Chapter 26

The winner will enter the top 32.

It can be said that as long as you enter the top 32, you have obtained the qualification for college entrance exam bonus points!

This time, when it was Su Yu's turn, he found that his opponent's Pokémon was no longer an ordinary Pokémon.

But a gray Pokémon with red pupils, black pupils, and three tile-like objects on its head.

Su Yu checked its attributes.

【Name: Machop (Fighting)】

【Gender: ♂】

【Level: LV. 10 (Newbie)】

【Ability: Guts (If it becomes an abnormal status, it will show guts, and its attack will increase.)】

【Potential: Gym】

【Individual Values: HP (31), Attack (30), Sp. Atk (25), Defense (23), Sp. Def (30), Speed (23)】

【Skills: Low Kick, Leer, Focus Energy, Low Sweep】

【Introduction: Its body is like a child, but it has strong arm strength that can easily throw a giant. It works hard to exercise itself to a higher realm by lifting Geodude.】

It was actually a Machop, Su Yu was a bit surprised.

Being able to take Machop as a starter Pokémon, an ordinary family would not be simple.

After seeing that his opponent was Su Yu, the other party smiled bitterly and said.

"If it were someone else, Machop and I would still have confidence, but meeting you, I really don't know how to win."

"But I won't surrender, Machop and I will fight to the last moment."

After the referee announced the start of the match, the other party took the lead in issuing the command.

"Machop, approach Torchic and use Low Sweep!"

Machop immediately ran from the position where it stood.

Stepping with firm steps, it ran toward Torchic step by step.

Su Yu knew that if Machop got close to him, it would be bad.

Machop's strength is huge, and it can easily lift 100 pounds of items.

If it gets close and punches, even Torchic can't stand it.

"Torchic, use Agility to run, don't let Machop approach you! Then use Flamethrower to consume it."

Torchic used Agility, and its speed increased by a notch.

At this time, Machop's speed seemed slow compared to Torchic.

Before Machop approached, Torchic had already run out, pulling away from Machop.

After the distance was safe, Torchic spat out a curtain of fire and attacked Machop.

"Wan!"

Machop was hit by Flamethrower, and it was very uncomfortable.

"Very good, that's it, Torchic, consume Machop's stamina like this!"

Thus, Torchic launched the kite tactic again.

Consuming Machop's stamina bit by bit, causing damage to Machop bit by bit.

Facing this scene, Su Yu's opponent had no way at all.

Can only watch Machop lose under Torchic's consumption!

【Torchic defeated Machop, gaining 100 experience points!】

【Torchic has enough experience, leveled up to Lv16!】

【Torchic has enough level, evolved into Combusken!】

031: Invincible Combusken, Entering the Finals!

With the appearance of the data panel, a white light also lit up in the center of the arena!

"This is, the light of Pokémon evolution! Torchic is going to evolve!"

"It's over, we couldn't beat Torchic, what should we do now that it has evolved into Combusken?"

"Now Su Yu should be stable to take first place! It's simply too terrible!"

As the light dissipated, a Pokémon whose body was mainly composed of light yellow and orange, with very sharp claws, appeared in the center of the arena.

"Chamo!"

After Torchic evolved, its voice also became a bit duller.

"Congratulations, Combusken!" Su Yu also walked up and touched Combusken's head.

"Chamo!" Combusken stretched out its hand, seemingly indicating that it would definitely win the next battle!

"Then let's work hard together, Combusken."

Su Yu also leaned his fist up.

【Name: Combusken (Fire)】

【Gender: ♂】

【Level: LV. 16 (Normal)】

【Ability: Speed Boost (Speed increases every turn.)】

【Potential: Champion】

【Individual Values: HP (31), Attack (31), Sp. Atk (31), Defense (29), Sp. Def (31), Speed (31)】

【Skills: Ember, Growl, Scratch, Quick Attack, Sand Attack, Agility, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Double Kick, Slash, Detect, Fire Punch, Feather Dance, Brick Break.】

【Introduction: Has a leg technique that can kick 10 times in 1 second. Will use a sharp cry to intimidate the opponent.】

After Torchic evolved, it learned a lot of new skills.

Not only did it have many skills convenient for melee combat, but it also had a defensive god skill, Detect!

【Detect: Completely resist the opponent's attack. Continuous use is easy to fail.】

It can be said that the effect of Detect is actually similar to Protect.

But Protect will be sealed by some Pokémon using the skill Seal, while Detect will not be sealed!

That is to say, Detect is even stronger than Protect.

With the invincible defensive god skill plus many new melee skills, Su Yu can now confidently say.

He has contracted the first place in the exam!

After returning to his seat, Yan Ruyue said with some surprise.

"I didn't expect your Torchic to evolve in such a short time! It's simply too fast!"

Su Yu smiled slightly, "If you train your Fennekin more, it will also evolve quickly."

Of course, these are all lies, and you need the most critical golden finger to do it.

In the subsequent matches, Su Yu relied on the evolved Combusken to stand out in the exam!

His Torchic was already strong, and now after evolution, it is even more invincible.

When opponents encounter him, they are either killed in seconds or choose to surrender directly.

Are you kidding, how could they beat such a monster?

Thus, Su Yu swept all the way with a forward momentum and entered the finals of the exam!

And Yan Ruyue unfortunately lost in the top 32, reaching the level of 32nd place.

Although there is no exemption from admission, she has already added points to the college entrance exam.

However, with Yan Ruyue's grades, even without the exam bonus points, she could still be admitted to a top university by the college entrance exam.

"Dear spectators, the long-awaited Yunhai City exam has finally reached the finals!"

"The top two who have entered are Su Yu, who has Torchic, and Tu Xing, who has Scyther!"

"Next, let's enjoy the wonderful performance of the two! Let's see what kind of wonderful battle they will bring us."

"Please have the two contestants go on stage!"

Su Yu and Tu Xing both left their seats and came to the center of the arena.

Along the way, the spectators on the stage were all shouting Su Yu's name.

"Su Yu! Su Yu!"

Obviously, they are all fans who have been conquered by Su Yu's many battles.
