Chapter 2020: Priest Burns the Ancestral Hall, Flees

He saw that Sun Wukong had stopped rubbing his eyelid. Although his right eye was leaking some tears, there was no sign of it being burned at all.

Sun Wukong hovered in the air, looking down at him, clearly having seen something from his expression.

He laughed, "Old thing, did you think your fire could burn my eyes? I might as well tell you: the most invincible part of my entire body is this pair of eyes."

"Because these eyes of mine were tempered in the Danyang Fire of the Eight-Trigram Furnace for forty-nine days—they are the Fiery Eyes and Golden Gaze!"

Hearing this, the Priest was stunned. He knew that no matter what, he could not defeat Sun Wukong.

From that staff strike that had smashed down from the sky just now, his arms were still numb.

In the air, Sun Wukong had already flown down. The Priest tilted his head and headed straight for the two tightly closed main doors.

He waved the torch in his hand forward, and a ball of flame smashed into the doors with a roar.

"Boom!"

The two doors were immediately set ablaze. As if under some kind of will, the flames burned brighter and brighter, climbing onto the door frame and burning onto the walls in the blink of an eye. ===== CHAPTER 2022 =====
