Chapter 402

"Leave it to me!"

Words fall.

The Rotom Pokédex flies quickly to the center of the field.

Then it begins to announce the rules for this battle.

Kiawe also participated in the World Coronation Series, and his ranking had long since reached 770th in the Great Ball Class!

The original normal battle is also changed to a World Coronation Series ranking match at this time!

This time.

The spectators watching the fun are even more excited.

This is a battle of the inaugural Alola Champion!

This group of Alolan people naturally chooses to cheer for their own champion.

"Champion Ash must beat that brat Kiawe!"

"Go for it!"

The cheering sounds one after another.

Ash and Pikachu both feel like their whole bodies are burning up.

"Everyone, I will definitely win this match!"

Ash waves to the audience supporting him.

And such an action makes the surrounding onlookers even more excited.

Amidst everyone's cheering.

The Rotom Pokédex also announces the rules for this battle.

"This match will use a 3v3 battle format; both sides can send out three Pokémon until one side's Pokémon all lose the ability to battle, then the match ends."

"Match start! Please both contestants release your first Pokémon."

The words fall!

Kiawe and Ash look at each other.

Just one look is enough to collide with infinite sparks.

The first Pokémon Kiawe sends out is naturally his ace.

Turtonator!

Turtonator is a large turtle-like Pokémon with a tubular nose, and its flat head and shell are shaped like a six-pointed star!

Although its appearance is a bit strange, it is also very mighty!

This Turtonator has always followed by Kiawe's side, and like Ash's Pikachu, it has basically never been put into a Poké Ball by Kiawe.

Ash thinks for a moment and ultimately doesn't take out a Poké Ball.

Instead, he lets his Alolan partners who have been following him closely enter the field.

He sends out Incineroar, who has been following him closely.

"Fire represents passion! Let us use this infinite passion to welcome this battle!"

Ash says with burning eyes.

Facing Kiawe, this former rival, Ash still brings out 120% of his spirit.

"Go, Turtonator! Use Flamethrower!"

"Incineroar, take it!"

Ash doesn't have the slightest surprise at Kiawe's command and Turtonator's attack.

Attacking fiercely right from the start.

This fits Kiawe's personality!

Facing Turtonator's Flamethrower, Ash directly chooses to let Incineroar take it head-on!

After all.

Incineroar has the super powerful ability "Flash Fire"!

The moment the overwhelming flames engulf Incineroar.

Countless flames converge on Incineroar's flame belt in an instant.

This is the flame belt that evolved from the flame bell.

It inherits the effect of the flame bell, capable of absorbing flames to strengthen itself.

This is also the special thing about Ash's Incineroar.

Flash Fire!

Drink the fire of all things, strengthen oneself!
