Chapter 443

"What are you staring at? Can we begin?"

"Oh, oh, oh~~ Right away!"

"Scyther, Quick Attack!"

"Gible, Dragon Breath!"

Scyther flashed forward several times, closing the distance while dodging the shockwave and knocking Gible flying.

"Excellent! Press the advantage!"

"Cut!"

Scyther flapped its wings and pursued, two scythes swinging down to strike!

"No way!"

"Dragon Claw!"

Gible, mid-kick, swung out energy claws, clashing with the scythes!

Under the mutual force, both Pokémon were pushed back.

Gible performed a backflip and landed steadily, while Scyther stabilized itself, hovering in mid-air.

"Agility!"

"Double Team!"

Scyther flapped its wings, flying in rapidly, two scythes gleaming as it prepared to attack.

"Sandstorm!"

Before Scyther could reach Gible, its vision was obscured by the raging sand, making a successful strike impossible.

Damn, that move again!

Miao Caifeng hated that move to death!

"Scyther, keep moving in the air!"

That way, it wouldn't be ambushed by the opponent!

"Do you think that will work? The Sandstorm alone will slowly wear Scyther down."

"What else? Come down and let you ambush me?"

Miao Caifeng knew it was useless, but she had no other choice!

Bai Jing shrugged. "Then let's just wear each other down; I don't mind!"

Miao Caifeng racked her brains trying to figure out a way to counter the Sandstorm, but she thought until her head split and still couldn't find a suitable method.

It was simply because none of the moves Scyther knew could counter the Sandstorm.

This was a tragedy!

Then wait, wait for the Sandstorm to dissipate on its own.

But just as the Sandstorm began to weaken, Bai Jing had Gible strengthen it again, completely crushing Miao Caifeng's hope of a lucky break.

She helplessly said, "Fine, I surrender!"

"My thanks for your courtesy!"

At that moment, Miao Caifeng felt deeply aggrieved and resolved in her heart to train several Bug-type Pokémon capable of countering Sandstorm and Dig.

Next, Deng Xin took the field and won the victory in a two-on-three match.

The two obtained the Bug Badge and left with smiles, while the depressed Miao Caifeng decided to crush other challengers to vent her resentment.

After spending one night in the small town, the two arrived at the Fruit Forest outside town the next day, because a Bug-Catching Contest was held there every three days.

The first-place winner, in addition to the prizes, would also gain ownership of that Pokémon.
