Chapter 531: Head-On Assault

~6 min read 1,046 words

Spinel furrowed his brows, murmuring low, "That really is a difficult situation…"

Just as he was at a loss, Luozi suddenly changed the subject.

"It's not that there's no way."

Spinel instantly lifted his gaze, a flash of light in his eyes, "What solution do you have?"

"It's simple." Luozi's tone was steady as he slowly laid out the plan, "Gather Paldea, Galar, and add the League's regular forces; the three sides combined might be able to directly press against Kuaichi Si and Lysandre."

Spinel was slightly stunned, "Directly hard push?"

"You've already decided to initiate the war, why bother agonizing over tactics?" Luozi replied lightly.

Spinel sighed helplessly, "Well, minimizing casualties and losses is naturally the best."

Luozi let out a snort, a cold laugh with a hint of meaning: "Heh."

"But still, consider yourself lucky."

"Earlier, when I was researching Eternatus and arranging the massive energy system, I happened to encounter someone who might lend us a hand, saving a great deal of needless casualties."

Spinel immediately asked seriously, "Who?"

Luozi's gaze drifted toward the distant window, "N."

N's clue

"Did you meet him?"

Hearing the name, Spinel's face filled with astonishment, he instinctively leaned forward, his tone full of disbelief.

He knew N's identity very well.

The former supreme ruler of Team Plasma, who once single‑handedly reshaped the entire Unova Region's landscape.

But ever since Kuaichi Si appeared and took over all of Team Plasma, N vanished completely, as if evaporated from the world; no one has heard of his whereabouts since.

Luozi nodded slowly, his expression calm, "Hmm, I happened to meet him before by chance, and we talked in depth about many things."

Spinel's gaze hardened, he quickly asked, "Then can you find him now?"

"I can try," Luozi said confidently, not finishing the sentence but full of assurance, "When he first spoke with me, he left a clue; as long as we proactively contact, there's a high chance we can find him again."

Spinel's expression instantly grew solemn, quickly weighing the pros and cons in his mind.

After a moment, a decisive glint flashed in his eyes; he made up his mind completely.

"Good, since you can find him, then Galar, Paldea, the League, plus N's power, the three sides combined— even if Kuaichi Si and Lysandre join forces— we would still have the strength for a battle."

Luozi looked at his decisive demeanor, nodded slightly, "I'll try to contact N as soon as possible."

"However, to be blunt, I can only do my best in searching for N."

Spinel's expression was solemn: "I understand, you try your best; I'll go contact the League now to see their attitude."

Olivia's arranged top‑tier suite was spacious and quiet, with excellent soundproofing that completely cut off all external noises.

Huo La finished his shower, changed into clean casual clothes, pushed open the bathroom door and stepped out.

Looking up, Paipa and Bilan were both seated at the table, their expressions heavy, staring at him with a contemplative look, the atmosphere oddly solemn.

Huo La was bewildered, raised a hand and scratched his head: "What? Why are you two staring at me like that? It's scary."

Bilan spoke first, his tone carrying some worry: "Huo La, what do you think Spinel and Luozi are secretly plotting?"

Huo La was slightly taken aback, then spread his hands, speaking very casually: "How would I know? Probably more schemes to stir the situation and calculate each side, maybe even a world‑domination plot."

"Then aren't you worried at all?" Bilan furrowed his brows and asked.

Huo La sighed helplessly, walked slowly to the table and sat down, his mindset unusually calm: "What's the point of worrying? Troops block, water is covered by earth— that's all."

"They both are people with extremely deep thoughts and heavy scheming; the things they plot are not something we can guess out of thin air."

"And honestly, with Luozi's control over Galar's power and Spinel's methods and strength, even if we pre‑worry and wildly guess, nothing can change."

Paipa then spoke slowly, adding in a deep voice: "But this time they deliberately diverted everyone, meeting in private; it's definitely a discussion of something major."

Huo La nodded, acknowledged his point, yet his expression stayed calm: "I know. No matter what they plot, the final outcome can't escape this world; when that moment comes, we just face it calmly."

"You're really composed," Bilan sighed helplessly, looking at the unruffled Huo La, couldn't help but comment.

Huo La only raised a light eyebrow at the remark, offering no defense or rebuttal, appearing completely at ease.

Paipa, taking the cue, asked seriously: "By the way Huo La, the things you wanted in Galar and the issues to resolve have settled; what do we plan to do next?"

Huo La thought briefly, then said slowly: "I plan to leave Galar first thing tomorrow morning."

"That soon?" Bilan was a bit surprised, then asked, "Where to next? Return to the League for a while to recuperate?"

"No rest, directly to Hoenn," Huo La said firmly, without any hesitation.

"That fast? Not even a day of rest?" Paipa raised an eyebrow in surprise.

"Mm." Huo La nodded heavily, his expression serious, "This time Eternatus's rampage in Galar is so massive, sweeping the whole region; unsurprisingly, forces in other regions have all caught wind. We can strike unexpectedly and head straight to Hoenn."

Paipa's expression tightened: "So you mean we should directly intervene in Hoenn's conflicts?"

Huo La let out a helpless sigh, then explained slowly: "Exactly. Only by the League's legitimate identity can we intervene directly, inspire the people, and then we only have to face Shui Wu Tong and Chi Yan Song."

"You mean using the people's momentum to restrain members of Team Magma and Team Aqua?" Paipa instantly understood Huo La's intention and confirmed in a deep voice.

"Not just the public." Huo La shook his head, his gaze on Paipa and Bilan, speaking seriously, "but also you."

Bilan was slightly stunned: "Us?"

"You have to face Chi Yan Song and Shui Wu Tong alone!" Paipa said.

"Not alone, I also have my Pokemon, and even a big guy," Huo La stood up, walked to the window, looked at the lingering smoke outside, his eyes dim.
