Chapter 257

Ash was waiting for the match to begin.

Matches at this level are all 2v2.

Therefore, they progress very rapidly.

Very soon, it was Ash's turn.

Ash sent out Riolu first, letting Riolu get used to the rhythm of the match.

Before Riolu was about to be defeated, he recalled it and sent out Pikachu to finish the battle one-on-two!

The battles rotated very quickly.

Ash's ranking soon climbed to 1,050.

It could be said that Ash only needed to win two more matches.

Then he would successfully promote to the Great Ball tier.

This time, Ash's opponent was a trainer using a Clauncher.

After a brief battle.

Both sides had only one Pokémon left.

On Ash's side was Pikachu, while the opponent had Clauncher.

The opponent's strength was clearly quite good.

"Clauncher, Cannon Beam!"

"Pikachu, Thunderbolt!"

Both Pokémon launched their attacks at the same time.

However, the Electric-type move that should have caused massive damage was evaded by the opponent in a clever way.

Even the spectators present exclaimed at the power of this Clauncher.

Only.

No one saw the corner of Ash's mouth curl into a smile.

Clauncher, is it?

It's not like he hasn't dealt with one before!

"Since Electric-type moves won't work, then use Iron Tail!"

Ash adjusted his cap, pointed his hand toward the Clauncher in front, and said!

The opponent clearly had absolute confidence in their Pokémon.

Unfortunately.

The Pokémon they were facing was the God of Pikachu!

Taking a direct hit from Pikachu's Iron Tail!

One can only say this Clauncher died for a worthy cause!

Clauncher was one-shot by Pikachu! Six.
