Chapter 2589

"Haha, I thought he was some remarkable figure, but he was still easily taken down by me!"

Seeing Wu Feng hit, Red Lotus Demoness threw his head back and laughed uncontrollably, disregarding his image.

Ever since receiving the Flower-Splendor Fire and witnessing its power, his confidence had skyrocketed; with three strange fires in hand, he didn't even put so-called Saints in his eyes!

"Red Lotus, be careful, this guy is not simple!"

At this time, Xuanzi walked to Red Lotus Demoness's side, recovering from the injuries to his legs while looking at Wu Feng, who was shrouded by the Flower-Splendor Fire; intuition told him that things were not as simple as they appeared.

"Rest assured, ever since I received the Flower-Splendor Fire, I have felt a huge improvement in my strength, and even my cultivation bottleneck has loosened significantly. I have a premonition that when I completely master the Flower-Splendor Fire, I will be able to break through; at that time, any Saint in this world will be bullshit!"

Unlike Xuanzi's caution, Red Lotus Demoness's confidence was currently overflowing.

"Is that so?"

Suddenly, a cold snort came from within the circle of fire.

The Flower-Splendor Fire was indeed powerful; even a Quasi-Saint would find it hard to escape if hit, but to a Saint, it was only slightly troublesome.

Red Lotus Demoness had only improved his strength a little and already couldn't see who he was; Wu Feng was almost angered to laughter by this arrogant fellow.

Since that was the case, it was necessary for Wu Feng to teach him a good lesson about what it meant for a Saint's dignity to be untouchable, so he gripped the Meteor Blade and slashed casually at the Flower-Splendor Fire.

The Flower-Splendor Fire wrapping around him was directly cut open, and even the remaining Red Lotus Karma Fire and Sea-Heart Flame could not escape the fate of being cut open.

With a "Puff" sound.

Red Lotus Demoness spat out a large mouthful of fresh blood, his complexion instantly turning incomparably pale; it turned out that the three types of fire he controlled had been broken, leading to a huge backlash.

"This is impossible, impossible!"

Red Lotus Demoness was in disbelief.

"Boom!"

It was as if it were raining on top of a leaking roof.

Sun Wukong, who had originally been trapped by the Flower-Splendor Fire, took advantage of the moment Red Lotus Demoness was heavily injured and his control weakened to break free of the Flower-Splendor Fire and run out.
