The natural energy gathers in the Z-Crystal embedded in the Z-Ring, is converted by the Z-Crystal—the "processor"—into energy of the corresponding type, and is then combined with the physical stamina of the trainer performing the "full-force pose."

Stronger than ordinary moves, possessing lethality that can cross tiers—the Z-Move is thus achieved.
