Chapter 205: [Illustration] Strengthening the Three Sacred Birds! Serena's Trouble!

Seeing that both Pokémon acknowledged their trainer,

Ash then helped the two Pokémon complete their Ability enhancement.

【Ability】: Snow Cloak 3 (In snowy weather, it will definitely evade all attacks except certain-hit moves, speed doubled, and is unaffected by hail damage.)

【Ability】: Pressure 3 (Applies pressure to the opponent, small chance to make them flinch; every 10 seconds reduces all opponent stats by 1.)

The Snow Cloak effect is similar to Garchomp's Sand Veil, also doubling speed and guaranteeing evasion; the only difference is that sandstorm becomes snow weather.

But after all, it cannot evade certain-hit moves,

Even the effect of this Pressure ability cannot be evaded,

Therefore, against opponents lacking certain-hit moves, it is virtually invincible,

However, its overall suppressive power is obviously far inferior to Pressure.

However,

But just after the enhancement ended, Ash also discovered a flaw in the Pressure 3 ability that he had never noticed in Mewtwo.

The level of the Fire Bird is 95, mid-Champion!

After the enhancement, it continually weakens surrounding other Pokémon, but it is completely ineffective against the legendary Pokémon whose level surpasses Champion, including Pikachu.

In other words, Pressure 3 cannot affect opponents whose level exceeds one's own by a tier;

But even so,

this ability remains extremely invincible!

The Fire Bird's Pressure is weaker than Mewtwo's, yet it is still an invincible existence beneath the top-tier deities!

If an ordinary Pokémon possessed Pressure, although its level is hard to raise to legendary tier, it could still be invincible beneath legendaries!

One could say that even with such a flaw, its strength remains extraordinarily exaggerated!

Stowing away the legion of divine beasts,

Ash then, with Mewtwo's help, brought the two girls back to their residence,

During this time,

Ash returned Garchomp to Serena,

It is said that Serena was still in a match, and the person who answered the communication was Serena's female assistant.

No time to think about it,

Ash's bathroom door was pulled open, and the two girls, now in new clothes, walked out.

Serena still wore a red dress, her delicate skin adorned with a few crystal-like dew drops; she changed into suspender stockings, black silk wrapping most of her beautiful legs, two black lines running down her Fair Skin absolute territory straight to the skirt's hem, captivating.

Meanwhile, Tierno changed into a common thin stocking, except she accidentally tore a few holes in it.

……

At the same time!

Sinnoh Lily of the Valley Conference arena!

Here today, there is a special battle.

The previous Lily of the Valley Conference champion, Dakduo, challenges the current champion, Serena!

Since losing to Ash in the attribute match two conferences ago,

Dakduo then brought his Nightmare God Darkrai and Dragon Brother Latias, as well as four little Latias, cough cough, four quasi-gods striving hard!

After participating again, he won the Lily of the Valley Conference championship.

And the champion possesses the qualification to challenge the Elite Four champion.

Past champions either do not challenge, or challenge the Elite Four member they are weakest against.

Those who challenge the champion are few, and almost every one loses miserably,

but Dakduo is an exception,

Perhaps he was not strong in the previous-previous conference, but as time passed, the gap between legendary beasts and ordinary Pokémon eventually became apparent.

Right now, Dakduo, relying solely on his level 101 Darkrai, has already removed four of Serena's Pokémon.

Among them is even the Desert Tyrant Tyranitar!

The fifth Pokémon, Lucario, after barely defeating Darkrai, has its HP already very unhealthy.

(The image is Darkrai; listeners interested can pause to view.)

Nightmare God Darkrai

Garchomp is not present,

Serena's remaining Pokémon are only Sea Rabbit Beast and Roserade,

Neither of these two will fare well against Latias,

If they lose, the Sinnoh champion's position could truly change……

Having long heard that Serena lacked Garchomp, Dakduo's mouth curled slightly; choosing this moment to challenge was his deliberate intention,

Now the victory is settled!

This time it will definitely not be possible for you to turn the tables.

Moreover…… even Dakduo himself did not expect,

that Darkrai could take away all four of Serena's Pokémon, the current top trainer, and that the whole process went so smoothly is truly somewhat unbelievable.

"Latias! Purifying Light!"

"Lucario! Godspeed!"

Lucario's body quickly bathed in white light, like a bolt of lightning, darting left and right as it charged toward Latias.

However……

The energy beam spewing from the mouth of the level 102 Latias, however, swept across the battlefield at an even greater speed, intercepting it!

Bang!

Lucario's special defense was originally not high; even with the Steel type's presence, Psychic-type moves no longer restrain Lucario.

But Pure Light is after all the exclusive move of a divine beast!

Its power is not bad; moreover, Lucario's special defense is not high, so Lucario almost instantly got a boxed meal.

Its body fell straight down, its eyes spinning in circles!

Unbelievable! Trainer Dakduo simply created a miracle! Using only two Pokémon, he completed a counter to the undefeated legend, Champion Cynthia's suppression!

Could it be that we are about to witness the birth of a new legend!

The host first vigorously praised Dakduo,

Immediately afterwards, amid the cheers of fervent fans, he spoke words that made them even more excited.

But we must know, Champion Cynthia's strongest trump card, Garchomp, has not yet appeared!

Will it be Garchomp turning the tide, completing a 1 vs 5 comeback from desperation!

Or will it be Latias, which once suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of Trainer Ash, ascend to champion and establish a new dynasty,

replace Champion Cynthia, establish a new dynasty for Sinnoh, let's wait and see!

Listening to the host's frantic roars, the audience cheered and shouted.

Cynthia frowned slightly,

but soon relaxed again; even if this match is lost, it's nothing.

No one can stay undefeated forever; just wait for a comeback later.

Just as she was thinking that,

The female assistant who had been riding in a car to the venue to watch the live broadcast on her phone suddenly panicked.

Stop!

She urgently called for the vehicle to stop, rolled down the window!

The female assistant quickly pressed the button on Garchomp's Poké Ball.

Facing Garchomp's puzzled gaze,

The female assistant only had time to say, 'Hurry to Lily of the Valley Stadium, your master needs you.'

In the next moment!

Yellow sand filled the sky, directly sweeping across the entire Lily of the Valley Island,

and Garchomp's figure instantly vanished like a beam of light into the swirling yellow sand.

……

At the same time,

Around the world, many people were also watching this live broadcast.

For example, the Psychic Elite Four of Unova, Jia De Li Ya!

At this moment,

Jia De Li Ya, with striking blond hair, slightly sickly pale skin, and slender fingers, clasped her hands together.

Anticipating a good show!

In her view, her close friend Cynthia would surely be able to turn the tide,

Even Cynthia's Garchomp hasn't been defeated—what basis is there to say they could beat Cynthia!

It can be said,

Jia De Li Ya, once a part of Sinnoh, has absolute confidence in Cynthia.

……

Of course, not everyone thinks this way,

For example, the Galar Champion Dan Di, who entrusted his ace to Ash for special training, and likewise informed Galar League President Luo Zi!

They know better that Cynthia's trump card is not even in her hand,

Therefore the outcome of this battle,

is destined to be extremely tragic,

"No need to watch anymore……"

Though they say that,

but Dan Di has no intention of turning off the TV at all.

He is still awaiting the birth of a miracle.

What if Cynthia's Garchomp has already completed Ash's special training and returned to her hand?

Even though he himself doesn't believe this idea,

How could special training be so efficient? Without seeing the final scene, Dan Di truly finds it hard to let go.

And Luo Zi likewise does not want Cynthia to lose.

After all, that would mean Divine Mystery has produced another genius, and once Xiluona loses, by year‑end the influence and profit brought by Dan Emperor's victory over Xiluona will also greatly diminish.
