Chapter 665

Dragonite's flight speed is truly fast.

Su Hao had the good fortune to enjoy a fifteen-minute flight from Cerulean City to the Indigo Plateau.

"Thank you for your hard work, Dragonite."

Lance withdrew the two Pokémon, gently lifted his hood, revealing his flamboyant red hair and firm, handsome face.

He shook the large cape on his back, which was the symbol of the Dragon Master Lance, reached out to Su Hao, and said: "Welcome to the Indigo League Headquarters, Su Hao."

Su Hao followed his gaze, and the magnificent Indigo League Headquarters of the Kanto region came into view.

Since Lance was fully in charge of the reward distribution, Su Hao didn't see anyone with a higher rank than Lance.

Lance led Su Hao into the bright and atmospheric League Headquarters lobby, took the elevator, and arrived at the periphery of the League Treasury, which was unknown how many floors underground.

Lance handed the Poké Balls he was holding to a League staff member nearby as a matter of course, then looked at Su Hao.

"Huh? Didn't you bring your Poké Balls?"

Lance touched his chin, looking a bit confused.

"Oh, I just finished training and let them recover their stamina at the Pokémon Center, and I thought it wouldn't take long to go back and forth, so I didn't go to get them."

Su Hao lied without changing his expression; in reality, the Poké Balls had all been thrown into his system space.

Handing his Poké Balls to others was still something he couldn't accept; they were all his most precious partners.

Lance was an Elite Four member of the Kanto League after all, so it was normal for him not to be resistant to these things.

"I see."

Lance didn't dwell on it too much.

After Su Hao was checked by a League staff member with a special detector to confirm he was indeed not carrying any Poké Balls.

Lance led Su Hao through layers of strict inspections again, and finally stopped in front of a huge door.

Lance introduced: "This is the treasure vault of our Indigo League."
