Chapter 1470: Confirm this guess

Not to mention its speed, it even frequently surfaced to let his Master, Tang Sanzang, catch his breath so he wouldn't suffocate in this Weak Water.

Sun Wukong hadn't noticed these details before, entirely because his mind was focused on his Master, Tang Sanzang.

But now, with his Master Tang Sanzang's reminder, Sun Wukong reacted immediately.

However, once Sun Wukong thought about how General Juan Lian's hiding had caused them to suffer such great hardship.

Sun Wukong felt that he could not let General Juan Lian off so easily.

Since General Juan Lian would not reveal his identity, Sun Wukong did not mind accompanying him to "play" for a while.

"Playing" until he, Sun Wukong, had vented all the evil anger in his heart!

"Oh, so it seems, Master, you are feeling sorry for your disciples, as searching for General Juan Lian in this Flowing Sands River is too bitter."

"This large fish is Master's kind intention, preparing to let your disciples nourish their bodies!"

When Sun Wukong said this, Tang Sanzang was completely stunned.

Tang Sanzang's original intention was to let Sun Wukong expose the fact that this large fish was General Juan Lian.

After all, Tang Sanzang was only a mortal.

Although he was called the Holy Monk by the two hundred thousand Heavenly River naval forces present, as well as Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly Li Tianwang Jing, Third Prince Nezha, and others.

He still could not escape his situation of being of low status and little power.

Therefore, Tang Sanzang hoped to let his disciple Sun Wukong speak up.

To expose the identity of this large fish, so that Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly Li Tianwang Jing, Third Prince Nezha, the Queen Mother of Kunlun, and others.

Would take this matter seriously, so that his, Tang Sanzang's, kind intention would not go to waste.

Of course, there was another point.

Everything Tang Sanzang had now was based on speculation.

Therefore, giving his disciple Sun Wukong such a wink.

Was also a hope that his disciple Sun Wukong could confirm his, Tang Sanzang's, guess.
