Chapter 82

Leaving him severely injured and unable to fight ever again.

And if He Sheng chooses to surrender, then Su Yu will naturally grant him a chance to turn over a new leaf; although Gyarados is severely injured,

it's not completely crippled.

Today's Su Yu is like He Sheng's judge!

With a stroke of his pen, he holds his fate!!

At this moment, He Sheng sees that his pride and joy, Gyarados, was severely injured in one hit, and he simply cannot accept this result.

"How is this possible? I don't believe it! Gyarados, keep attacking!! Knock Salamence down!!"

He Sheng's voice is distorted.

Gyarados also supports its body and, ignoring its injuries, gathers energy once more.

"Since you chose this path, don't blame me."

A cold light flashes in Su Yu's eyes; he has already sentenced He Sheng to death!!

He Sheng must die!!

"Salamence, use Hyper Beam!!!"

"Salamence!!" Salamence raises his dragon head, and a flash of white light appears at his mouth.

"Zzz!!" In an instant, a dazzling white light condenses in Salamence's mouth!

This light shines like the stars, illuminating the entire sky!

It is the ultimate move of the Normal type, Hyper Beam! Also called Destruction Ray!!

【Hyper Beam: Fires a powerful beam at the opponent. The user cannot move on the next turn.】

With a "Chirp!!" sound, the Hyper Beam sprays toward the Gyarados in the river.

The Hyper Beam rushes toward Gyarados like a judgment light from the heavens!

The attack released by Gyarados is ground into powder the moment it touches the Hyper Beam!

"Boom, boom!!"

The Hyper Beam hits Gyarados's body.

A sound even louder than the previous Dragon Pulse is produced once again.

This time, the Hyper Beam blasts into the water, creating a massive noise!

The entire river is cut off from the middle!! Forming a spherical vacuum air mass!

The surrounding waves, because the river was cut through, roar and rush toward the surroundings.

This Hyper Beam kicks up waves four or five meters high!!

And in the center of the sphere is Gyarados, severely injured and dying.

This blow has directly shattered Gyarados's future and present.

Even if healed, it has lost most of its combat power.

I'm afraid it won't even have the strength to fight some level 10 Pokémon.

It has completely and utterly become a paper tiger!!

【Salamence defeated Gyarados and gained 300 experience points!】

"Gyarados!!" He Sheng looks at the severely injured Gyarados in the center and lets out a heart-wrenching scream.

Although He Sheng looks down on others, he still has feelings for his own Pokémon.

However, it is too late now.

If he had realized the gap between him and Su Yu earlier, perhaps there would have been a chance.

But in this world, there are no "ifs"!! Everyone must pay the price for their own actions!

"Do you want to surrender? Your main force is gone."

Su Yu says indifferently.

For someone who bullies others with his power, he won't have the slightest sympathy.

"How could I surrender? What do you take me for!?"

He Sheng says angrily.

If he surrenders now, wouldn't he lose all his face??

"Come out, Krabby."

He Sheng sends out his second Pokémon.

This is a Pokémon with large pincers on its hands and two protrusions on its head.

【Name: Krabby (Water)】

【Gender: ♂】

【Level: LV. 20 (Normal)】

【Ability: Hyper Cutter (Because it has pincers that it prides itself on, its Attack cannot be lowered by the opponent.)】

【Potential: Elite】

【Individual Values: HP (15), Attack (18), Sp. Atk (21), Defense (19), Sp. Def (17), Speed (21)】

【Skills: Leer, Water Gun, Harden, Metal Claw, Mud-Slap, Protect, Bubble Beam, Stomp, Dig】

【Description: Lives in holes dug on the beach. Even if a pincer falls off during battle, it will grow back an identical one.】

After checking Krabby's data, Su Yu understands.

This Krabby is just a Pokémon with ordinary aptitude.

He Sheng caught it only because its strength reached level 20.

With these relatively strong wild Pokémon, He Sheng naturally wins every battle in the freshman tournament.

But if a few more years pass, it's clear he will just fade into the crowd.

Su Yu won't take such an opponent to heart.

He will only crush him!!

PS: Readers are too enthusiastic. I was originally planning to update tomorrow, but I decided to add an extra chapter.

078: Crushing He Sheng! The whole audience cheers!!!

As soon as Krabby comes out, it sees the giant dragon soaring in the sky!

Unrivaled power, blood-colored wings.

The fierce gaze is almost enough to kill it instantly.

The moment it comes out, Krabby shrinks into the river.

It doesn't dare to come out and face Salamence at all!

"Haha, He Sheng's second Pokémon is actually scared directly; it doesn't even dare to battle."

"That's right, I thought He Sheng had a more powerful Pokémon than Gyarados, but it looks like that's not the case at all."

"Su Yu's Salamence is too strong; it's only natural for Krabby to be scared. I guess it didn't expect He Sheng to send it to fight Salamence."

"Yeah, I guess Krabby is also stunned, so it just shrinks in the water and won't come out."

The audience in the stands discusses one after another.

He Sheng sees this scene and naturally feels incredibly embarrassed.

He Sheng yells.

"Krabby, what are you doing!! Come out quickly and use Bubble Beam to hit him!!"

However, Krabby doesn't listen to He Sheng's order at all.

It hasn't been long since it was caught, so naturally, it doesn't recognize He Sheng very well.

When encountering a powerful enemy, Pokémon will also shrink back.

At this time, the trainer and the Pokémon must work together to overcome the difficulties.

Clearly, He Sheng doesn't have such aptitude.

"Alright, don't waste time. Salamence, use Dragon Pulse to finish off Krabby."

Since He Sheng won't make a move, Su Yu gives the order.

Salamence in the sky opens his mouth, and another energy ball appears.

Only this time, Salamence clearly didn't use much strength for the attack.
