Since she had already received one invitation, Xie Changning wasn’t overly surprised by the matter.

But Jerry said the invitation he had was for an airshow!

"Of course!" Xie Changning nodded without the slightest hesitation.

’Jerry really was a good friend. He knew she wanted to see an airshow more than anything, and now he’d gotten an invitation to ask her to go with him!’

He handed Xie Changning a gift he had prepared. "Xie, I’m returning to my country soon. This is a fountain pen I had someone bring back from Germany for you. I hope you like it."

Her first instinct was to refuse. "The airshow invitation is already a very precious gift. I can’t possibly accept..."

"No, you must take it. You have no idea how important meeting you has been to me!"

Jerry pressed the fountain pen into Xie Changning’s hand and quickly turned to leave.

Xie Changning watched Jerry go, then looked down at the pen’s box in her hand. She opened the box, revealing the fountain pen inside. The pen’s barrel was exquisite and looked valuable at a glance.

Xie Changning closed the lid, returned to her room, and carefully put away both the invitation and the fountain pen.

When Xie Changyi came to find her, she saw her younger sister placing items into a suitcase.

"An invitation to an airshow," Xie Changning replied. "Jerry gave it to me."

Xie Changning nodded. "Yes. He also gave me a fountain pen someone bought for him in Germany. It looks like it must be worth at least a few dozen US Dollars."

"...That’s a grand gesture. Does he want something from you?"

Xie Changning thought so too. ’Or rather, Jerry probably wanted to take me to the airshow from the start, hoping I’d get some inspiration from it.’

Xie Changyi explained the leaders’ idea to Xie Changning.

Xie Changning understood as soon as she heard the plan.

The sales volume for Xie Changning’s wood products and personal care factories was substantial, but not the highest, so their booths were located in the middle section of the exhibition hall this time, not right at the front.

After both booths were set up, Xie Changning gathered the workers from the two factories in her hotel room for a meeting.

Xie Changning distributed the introductory brochures she had prepared to the groups from the two factories.

"These are product introduction brochures in eight languages. Tomorrow morning, after the trade fair begins, if you see any foreigners lingering in front of the booth, just hand one of these to them so they can take a look."
