know the rules of your hometown? Wine style is work style. Just because of the support of the municipal bureau for Ningyang, if I don't entertain you well today, I will be scolded by the people of the whole county!"

The parents' officials of the hometown must be given face. Yang Ye stopped declining. It's just drinking, who is afraid of whom!

Thus, a hearty battle began. Even though he only brought three soldiers, Yang Ye had no fear. What Lu Fan didn't expect was that Section Chief You Xiaoting was a master of wine, and after more than ten cups, she was still smiling like a flower.

Toasting in circles tests both drinking capacity and emotional intelligence. Lu Fan witnessed the demeanor of County Head Li Guoquan, toasting in an orderly manner, controlling the overall situation, observing words and colors, understanding people's hearts, sharp edges gradually shooting, sitting firmly on Mount Tai, witty words, and everyone having fun.

Sure enough, there is knowledge in everything you pay attention to, and human feelings are articles.

In this occasion of "judging heroes by wine", those with small drinking capacity are in trouble. After drinking half a catty, Lu Fan's eyes were blurred, completely relying on willpower to support, and the stamina of Moutai was too great.

Seeing that Lu Fan couldn't hold on and couldn't persist, Yang Ye asked Liu Yixuan to send him back to the room.

Yang Ye was quite satisfied with Lu Fan's performance, drinking very honestly, without leaving a drop, and without being out of state or losing his words after drinking. Wine quality is character, as for small drinking capacity, it is not a problem at all, this thing can be practiced.

The wine banquet lasted for four hours. After the banquet, Li Guoquan sent Yang Ye to the room, and both of them could remain sober, which made people sigh that they were indeed "alcoholically" tested, and those who could be leaders naturally had extraordinary skills.

Returning to the room, Yang Ye and Li Guoquan had a detailed talk, and the object of the talk was Lu Fan who was sleeping.

"Director Yang, the cadre team in Ningyang has a serious gap, which has affected the normal development of various tasks. The county wants to conduct a large-scale recruitment of public institutions to optimize the cadre team structure, enrich talents, and solve the employment problems of Ningyang people. We need the strong support of the municipal bureau!"

Yang Ye drank a cup of strong tea and said: "Xuping has reported to me several times. Your mouth is too big, and you want nearly 400 people. It is still an independent recruitment by the county. It is estimated that it will be difficult to pass in the Provincial Department and the Municipal Committee and Municipal Government. In addition, the identity problem of the recruited personnel is difficult to solve. It is likely to be counted as the scope of illegal recruitment. Although the salary payment is borne by your county finance, there will inevitably be problems in the promotion and use of these people in the future. You can't recruit hundreds of formal 'temporary workers', right!"

Li Guoquan nodded and smiled: "We are all our own people, and recruitment is also to solve Ningyang's problems. Director Yang can't stand by and watch. I will coordinate with Secretary Mingxiong in the Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, and the Provincial Department and Municipal Bureau will have to be handled by Director Yang."

Yang Ye didn't say yes or no, and smiled: "It is estimated that this exam is to solve the problems of 'some people', right?"

"There is no way, some old comrades are going to retire, and the only requirement is to solve the employment problems of their children. Secretary Mingxiong and I are also very difficult."

"Understand, the work in the county is not easy. Old comrades have worked hard all their lives, it is human nature. County Head Li, do you have any impression of the young man I brought today?"

"Lu Fan?"

"Hmm, he is from Ningyang. This child is very bitter, his parents are both gone, and he is working as a temporary worker with me."

Li Guoquan understood and asked: "He doesn't look old, what is his academic qualification?"

Yang Ye told the truth: "He will soon be able to get a high school graduation certificate, but he dropped out of school due to family difficulties."

Li Guoquan scratched his head and said: "No academic qualification, this matter is difficult to handle!"

"His father worked in the Ningyang forestry system before he died, and his parents are both dead. Can he take the exam through special channels? I remember Ningyang still had 'taking over shifts' in 2002 and 2003."

"Director Yang, the difficulty of this matter is very great, I have to discuss it with Secretary Mingxiong. Please rest assured, no matter what, I will give you an answer as soon as possible."

Yang Ye gave the last idea: "If there is really difficulty, let's have a 'trapeze artist'. I will solve other problems, and Ningyang is responsible for receiving and distributing."

This made Li Guoquan difficult again. Since he came to Ningyang to take office, he hasn't "flown" anyone yet.

People are in the officialdom, and they can't help themselves. As a main leader, the things in the county are closely related to you. Sometimes for the sake of work, you have to violate principles and handle things in a roundabout way, otherwise you will be unable to move an inch.

People are changing in growth. Since he became the county head, Li Guoquan has been relieved.

Lu Fan didn't know why Yang Ye spared no effort to help him. The reason was more than just being a good friend with his father.

In the middle school entrance exam that year, Yang Ye was able to get into the provincial school with the "help" of Lu Fan's father, and had the opportunity to leap over the dragon gate.

This was the first time Lu Fan was so drunk. He slept until five o'clock the next morning.

Waking up, his head felt dizzy, his mouth was dry, and he was still a little blurred, looking like he was drunk and dreaming of death.

After drinking a glass of water and washing his face, Lu Fan went out. It was not easy to come back, so he had to seize the time to go to Chengguan Middle School to see his sister.

Just after opening the door, Lu Fan saw an extremely shocking scene!

You Xiaoting, the deputy section chief of the Employment Promotion Section, came out of Yang Ye's room with disheveled hair, lazy and satisfied, her eyes autumn waves, her cheeks flying red clouds, extremely beautiful.

Both of them were very embarrassed. Lu Fan had no experience with such scenes, so he said in a panic: "Section Chief You, I'm going to school to see my sister."

"I reported the work to Director Yang, you go, we are estimated to set off after eight o'clock."

Lu Fan ran downstairs in a hurry, sighing that the rivers and mountains are so beautiful, attracting countless heroes to fold at the small waist!

In Lu Fan's concept, money is not the first, name is not the first, conscience is the first, and people who are good to themselves are good people. He will definitely rot this matter in his stomach. Uncle Yang's goodness must be remembered for a lifetime, and he must do his best to repay it.

Running to Chengguan Middle School, his sister was doing morning exercises. Lu Fan greeted the head teacher and pulled his sister to the side of the playground to talk.

Lu Yao hugged her brother's arm tightly, unable to hide the sorrow in her heart, which made Lu Fan feel incomparable pain.

"Yaoyao, tell you a good news, Brother is working in the city and eating imperial grain! Today is to go to the countryside in Ningyang, and the county is entertaining us with good food and drink."

Sure enough, Lu Yao turned sorrow into joy and said excitedly: "Really? Brother, you are so amazing!"

"Don't think about it, study hard and strive to get into Yingjiang Middle School."

"Brother, I will definitely work hard!"

"Is the money spent?"

"No, you left me so much."

"Yaoyao, Brother has a salary now, and it will get better and better in the future. Don't be frugal, you must eat your fill, buy whatever you lack, Brother will buy you whatever you want!"

The most precious thing in this world is family affection. Sister is the only sustenance in Lu Fan's heart, and he must be pampered and loved in every way! ===== CHAPTER 8 =====
