Chapter 367: The Soft-Waisted Educated Youth Is Again Pampered to the Extreme by Her Boyfriend 30

Don't underestimate the network of high-end customers; if we treat a high-end customer as a flow of traffic, then through maintaining customer relations, from taking on new orders to developing the customer network and finally screening repeat customers in this closed loop, we will definitely develop a virtuous cycle where existing customers bring in new traffic.

This cycle can be called the 'sphere'; the network we maintain is also called private-domain traffic. I will hire another batch of eloquent sales staff, dedicated to serving these high-end customers, and give them advance notice of each new arrival.

High-end customers compare with each other, so they all want to get the new styles before the other; under this healthy competition, profits naturally increase.

Jin Chen explained it this way, and they could understand.

Songshang looked at the document in his hand, nodded thoughtfully, and said, 'So we are now grabbing both domestic and overseas markets.'

Mo Zhinan said, 'Although Guli is now contacting overseas buyers, in the early stage we cannot accumulate that many orders, so we will mainly focus on the domestic market.'

After he finished speaking, he suddenly thought of something very important, and without thinking turned his head toward Jin Chen, saying, 'Our factory still doesn't have a name.'

Jin Chen really had forgotten about this.

He pondered for a moment, and under the gaze of all the senior staff, finally came up with a name.

"Eternal Love Knowledge Clothing Factory."

Mo Zhinan heard the name, slightly startled, felt Jin Chen's hand secretly grasp hers under the table, and couldn't help but lower her eyes and smile lightly.

The three junior staff who had just been promoted to management, together with Huang Yun, immediately understood the meaning of the name, and their eyes involuntarily turned teasing toward Mo Zhinan.

Xu Xiaoliu said, 'Okay, this name is good; just hearing it makes people feel happy.'

He nudged Liu Da Zhuang beside him with his elbow, 'Right?'

"Hahaha, yes yes yes! I also think this name is great! Everyone listen to Brother Jin!"

Songshang and the others, after spending this time together, could more or less feel that the two big bosses had an unconventional relationship; upon hearing the name today, they were momentarily stunned, then realized.

They all work under Jin Chen; what is there not to accept?

Thus the name was unanimously approved and officially became the factory's name.

Next, each senior staff reported the current work progress; fortunately, during the early trial production, the rate of damaged garments was also kept within their expected range, and everything proceeded in an orderly manner.

After this meeting ended, they began recruiting cleaners and chefs, as well as sales personnel to serve the high-end customers.

To speed up recruitment, Jin Chen continued to attract attention with high salaries, and the time-limited tasks for the period 0731 were also released one after another.

Thus a very strange situation arose in Xiangshi.

Many people who want to find a job will first try applying to Eternal Love Knowledge Clothing Factory's recruitment; only if they don't meet the requirements will they consider other places.

After all, a factory offering free meals and lodging with high wages is unique; even the Zhang family cannot match these benefits.

After Zhanghui left angrily that day, he again bought a discarded medicine factory at a low price, spending a considerable sum to renovate the interior.

It's unclear whether he deliberately wanted to oppose Jin Chen, but he still ran a clothing factory, hired designers and tailors at high salaries, yet he didn't expect that he would already lose to Jin Chen in recruitment.

Many of the workers who came to their factory were those eliminated during the interview at Eternal Love Knowledge Clothing Factory.

This incident could be said to have angered Zhanghui; afterwards he openly and tacitly allowed Zhang Zhishuai to hire people to cause trouble in their factory, but who would have thought that the security guards hired by Jin Chen were each more burly than the last, allowing only those with Eternal Love Knowledge work permits to enter, while everyone else would be blocked.

If one tried to force their way in…

Of course, Zhang Zhishuai also tried to find people to attempt this, but in the end they were all beaten up so badly they couldn't tell direction, losing face and still having to be mocked by Jin Chen.

Afterward, Zhang Zhishuai again tried to bribe Eternal Love Knowledge's internal staff to obtain their design drawings directly; then, when their finished garments came out, he could still stir up a plagiarism scandal, which is also a commonly used tactic in the Zhang family's factory.

Relying on this, he doesn't even know how many people who wanted to compete with the Zhang family and grab a share of the market he has ruined.

But soon he discovered that this approach simply doesn't work at all!

The workers who entered Eternal Love Knowledge, whether tailors or ordinary assembly-line workers, even the chefs and cleaners, are loyal to the factory; even if Zhang Zhishuai tried to persuade them with double or triple wages, it had no effect at all.

Even the next day, Jin Chen found out who he had gone to see again, directly sent the security guards to beat them up, and also gave Zhang Zhishuai a thorough beating.

Later, after many inquiries, the Zhang family learned that Eternal Love Knowledge Clothing Factory also has a reporting award and a loyalty award.

The reporting award is practically made just to deal with them; if a factory worker discovers someone leaking information or a competitor coming to poach staff, reporting once earns a bonus of five times the salary!

The loyalty award, on the other hand, is given as double the bonus after one year of work at the factory, and triple the following year.

With such good benefits, the workers think only a fool would choose to go elsewhere.

But no matter what, with word-of-mouth spreading during recruitment, Eternal Love Knowledge has also become well-known in Xiangshi; many families and brand factories are closely watching the release of their first batch of garments.

Half a month later.

Under the shared anticipation of everyone at the clothing factory, the first batch of garments was completely produced.

0731, as the follow-up designer, although it couldn't be known to others, still felt honored, happily pestered Jin Chen for two big basins of braised pork to eat.

Not to mention the workers who personally participated throughout the process.

Lv Erding even pulled out a very long banner and hung it on the workshop's main gate, so every passerby could see it.

This batch first produced larger quantities of affordable and fashionable styles, with few high-end designs, which also fits Jin Chen's mentioned hunger marketing.

"Boss Jin! You and Boss Mo cut the ribbon together! This is to celebrate that we can finally start making money!"

Lisan today was red-faced and very happy, shouting loudly at the newly arrived Jin Chen and the two of them, completely without the initial shyness.

"Yes yes yes! Boss Jin! We've been waiting for you to come!" The workers below also shouted.

When facing the workers, Jin Chen was strict, but he didn't have the class prejudices of those outside bosses; over time, the workers also dared to joke with him a couple of sentences.

"Here I am."

Jin Chen didn't refuse, smiling as he took his own wife's hand and walked up to the ribbon-cutting platform.

The two wore matching shirts today, very well suited; they had never deliberately hidden their relationship in front of everyone, and today they were even more blatant, directly holding hands as they went up onto the stage.
