Chapter 69: Suffocating for a Dream! The Real Genius is Ash!

【Ash: Xiao Mao, don't get cocky, have you forgotten how you lost before?】

【Wattson: Kids these days have tough skin, unlike us old folks. If I had done the move just now, I would definitely have had to stay in the Pokémon Center for a while.】

【Roxanne: You old folks should just rest, don't try such dangerous things.】

As a fellow Gym Leader in the Hoenn region, Roxanne was truly afraid that Wattson would do the same thing Ash just did.

After all, Wattson was also an Electric-type Trainer.

Even his personality was somewhat similar to Ash's.

She didn't want to see Wattson at the Pokémon Center next time.

……

In the footage—

Facing Xiao Chun looked at the black, unidentified object that had fallen to the ground, feeling somewhat familiar.

This appearance! This shape!

Isn't that the charcoal she saw on the steps at her door the day she met Ash!

So... that charcoal was Ash!

No wonder she always felt like she had seen Ash somewhere before!

"Pika~"

Pikachu, seeing this scene, was speechless.

You just realized it?

As for Ash, he stayed on the ground for less than two seconds before jumping up and standing up.

With a casual shake, the blackness on his body fell to the ground like dust.

Ash had returned to his original state.

"Ash, maybe let's just forget it. If we really need to learn Dragon Dance to fly, let's go back and find a Dragon Dance learning machine and come back." Facing Xiao Chun really couldn't bear to see Ash suffer such injuries.

She spoke up to dissuade him.

"What are you saying, I'm almost successful!"

The words of the energetic Ash were also convincing.

Ash had such charm, able to make others trust him without realizing it.

"Pikachu! One more time!"

Facing Xiao Chun: ……

Once, twice, three times, Ash was like nothing had happened, electrocuted and then climbing back up.

Then repeating the previous action.

In just a few minutes, Ash was able to stay on the Electroweb for a longer time at a speed visible to the naked eye.

The Dragonair on the side, seeing such a scene, had stars almost overflowing from its eyes.

This human is really amazing!

After Pikachu released the Electroweb again.

The Dragonair resolutely followed Ash's movements and jumped onto the Electroweb.

Then, charcoal * 2.

Seeing this scene, Facing Xiao Chun sighed helplessly.

Just let them be, they'll get used to it slowly.

From surprise, to panic, to numbness, it only took Facing Xiao Chun a few short minutes.

Even, after seeing Ash jump onto the Electroweb again without hesitation.

She actually had a thought of wanting to try it too.

But when she saw Ash and the Dragonair turn into charcoal and fall to the ground.

This terrifying thought was immediately removed from Facing Xiao Chun's mind.

Too scary! She didn't want to turn into charcoal!

At this moment, Facing Xiao Chun didn't notice at all that she was constantly being infected by Ash.

Just like the countless partners who traveled with Ash in the past.

"Just... hold on... a little longer, we're about to succeed!"

"Woo~"

After falling from the Electroweb again, Ash had mastered the trick.

Next time, he would definitely be able to use Dragon Dance!

"Let's do it together." Even though she was terrified in her heart, Facing Xiao Chun still walked in front of Ash and held Ash's hand.

Just like Ash didn't give up on her back then, now Facing Xiao Chun also wanted to work hard like Ash. ===== CHAPTER 70 =====
