Chapter 65: City of Water — Water City

Torracat once again set off on a journey to Shuizhou City. Finally, on the evening of the seventh day, the travel-worn trio—one human and two Pokémon—arrived at their destination: Shuizhou City.

After a week of battles, Carbink and Torracat had also made significant progress.

Before promoting to the Elite tier, Torracat encountered a very troublesome Elite-tier Golem.

Torracat, who had requested to fight alone, was using Flame Charge when his heightened emotions caused the flames released from his flame sac to envelop him as he slammed into the Golem.

The incredibly powerful "Flame Charge" still managed to defeat the Golem.

Having defeated a strong enemy, Torracat, driven by his high spirits, pushed through in one go to reach the Elite tier.

Su Hao discovered through the panel that, upon reaching the Elite tier, Torracat had remarkably learned the move 【Flare Blitz】.

It seems that when Torracat defeated the Golem, his Flame Charge had already upgraded to Flare Blitz.
