Chapter 425: The Clash of Two Forces

~6 min read 1,034 words

"Sss..."

From the expression on the alien god, we could see his pain.

"Well, do you submit or not?"

Luo En stood there with his hands in his pockets, watching him.

The alien god signaled the monster to attack together.

Soon, the two of them charged toward him at once.

Luo En watched the monster rush at him, then kicked out one foot.

The monster was directly kicked flying into that mountain.

"Y-you y-you..."

What was supposed to be a two-on-one fight now left only the alien god.

Luo En advanced step by step toward the alien god.

And the alien god could only be forced backward slowly by Luo En.

"I can't even spare your life—tell me, why did you do this?!"

Luo En questioned as he drew closer.

The alien god thought that death was inevitable either way—he would fight to the end.

He leapt, and a whip like a snake slid from his hand, lashing straight toward Luo En.

The nearby mountains and trees were shattered by the force.

Luo En had no choice but to unleash his ultimate technique.

One punch—and the ground split open at once.

The tornado and Kage Bunko quickly retreated, leaving the entire battlefield to Luo En and the alien god.

The crack raced straight toward the alien god.

The ground collapsed, and the alien god hung suspended, about to fall.

The alien god unleashed many whip-like serpentine tendrils, using the lowest layer to prop himself up.

Luo En pressed the advantage, punching the alien god straight into the wall.

The immense power surged violently through the air.

The surrounding trees swayed wildly, as if battered by a hurricane.

The alien god spat a massive gout of blood straight from his throat.

Luo En punched forward, his body and fist moving as one.

Straight toward the alien god's chest—suddenly, a cold wind swept through, as if a hand had swiftly yanked the alien god away.

Luo En's full power slammed into the wall—instantly, it exploded like a nuclear bomb, shaking the cliff and the wall alike.

Dust scattered everywhere.

Everyone instinctively stepped back several paces.

Luo En waved his hand, brushing away the dust with several swipes.

Finally, the dust slowly cleared—but the alien god had already fled.

But Luo En was already used to it; so many times at critical moments, the alien god always managed to escape.

Luo En patted himself down, making sure no dust remained on his hands or body.

At that moment, Kage Bunko stepped forward.

"Where's the alien god? Did he get away again?" Kage Bunko said, exasperated.

"Yeah! Doesn't matter—we'll meet again someday. We can deal with him then!"

As Luo En spoke, he walked toward Kage Bunko.

The alien god had fled; there was no reason for them to stay here—returning was the priority.

Luo En led the way, and everyone followed him.

Just then, a sudden strong wind blew up.

All the maple leaves flew wildly through the air, some landing on them.

A black shadow in a black cloak blocked the path before them. He wore a hat pulled low—Luo En and the others could not see his face.

"Our battle has only just begun—why the rush?" the voice spoke.

"What do you want?!"

Luo En raised his arm to shield everyone behind him, stepping forward alone.

"I only want to know—whose strength is greater, yours or mine?"

With that, he flew straight toward Luo En.

Luo En leapt forward quickly to confront him, dragging the figure out to an open area.

The black shadow looked at Luo En, a cold smile lingering on his lips—as if he was barely mocking the man before him.

Luo En had felt nothing toward this man before, but after repeated harassment, he now loathed him intensely.

"Are you sure you want to do this? Once I unleash my power, I can't control it—what happens next, I can't predict."

Seeing the man's mocking expression, Luo En decided to give him a harsh lesson.

But the man was completely unaffected by Luo En's words—his goal was to fight Luo En to the end.

Kage Bunko and Kage watched the two, clearly feeling Luo En was the stronger one.

Kage Bunko muttered under her breath:

"What the hell is this guy? He's so stupid—he actually thinks he can beat Luo En! Luo En's the strongest god of war—how could he possibly lose!"

Kage Bunko had followed Luo En for so long that she believed he was the strongest—so whenever Luo En appeared, danger vanished.

That shadow had always been a proud and dominant figure; he could continuously challenge those stronger than himself, but he would never allow anyone to humiliate him.

"I am the God of the Universe, the laws of this cosmos are under my control—I refuse to believe I can lose to a mere human."

Upon saying this, the God of the Universe let out a sudden, thunderous roar.

Instantly, everything around him—including the trees and the walls—was shaken by his ferocious roar. The immense power surged in all directions, spreading its aura everywhere.

The once calm and stable space was instantly torn apart in vast stretches by this force.

Then, the God of the Universe unleashed his ultimate technique.

Wild winds erupted, whipping up every leaf and hurling them toward Luo En. Everything was chaotically mixed together in a massive torrent.

Luo En showed no weakness; he punched straight into that mass of power, swinging with all his strength. The two mighty forces collided.

That powerful, overwhelming force surged like a dam breaking, violently sucking in everything around it.

Chuixue Tornado and Banggu, standing nearby watching the battle, were both shaken so violently they could barely keep their footing.

"How are they doing this? How can they possess such immense power!" Chuixue shouted in frustration.

She had long since been unable to withstand the force and had clung to the tree beside her.

Now, only the tree kept her from being blasted away by the power.

Tornado and Banggu possessed considerable stability; they remained firmly rooted in place.

But they dared not relax for a moment, for even a slight lapse would send them flying away by the force.
