Chapter 212: Giving Sun Chengjun Prestige

Sun Chengjun came out generously and said, "Thank you, Political Commissar Lan, thank you, Secretary Qin, Town Mayor Su, and thank you, comrades present."

"I am very honored to be able to come to Huatian Town to serve as the Police Station Director. I hope that all leaders and comrades will give me support in all aspects in future work, and I will also use my practical actions to repay the elders and fellow villagers of Huatian Town."

"Thank you."

His speech was very short because he knew this was not the police station and did not belong to their own territory. If he gave a long speech, he would be mocked or disliked.

Su Yang applauded again, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap!

"Political Commissar Lan, thank you for sending cadres to our town. Let's go to the office and sit for a while." Qin Chuan smiled and issued an invitation to Political Commissar Lan. Although it was a face-saving project, he had to do it.

Political Commissar Lan said, "Thank you very much, but I originally had some other things to do at the town police station this time. After I finish my work there, I will definitely come to visit Secretary Qin here."

Su Yang knew what Political Commissar Lan was talking about. This Political Commissar Lan was going to give Chang Wei some psychological counseling.

Otherwise, Sun Chengjun's inauguration wouldn't have required him, the Political Commissar, to come personally. Generally speaking, the Political Department Director would be enough.

The County Public Security Bureau also took into account the special situation of the town police station, so Political Commissar Lan decided to come personally.

Secretary Qin laughed, "Good! Work is important, work is important."

From the announcement of the entire appointment to the end, Chang Wei felt a 'boom-boom' sound in his brain. As for what Sun Chengjun said, he didn't hear a single word.

He just wanted to know why it wasn't him, but this Sun Chengjun who popped out of nowhere.

"Director Chang, let's go to the police station." Political Commissar Lan's voice interrupted Chang Wei's thoughts.

It took Chang Wei a long time to respond with an 'okay'.

At this moment, the expression on his face was still very ugly. A slight lift of his head and a glance from the corner of his eye could scan everyone present, and they all looked at him as if they were looking at a clown.

He had been jumping around so fiercely early in the morning, but the result was such a result. He pulled everyone over to shine for himself, but he didn't expect that he had planned to show his face, but ended up showing his butt.

Until he got into the car back to the police station, his brain was still 'boom-boom'ing.

At this moment, the fence-sitters who had already wavered in their hearts once again refreshed their understanding of Su Yang's ability.

Because those who can work here are not ordinary people. They were wondering before why Su Yang came in the Public Security Bureau's car, but now they suddenly realized that this Sun Chengjun must have been recommended by Su Yang.

Otherwise, they have their own cars; why would they take the Public Security Bureau's?

Su Yang ignored the various thoughts of the crowd. After greeting Qin Chuan, he returned to his office.

He had just walked into the office and hadn't even sat down when Li Hu and Dai Yaxuan came in, "Town Mayor Su, are you okay?"

"Town Mayor, it's good that you're back."

Except for a little shallow worry on Li Hu's face, there was no other expression, and Dai Yaxuan's eyes were even a little red.

"What's wrong with you two? Looking at your expressions, it's as if I were directly detained. Aren't I perfectly fine?" Su Yang took out a cigarette, threw one to Li Hu, then lit one himself, leaned back in his chair, and said.

Dai Yaxuan said with red eyes, "Town Mayor Su, you don't know that after you went to the county seat yesterday, Secretary Qin gathered all the cadres in the town to hold a Party Style and Clean Government Ideological and Moral Conference. The name sounds like a tongue twister, but it was actually aimed at you, saying that your style was not upright and you were called in by the Discipline Inspection Commission for a cautionary talk."

"Some even said you couldn't come back. There were all kinds of rumors."

Su Yang finally understood what was going on. He didn't expect this old bastard Qin Chuan to be so insidious; he really didn't let go of any opportunity to smear him.

"What is this? I did go to the Discipline Inspection Commission. It is true that Secretary Fang of the Discipline Inspection Commission talked to me about this matter, but in fact, what happened? Old Li knows very well, doesn't he?"

"It's all a small matter. Don't take it to heart. Just do your own work well."

"Especially Old Li, your burden is very heavy now. On the one hand, you have to be responsible for the reconstruction work of Huatian Town and dock with the construction work of the apple processing plant. At the same time, you also have to contact President Kang and their company about the road construction. Nominally, I am responsible, but in reality, I still have to rely on you. I have had too many things on my hands recently and might not be able to handle it, so you have to take on more."

"Sister Dai, you have to worry more about other things in the town."

"In addition, I think you should take over the Finance Office. Otherwise, Old Li can't take care of it, and women are inherently more careful than men. In this respect, you are actually more suitable than Old Li. Old Li, is there any problem with my distribution?"

Li Hu laughed and said, "Town Mayor Su, you have liberated me. To be honest, a rough guy like me, what kind of Finance Office can I manage? As soon as I hear about money, my head gets dizzy."

"Fortunately, Liu Cai Xia is a proper finance major, and she does these things clearly. Otherwise, if you let me manage these, I would be completely confused."

Dai Yaxuan expressed her gratitude, but she added, "Town Mayor Su, logically speaking, this is managed by the Executive Deputy Town Mayor. Now, the work managed by Town Mayor Ma is all the most marginal work. I estimate he will have opinions."

"And this time, I heard that there is also his shadow behind it, and at the conference, he directly named you, saying it with such anger that he almost treated himself as a moral benchmark in our Huatian Town."

"I originally wanted to call you the first time, but when I thought that you were under great pressure at the Discipline Inspection Commission, I didn't disturb you."

"Town Mayor Li's meaning is also not to disturb you, we just do the work here well. If there is no news from you in the afternoon, we will go to the county to find you."

Li Hu also said at this time, "That's right, if it weren't for the people from the road construction contractor coming over, we would really have to go to the county."

Su Yang felt warm in his heart. In fact, if there was really any problem, Li Hu and Dai Yaxuan going wouldn't have any effect. But one thing is one thing; he can handle many things, but if someone really thinks for him like this, it is a psychological and spiritual comfort.

"Don't talk about these, it's all in the past. Anyway, Secretary Fang's meaning is to let me write a self-examination, so I'll write it. I'll go to Secretary Qin's place in a while. Let's set the road construction for the day after tomorrow morning, how about it?" "The day after tomorrow is just Friday, so we will officially start construction. I believe President Kang's side is already prepared."

Li Hu agreed, "I told their person in charge, they have transported all the construction machinery over, and they can spread out along the way tomorrow morning."

"And I said to pay them 30% of the project payment first, but their meaning is to wait until it is completely finished and passed the acceptance check before settling the final payment. This is the first time I have seen such a contractor."

Su Yang smiled and didn't speak. He certainly understood what was going on. It seems that this President Kang is determined to latch onto his coattails! ===== CHAPTER 213 =====
