Vol. 6 Ch. 103

~7 min read 1,280 words

As Rosvisser had said, the children were indeed well-behaved and got along wonderfully with Vida and Cecilia.

But as the conversation went on, Aurora suddenly realized that during this Melkvey family roundtable, two people had quietly disappeared at some point.

The pink fluff looked around in all directions, but saw no sign of those two, so she asked:

“Where did Daddy and Mommy go?”

The others glanced around too, and likewise didn’t see Leon or Rosvisser.

“Yeah, they were just here chatting—how’d they vanish the moment we turned our heads?”

Cecilia was still cradling Aurora in her lap. She had been so focused on stroking her that she hadn’t even noticed her daughter and son-in-law had slipped away.

Seeing this, Moon’s eyes lit up.

“Since Dad and Mom are gone, does that mean we can hold the summoning ritual now?”

Isha immediately got flustered and waved her hands.

“No, no, no, they should still be at home, it’s just…”

“They probably had something come up and left without telling us,” she said, trying to cover.

Muse blinked innocently. “Something came up? What kind of something, Aunt?”

“Uhhh…”

Isha scratched at the corner of her forehead awkwardly.

“Probably something to do with the origin of life, birth of the universe… hahaha~~”

“The moment I saw that blindfold, I knew it was going to be the same old routine again.”

On the soft, luxurious bed, there was only a single item—a black lace blindfold.

Usually, Rosvisser wore a nurse outfit or a nun costume, and if Leon performed well enough, there might even be a bunny girl.

But tonight, there was only a blindfold, and that meant two things:

One, like Leon had said, this was their old classic routine—nothing new.

Two, it wasn’t just the old routine—it didn’t even have any cosplay involved.

The queen folded her arms under her chest, lips curled into a smile. Her silver eyes rested lazily on the lone lace blindfold lying on the bed, and she said languidly,

“You mean to tell me you snuck me away from the party just for this? Just to wear a blindfold?”

Leon raised a brow at her words. “Does Your Majesty have a new idea?”

“Of course.”

“I’m all ears, Your Majesty.”

Rosvisser leaned slightly forward, pinched the lace blindfold between her fingers, and slowly explained,

“This blindfold is opaque. One of us puts it on, and the other points to a part of the blindfolded person’s body and asks, ‘kiss or not?’ The one wearing the blindfold can only answer ‘kiss’ or ‘don’t kiss.’”

She gave a simple rundown of the game and then tilted her lovely chin toward Leon.

“Let’s see who loses control first—the one with the blindfold, or the one without. So, what do you say? Dare to play?”

Ohoho!

Now that really was a brand new version!

General Leon accepted the challenge without hesitation. “Why wouldn’t I dare? So, are you wearing it, or me?”

“Obviously the man wears it. What, you expect me to?”

“No, no, I actually think it’d be better if you wore it.”

“Well, I think it’d be better ⊛ Nоvеlιght ⊛ (Read the full story) if you wore it.”

The new game hadn’t even started, and the two of them were already bickering again.

Eventually, they decided to settle it with the oldest method—

“Rock, paper… scissors!”

“I won.”

“Ha! I won! Rosvisser, put it on.”

The queen shot him a sharp side-glance, her silver eyes like blades. “Fine, I’ll wear it. But don’t you dare pounce on me the moment I say ‘kiss.’”

“Relax. You’re definitely the one who’ll lose control first, Mother Dragon.”

Rosvisser let out a soft snort, sat at the edge of the big bed, her long silver tail curling and settling behind her. Her pale, delicate legs held up the hem of her nightgown as she curled into the corner of the mattress, the dragon markings across her chest resting quietly.

She secured the lace blindfold in place and said, “All right. Come on.”

Leon got into position, sitting in front of Rosvisser. He waved a hand in front of her eyes to make sure the blindfold was truly opaque. Only after confirming it blocked all light did he relax.

After all, this Mother Dragon had tricks up her sleeve. If he didn’t stay alert, who knew what she’d pull.

“All set~?” Rosvisser prompted.

“Don’t rush. Let me see… here—kiss or not?”

Leon pointed at the tip of her nose.

With her eyes completely covered, Rosvisser had no idea where he might be pointing.

If it was a normal spot, that was fine. But if it was somewhere strange or naughty…

Not that she’d refuse, it would just be… intense.

That was the fun of this game—you never knew where your beloved would point.

And you couldn’t just keep saying “don’t kiss” either. That would defeat the whole point of flirtation and foreplay.

After a brief moment of hesitation, Rosvisser nodded and softly replied,

“Kiss.”

She figured he wouldn’t choose a weird spot the first time.

Sure enough, a moment later, she felt a warm, gentle sensation.

Just as she’d expected.

“And now… here. Kiss or not?”

“Don’t kiss.”

This time, Rosvisser responded much more firmly.

After all, that dog of a man might’ve used the first normal touch as a trick, and this second one could very well be straight-up mischief.

“Really? Not gonna kiss?”

Leon’s voice was full of coaxing temptation.

Rosvisser clutched the hem of her skirt a little tighter, hesitated, then bit her lip and said,

“Kiss. Let’s see just how bold you really are.”

With that declaration, the queen mentally braced herself. She drew a deep breath, quietly waiting for the kiss to land.

But deep down, twisted between anxiety and anticipation, she couldn’t help but hope this dog man would break the “rules.”

That contradiction—that thrill—was the very charm of this game.

Yet, in what seemed like a deliberate anticlimax, Leon only kissed her on the cheek.

She let out a quiet sigh, and then heard him ask,

“What, disappointed?”

Even with the blindfold on, Rosvisser could clearly hear the smug grin in that dog’s voice.

“Hmph. Only kissing my nose and cheek? I’m not impressed.”

“If I kissed anywhere else, you wouldn’t like it.”

“Oh? Try me.”

“All right then. Here—kiss or not?”

“……”

Where was he pointing this time?

Was it another harmless spot like her nose or cheek?

Or…?

Rosvisser gently bit her lower lip. After a brief pause, she said,

“Kiss.”

“Again?”

Leon said playfully, “If I kiss you here, I bet at least two of your dragon marks will light up.”

“Quit bluffing, Leon. Unless you cheated and moved your finger, I don’t feel anything where you’re pointing.”

“I wouldn’t cheat, Rosvisser. Since you’ve decided—let me fulfill your wish.”

Having learned from the last two rounds, Rosvisser thought she had the game figured out—

“Mm…”

This time, he kissed her lips—soft, slightly cool, and full of sensation.

And unlike the brief, featherlight kisses from before, this one lingered.

Rosvisser didn’t pull away.

With the lace blindfold stripping her vision, her sense of touch had heightened.

The faint velvet of his lips against hers sent her reeling.

Suddenly, she felt a warmth bloom across her chest.

Must be the dragon marks activating—

That dog really did get it right.

Several minutes later, the heat on her lips finally faded. Rosvisser leaned slightly forward, seemingly a little unsatisfied.

But her stubborn pride wouldn’t let her say “do it again”—otherwise, that dog would never let her hear the end of it.

“Next… here. Kiss or not?”

And this time… where would it be?
