Chapter 220: Qixi Green Bird Blasted to Bits?

Student Yun Ying sent out the Qixi Green Bird — which Pokémon would Bai Jing's society choose to fight?

Everyone was curious!

The Poké Ball opened, and in a flash of light, a Pokémon appeared on the field.

"It's Lucario!"

"So cool!"

"This is one of Brother Bai's aces, right?"

"Definitely — the opponent is, after all, a Heavenly King's son, with three extra years of training. Brother Bai has to send out an ace to meet him."

Lucario

After several months of hellish special training and frenzied battles, all six of Bai Jing's Pokémon had improved considerably — especially with the slate's experience boost, the speed of their progress made Zhuge Chaoyue cry out that they were freaks of nature.

Moreover, every one that could evolve had already evolved.

However, to prepare for the National University Exchange Tournament, Bai Jing had focused his efforts on Slaking and Riolu, so the Legendary Slate was carried by them for most of the time.

And the Lapras that exclusively held the Ice Slate had also surged ahead in strength, leaping up to become one of the aces.

The current strength ranking of the six Pokémon was: Slaking, Lucario, and Lapras in the first tier; Aegislash in the second; Charmeleon and Noibat bringing up the rear.

Moreover, with the slate's boost, the first-tier Pokémon had smoothly comprehended their Laws, without much effort.
