Chapter 229

"I actually think Chen Luo is not bad either, his Infernape's strength is very strong. And it counters the Steel-type Metagross."

"Indeed, until the last moment, it's really hard to know who the winner will be."

Facing this scene, Modu University principal Liang Wensheng was not worried at all.

Although Wang Shizhong might not be Su Yu's match,

but against Chen Luo,

there was absolutely no problem!

Because he had long prepared a Mega Stone for Metagross for Wang Shizhong!

This was something their school had spent a great price to find.

You must know that a Mega Stone for a pseudo-legendary Pokémon is not something you can get just because you want it.

After Mega Evolution, Chen Luo's Infernape would definitely not be a match.

Under the anticipation of all, the match was about to begin.

And the first to compete were Wang Shizhong and Chen Luo!

At this time, many netizens gathered in the live broadcast room.

Coming to watch this incredible match.

And Su Yu and other contestants were also watching in the contestant room.

Just then, a figure suddenly walked to Su Yu's side.

Accompanying the figure was a faint fragrance.

Through this scent, Su Yu already knew who it was.

"Who do you think will win?" Bu Step Miao Zhu looked at the arena and asked coldly.

Su Yu turned his head to look at her, but from her cold face, he couldn't see any of her thoughts.

Su Yu smiled slightly, "Reasonably speaking, I naturally think Senior Chen Luo will win."

Hearing this, Bu Step Miao Zhu's beautiful eyes looked at Su Yu.

Did he mean that according to the facts, Wang Shizhong would win?

However, Bu Step Miao Zhu had the same thought.

She also felt that Chen Luo would not be Wang Shizhong's match.

However, at this time Su Yu said again.

"No matter who wins, it has nothing to do with me, because the championship is definitely mine!"

Su Yu was full of confidence, with a smile on the corner of his mouth.

He said words that would make many people think he was arrogant.

However, Bu Step Miao Zhu understood that Su Yu was really not bragging!

Looking at Su Yu's confident appearance, Bu Step Miao Zhu's eyes flickered slightly.

It was the first time she had seen such a confident, such an arrogant man!

It could be said that Su Yu now exuded a charm that was hard to describe.

Even Bu Step Miao Zhu, seeing it, felt her usually calm heart skip a beat twice.

She remembered the scene when Qin Yun came to her to act as a matchmaker.

Thinking of this, Bu Step Miao Zhu's face flushed slightly.

But soon, she suppressed this thought and turned her gaze to the arena.

"I also really want to know how Wang Shizhong will win."

Saying that, she stood by Su Yu's side and watched the match with him.

Su Yu saw this, although a bit surprised, didn't say much.

Having a beauty watch the match together was also quite good.

Better than watching it alone.

In the arena.

With the referee's order, the match started instantly.

Chen Luo and Wang Shizhong in the arena also directly sent out their Pokémon.

Wang Shizhong's first Pokémon was a level 53 Nidoking!

And Chen Luo's first Pokémon was a level 53 Ninetales.

The strength of both sides' Pokémon was very strong, and the situation was on the verge of breaking out.

The two immediately began to issue their respective commands.

For a time, the arena was directly covered by energy of various colors.

And the spectators also let out exciting cheers.

The entire arena became lively!

The strength of the two was very close.

The lowest level of the Pokémon was level 53.

So for a time, Wang Shizhong and Chen Luo were evenly matched.

After experiencing several battles,

both of them only had their last Pokémon left....

That was the main Pokémon of both sides!

"Didn't expect it, it actually still had to come to this step!" Wang Shizhong said in a deep voice, holding the Poké Ball of Metagross in his hand.

"Yeah! Still have to see the main Pokémon duel to decide the key victory or defeat." Chen Luo looked at the Poké Ball in his hand and said with a smile.

After the two finished speaking, they released their last main Pokémon in unison.

"Go, Metagross!"

"Let's go, Infernape!"

One red, one cyan-blue.

Two figures appeared in the arena.

The red one was naturally the Infernape with a cluster of flames on its head.

And the cyan-blue one was the Metagross with an X-shaped silver metal on its face.

Metagross's four powerful legs supported it on the ground.

Its scarlet eyes were full of oppression.

Infernape, seeing Metagross, was also full of fighting spirit.

In this battle, who would win was not clear.

Although Infernape's Fire and Fighting types greatly countered Metagross's Steel attribute.

But Metagross's Psychic attribute was also very powerful.

And plus Metagross's pseudo-legendary level stamina, the victory or defeat between the two was very hard to determine.

However, Wang Shizhong chuckled twice.

"To ensure nothing goes wrong, I'd better use this!"

"Hmm!?" Chen Luo heard this and looked at Wang Shizhong opposite with confusion.

"This was originally prepared for the battle against Bu Step Miao Zhu, didn't expect it to be exposed now. But, whether it's exposed or not should not matter anymore."

Saying that, Wang Shizhong raised a seven-colored gem in his hand.

"This is a Mega Stone!?" Chen Luo said in surprise.

Wang Shizhong nodded, "For this match, I am fully prepared! Metagross, Mega Evolve!"

White light instantly wrapped around Metagross.

When the light faded, Metagross had changed its appearance.

The silver metal on its face turned golden, and its four thick legs also turned into four arms.

After Metagross evolved, it also floated in the air using psychic power.

【Name: Mega Metagross (Steel, Psychic)】
