Chapter 273: Crushing Relic
"Magic Wall Puppet, Mind Headbutt!" The ice shards had just been reflected away, and Ming Yao immediately gave a low command, his tone crisp and decisive, with no hesitation.
"Barri!" The Magic Wall Puppet answered, its Psychic power surged instantly, concentrating entirely on its smooth forehead.
It sharply pointed at Blizzard King, the condensed Psychic power like an invisible heavy hammer, crushing toward Blizzard King through the air.
Blizzard King barely steadied its stance, had no time to react, and was struck hard by the powerful force.
The massive body staggered violently, fell heavily into the swamp's mud, its limbs twitched twice, then completely lost consciousness, with no room to struggle.
"Ah! Blizzard King!" A Zhu shouted hoarsely, instinctively stepped forward two steps, crouched beside Blizzard King, trembling fingers touching its cold body, face full of panic and unease.
"Good... so powerful..." A Mei stood in place, eyes wide, stared blankly for a moment before speaking haltingly, her tone full of disbelief, clearly stunned by the Magic Wall Puppet's strength.
"Stop standing there! All together!" A Song's face darkened like a pot bottom, sternly shouted at the two, and at the same time hurled another Pokeball, "Come out, Rhydon!"
Red light flashed, the thick-skinned Rhydon thudded onto the ground, its horn tip glimmered coldly, watching the Magic Wall Puppet warily.
"Oh, oh, good!" A Mei recovered, fumbling pulled out her own Pokeball, "Poison Skull Frog, please!" Poison Skull Frog appeared at her call, its tongue flicking rapidly, assuming a battle stance.
Huo La's eyes quickly scanned the two newly entered Pokemon, and in his mind instantly the attribute data of them surfaced.

Looking at the data panel, the outcome of this battle was almost certain—looks like Ming Yao will finish it one versus three.
And indeed, reality is developing exactly as expected.
"Rhydon, Horn Charge!" A Song gritted his teeth and roared, his voice full of urgency.
"Poison Skull Frog, Poison Liquid Impact!" A Mei also shouted in turn, her fingertips tightly gripping the Pokeball.
Both commands fell simultaneously, Rhydon kicked the ground with its four hooves, its massive body wielding Brute Force, its cold‑glowing horn charging forward;
Poison Skull Frog opened its mouth and spewed a clump of viscous purple poison, the poison arcing through the air, intertwining with Rhydon's charge path, and simultaneously bombarding the Magic Wall Puppet.
Facing the pincer attack, Ming Yao's face showed no ripple, merely raised his eyes lightly: "Magic Wall Puppet, dodge, Inner Focus."
As soon as the words fell, the Magic Wall Puppet's form suddenly became ethereal, in a bizarre manner defying logic, instantly disappearing from Rhydon's and Poison Skull Frog's attack range.
The next second, it already appeared behind the two Pokemon, two condensed Psychic beams, hammer‑like, striking down fiercely.
"Rhi—!"
"Frog!"
Two short cries of pain rang in succession, Rhydon's massive body staggered two steps, thundering and collapsing into the mud;
Poison Skull Frog was even flung directly, crashing heavily onto a tree trunk behind it, then falling back to the ground.
The two Pokemon had no chance to struggle, their bodies twitched slightly twice, then fell completely into unconsciousness.
"Rhydon!" A Song, seeing the thundering fallen Pokemon, shouted hoarsely, his face turning instantly pale.
"Big sister, what do we do now? The opponent is too strong, we can't possibly win!" A Mei panicked, her voice trembling, instinctively stepped back half a step.
A Song clenched his teeth, his jaw grinding, and harshly ordered, "Retreat!"
"Trying to run, too late." Ming Yao's voice suddenly rang out, his tone bearing unchallengeable certainty, "Magic Wall Puppet, use Inner Focus to control them."
The Magic Wall Puppet's eyes flashed red light, its invisible Psychic power instantly spread.
A Song, A Zhu, and A Mei turned, their bodies were involuntarily lifted into the air, along with the three unconscious Pokemon on the ground, all hovering mid‑air.
Their limbs flailed wildly, yet they could not break free of the binding force, only twisting their bodies futilely.
"Clack." A light sound, an object slipped from A Song's bag behind his back, heavily hitting the swamp's leaf litter, rolling twice before stopping.
Huo La's eyes sharpened, and he immediately gave a low command: "Leaf Eevee, retrieve that thing."
"Eeya!" Ye Eevee cheerfully replied, darted out like an arrow, snatched up the object and turned back, gently placing it beside Huo La's foot.
"That's ours! It's our thing!" A Song, seeing this, shouted anxiously, twisting their body desperately, but under mental control, besides making sound, they could do nothing.
Huo La bent over, picked up the object, fingertips touching the rough stone surface, eyes narrowed instantly, and, by the campfire's faint light, examined it closely.
It was a palm‑sized Fragmented Stone Tablet, its surface etched with vague ancient patterns, the edges still bearing marks of having been chiseled, clearly not a whole object.
"What is this? A stone?" Xiao Zhao leaned in curiously, stared at the Stone Tablet for a couple of glances, and asked, puzzled.
Huo La slowly shook his head, fingertips tracing the patterns on the Stone Tablet, and said with certainty, "This isn't an ordinary stone; it's a Fragmented Stone Tablet. Judging by the patterns and material, it should have been excavated from some ancient Ruins."
"Ruins…" Xiao Zhao whispered, repeating it, then suddenly realized, voice suddenly rising, "You're saying the three of them are actually looting Hisui's Ruins?!"
"What looting!" A Mei immediately stuck out her neck in protest, still hanging in midair, still full of stubbornness, "These Ruins are originally Hisui's; we're native Hisui people, what's wrong with digging up a stone?"
"You, you're simply unreasonable!" Xiao Zhao, angered by her twisted reasoning, cheeks flushed red, pointed at A Mei for a long time, unable to speak.
Huo La reached out, lightly pressed Xiao Zhao's arm, indicating they should stay calm, then his fingertips brushed the broken edge of the Stone Tablet again, looked up at Ming Yao, and said with certainty, "The chisel marks on this tablet are fresh, the edges still have stone chips; it must have been cut from the Ruins just these past two days."
Ming Yao frowned at the words, lowered his head to ponder for a moment, then his eyes suddenly brightened, and in a deep voice he said, "Within the Red Lotus Wetland, there is only one Ruins— the Casual Ruins!"
He paused, then added, "That Ruins is near the Pearl Squad's area within the Red Lotus Wetland, not a remote location, and has always been specifically guarded by the Pearl Squad's Xi Pu."
