Chapter 108: Learning the Truth

Seeing Liu Shuang run away, the Dean hurriedly shouted to the security guards: "What are you standing there for? Go after him!"

I immediately prepared to chase after him, but Third Brother grabbed me and said: "Fourth, where are you going? Class is about to start!"

"I’m going out to chase Liu Shuang. There are some things I need to ask him!" I said quickly, looking anxiously at Liu Shuang’s retreating figure.

Liu Shuang realized he couldn't win and thought about retreating, turning to run.

I followed Li Hong and his men to a residential complex. If I remembered correctly, this was Liu Shuang’s home. It seemed Li Hong intended to wait for him there.

However, my thoughts were a bit naive. I had underestimated Li Hong’s viciousness and ruthlessness. Li Hong and his men entered Liu Shuang’s home, rushed in, and grabbed Liu Shuang’s mother, likely intending to use her to threaten Liu Shuang into coming.

I quickly called the Dean to inform him of the situation and reported it to the police. When the Dean heard the news, he was frantic and rushed home. But how could the Dean be a match for Li Hong and his men? He was about to be captured.

I hurriedly jumped out to block Li Hong and his men. When the Dean saw me, he was pleasantly surprised and said: "Student Yang Yun, thank you. Where is my son, Liu Shuang? Where is he?"
