Chapter 100

At this time, Chloe was only a 9-year-old girl; facing this sudden change, she subconsciously wanted to call for her mom.

However, she stopped herself in time.

Because she saw clearly what was on the bed.

It was a Pokémon Egg.

And the information about the Pokémon Egg also appeared in her mind.

【Growlithe Pokémon Egg: A Pokémon Egg blessed by Ho-Oh; after it hatches, it will bravely guard the trainer's side, bestowing the trainer with the courage to fear no difficulties.】

"Growlithe." Chloe walked silently to the bedside and picked up this Pokémon Egg.

Chloe gently stroked the Pokémon Egg and said: "Can you really bring me courage?"

She didn't expect a response to her self-talk.

However, the Pokémon Egg held in her arms trembled slightly twice.

Even the Growlithe that hadn't hatched yet was still using its actions to bestow courage upon Chloe.

Seemingly infected, Chloe held the Pokémon Egg a bit tighter.

However, just at this moment, a "crack" sound came from Chloe's arms.

The Pokémon Egg... broke.

Chloe's face was full of astonishment!

She looked at the Pokémon in her arms with some disbelief.

Had she just killed a life that hadn't been born yet?

Fortunately, the thing she imagined didn't happen.

"Woof~"

A slight bark came from the cracked Pokémon Egg.

Immediately after, a cute, fluffy dog head poked out from the Pokémon Egg.

Growlithe... was born!

Growlithe shook the eggshells off its body, supported itself on Chloe's chest with its feet, and rubbed against Chloe with its forehead.

"Bang," the bedroom door was opened at this moment.

Another dog head quietly poked in.

It had just heard a dog bark!

Yamper looked around in Chloe's room, but when its gaze stopped in Chloe's arms.

Yamper was petrified!

Trainer! How come you have another dog!

……

Just at this moment.

A line of text lit up on the light screen again.
