Chapter 1253: Alarming the Municipal Organization Department!

On the day the public notice document was issued, Kuang Zhaoting received a call from the Dean.

"Teacher Kuang, come to my office for a moment!"

"Very well, Dean Chen. I will be there immediately."

He arrived at Dean Chen's office.

The Director of Academic Affairs, Wang Ming, cast a cold glance at Kuang Zhaoting.

Kuang Zhaoting's heart skipped a beat; he felt that something was not right.

Dean Chen said in a grave tone, "Teacher Kuang, you are a young teacher the school has focused on cultivating, and we have always poured our full efforts into your development. However, why did you go to apply for the Public Selection without a word?"

Wang Ming mocked him with a sarcastic tone, "Some people have ambitions higher than the sky, thinking that by acting sneakily, they can do so without anyone noticing. They have absolutely no sense of organizational discipline!"

Kuang Zhaoting and Wang Ming joined the school in the same year.

Wang Ming followed the administrative path, while Kuang Zhaoting followed the academic path.

Wang Ming relied on bootlicking, so his career went very smoothly.

As for Kuang Zhaoting, he had always been his own background board.

Not only was he a bookworm, but he was also divorced...

It was said that the child wasn't even his; he was a total sucker...

It is said that he recently remarried; someone had bumped into the two of them, and the new wife's appearance was very ordinary, far worse than his ex-wife.

Now that the results of Kuang Zhaoting participating in the Public Selection were being publicized, this exceeded Wang Ming's expectations, so he hurriedly provided feedback to the school leadership.

Because although Kuang Zhaoting had previously submitted a request for the Public Selection, he had only mentioned it verbally and had not gone through any formal procedures.

Therefore, now that the school would not release him, Kuang Zhaoting's desire to rush to his new post was destined to see his dreams fall through.

Kuang Zhaoting argued on the strength of his case, "When I participated in the Public Selection, I reported it to Principal Hu. I submitted an application at the time, and Principal Hu also approved it."

Principal Hu was a Vice Principal of the school, one level higher than the college.

Seeing Kuang Zhaoting using someone from above to pressure him, Dean Chen said displeasedly, "Principal Hu did agree to this matter, but he did not seek the college's opinion. The college has the reason and the right not to release you.

Teacher Kuang, I know you applied for Associate Professor last year and did not pass, so you feel very uncomfortable.

But please believe me, I will prioritize you next time.

I can understand your desire to progress.

The college has cultivated you for so many years and invested a lot of resources.

If you leave now, the college will suffer a huge loss."

Looking at Dean Chen's "smiling tiger" expression, Kuang Zhaoting fell into a state of rage.

He could no longer hold back and said angrily, "How has the college cultivated me? My papers, my research projects—I fought for them all myself. During last year's Associate Professor evaluation, my score was the highest; why didn't you select me? Wasn't it because another teacher treated you to meals and gave you gifts?"

Dean Chen did not expect Kuang Zhaoting to tear off the mask of civility.

"What nonsense are you spouting? We are still in the public notice stage; we will truthfully report your situation to the relevant departments. You had better focus your mind on teaching!"

Kuang Zhaoting did not expect Dean Chen to refuse to release him.

At that moment, he wanted nothing more than to punch the other man in the face.

However, reason overcame everything.

He turned around and left the office directly.

Dean Chen frowned and said, "Teacher Kuang's personality is truly explosive!"

Wang Ming mocked, "With his personality, even if he gets into the Government as a civil servant, he definitely won't make it far."

Dean Chen rubbed his chin, "It is mainly because a leader reached out; otherwise, I wouldn't want to be this roadblock either."

Wang Ming thought to himself, everyone outside is saying that Kuang Zhaoting only got his position by reporting others and taking their spots.

You undermine others.

Naturally, others won't let you have an easy time either.

Dean Chen actually didn't want to be the bad guy.

However, someone had reached out to him regarding this matter.

Based on Dean Chen's understanding of Kuang Zhaoting, this person's family background was very average; to offend a leader from above while still hoping for advancement was simply wishful thinking!

After Xie Miao returned home, she found Kuang Zhaoting feeling depressed and dejected.

"What is wrong with you?"

"Dean Chen called me today; he indicated that he won't release me."

"When you signed up initially, didn't you apply to the school?"

"Dean Chen believes I didn't obtain the college's consent, and now he is deliberately blocking me."

Xie Miao was furious, "They are bullying people; this is truly too much."

Xie Miao's first reaction was that finding Tang Ye would be effective.

"I am Xie Miao."

"Sister Miao, hello. Is something the matter?"

Xie Miao sighed, "Old Kuang participated in the selection, and there is another situation!"

Tang Ye was somewhat surprised, "Hasn't the public notice document already been issued?"

Xie Miao said, "Now the college is blocking him and does not agree to release him."

Tang Ye said, "I understand. Leave it to me to handle."

Xie Miao smiled bitterly, "I am troubling you again."

Tang Ye smiled faintly, "We are family; why be so polite?"

If Kuang Zhaoting had taken crooked paths, Tang Ye certainly would not have intended to ask further.

However, this currently concerns fairness...

Given Tang Ye's personality, he could not stand by and watch!

Tang Ye dialed Cheng Lin's number.

"Sister Lin, sigh, I'm embarrassed to even bring this up to you. Regarding the Public Selection, there's been another twist!"

"What happened?"

"Kuang Zhaoting submitted an application to the school before registering, but the college is now refusing to let him go. If this continues, there might be problems during the public notification stage."

Cheng Lin frowned and said, "There's such a thing? I will investigate it thoroughly."

She hung up Tang Ye's call.

Cheng Lin went directly to find the school's Principal.

"Principal Song, hello, I am Cheng Lin from the Municipal Organization Department."

"Minister Cheng, hello, is there something I can help you with?" Principal Song's tone was extremely polite.

He had met Cheng Lin several times at Organization Department meetings.

His first impression was that she was young, beautiful, intellectual, and capable.

"The Municipal Organization Department is currently conducting a Public Selection open to society. There is a young teacher at your school named Kuang Zhaoting who has performed excellently, passed every test, and ultimately stood out.

However, the Dean of his college is blocking him and refusing to let him go. I would like to ask you to look into this."

"Minister Cheng, such a problem shouldn't exist. Our school supports the mobility of talent."

"As far as I know, he submitted an application to the school before registering. The college is making things difficult now, which feels unreasonable!"

Principal Song nodded and said, "Very well, Minister Cheng, I will handle this immediately. Since he is a cadre recognized by the Municipal Organization Department, we will certainly comply with the arrangements."

Hanging up the phone,

Principal Song pulled the phone number of the Dean of Huanzi College from his contact list.

"This is Song Guoqing."

"Principal Song, do you have any instructions?"

"There is a young teacher in your college named Kuang Zhaoting who participated in the Public Selection and successfully entered the public notification stage!

He reported it to the school!

Why are you not letting him go?

Even more outrageously, you also made a report call to the Municipal Organization Department?"

Dean Chen hurriedly defended himself, "He didn't communicate with the college in advance. If he leaves, the school's teaching work cannot be arranged."

Principal Song said in a deep voice, "You must let this person go, and the complaint must also be withdrawn.

As a Dean, how can you lack even this bit of breadth of mind and vision?

This matter was handed down by the Municipal Organization Department.

You had better behave yourself!"

Once Dean Chen heard that it even involved the Municipal Organization Department,

he hurriedly said, "Understood, I will handle this matter according to your requirements."

Hanging up the phone, Dean Chen sorted through the whole process, slapped his forehead hard, and felt endless regret in his heart!

Why did he have to act as a stumbling block?

Kuang Zhaoting was reported during the public notification stage!

It actually alarmed the Municipal Organization Department!

He definitely has connections!

This guy has been playing the pig to eat the tiger all along!

What a way to handle things!

It really was thankless work!
