Chapter 1440: The Kunlun Wang Mu chooses to take action

"Indeed."

"Yaochi, you also know that our Heavenly Court has now formed an alliance with the Western Fomen."

"Therefore, now that Tang Seng and his disciples, the scripture seekers, have encountered a problem, our Heavenly Court is naturally duty-bound."

"Moreover, in this Flowing Sand River is my trusted aide, General Juan Lian."

"So naturally, I let Taibai Jinxing go to help Tang Seng and his disciples."

"It's just that, you have seen the result."

"I don't know what change occurred, but Taibai Jinxing failed."

Emperor Haotian, although he spoke the truth, concealed many facts.

After all, Emperor Haotian did not want to expose the existence of Senior Wu Feng.

He was still counting on Senior Wu Feng's grocery store to prove his Dao and become a Saint, so that he could unify the Heavenly Court.

If he let the Kunlun Wang Mu know about this, wouldn't he be lifting a rock to drop it on his own feet?

The Kunlun Wang Mu frowned upon hearing this.

It was not that the Kunlun Wang Mu thought the matter was difficult, but that she knew in her heart that Emperor Haotian was not telling the truth.

However, facing this situation, the Kunlun Wang Mu could understand.

Everyone has secrets.

"Fine! Since this matter concerns the Heavenly Court, I cannot stand by and watch."

"Since I am idle anyway, I will go and take a look at this Flowing Sand River."

The Kunlun Wang Mu turned to look at Taibai Jinxing on the side:

"Taibai Jinxing, lead the way; I want to see what General Juan Lian is doing in this Flowing Sand River."

Taibai Jinxing, upon hearing this, first looked up at Emperor Haotian's expression.

Seeing Emperor Haotian nod, he made his decision.

Emperor Haotian, regarding the Kunlun Wang Mu's proposal, naturally had no reason to refuse.

After all, as long as it was done, he, Emperor Haotian, could get a promise from Sun Wukong.

The only price paid was merely owing the Kunlun Wang Mu a causal link.

Senior Wu Feng's grocery store has countless ways to eliminate such causal links.

As long as he, Emperor Haotian, is willing to pay some price, he can completely get rid of the Kunlun Wang Mu's causal link.

If it fails, he, Emperor Haotian, will not have any loss.

On the contrary, he can use this matter to strike at the Kunlun Wang Mu's prestige.

Regarding this, Emperor Haotian would not refuse even more.

And so, after this, Taibai Jinxing took the Kunlun Wang Mu and rushed to the Flowing Sand River again.

Now, Tang Seng, Sun Wukong, Marshal Tianpeng, and the five of them were also bored.

After all, if they could not solve General Juan Lian, they could not cross the Flowing Sand River at all.

But now, General Juan Lian did not appear at all, so even if they wanted to solve it, they had no way.

Just at this moment, Taibai Jinxing brought the Kunlun Wang Mu to the Flowing Sand River.

"Greetings to the Kunlun Wang Mu."

Tang Seng, seeing the person who arrived, performed a Buddhist salute.

And Sun Wukong felt a trace of shock in his heart at this moment.

He did not expect that because of the Flowing Sand River and General Juan Lian's existence, even the Kunlun Wang Mu would choose to take action.

And Marshal Tianpeng narrowed his eyes, carefully observing the Kunlun Wang Mu.

It was not that Marshal Tianpeng was lecherous, but that Marshal Tianpeng was guessing the Kunlun Wang Mu's intention at this moment.

You must know that back in the Heavenly Court, Marshal Tianpeng had not seen the Kunlun Wang Mu many times.
