Chapter 457: Old Zhou comes to inspect personally; Shazhu becomes increasingly bold

"Ping'an, I have a question. You've cultivated the rice to be as big as peanuts; how will people eat it in the future?"

"Will they eat it with a bowl like before, or eat it grain by grain like peanuts?"

Cai Quanwu had a new doubt.

Wan Ping'an notified Director Wang of the Agricultural Science Academy. The two were old acquaintances, and since he was the director of the academy, he naturally notified him first.

"Ping'an, you said there was a major achievement. What major achievement is it?"

Director Wang received the news and rushed over in less than an hour.

"I've said it, you might not believe it. Come, let's go see it directly!"

Wan Ping'an took Director Wang to see the evolved golden rice.

Just as they arrived at the scene, Director Wang was dumbfounded and couldn't speak for a long time. He really wanted to ask Wan Ping'an: is what you're growing really rice?

Why are the grains so big?

Director Wang's hands were trembling as he personally broke off a rice ear, manually threshed it, and picked out the large rice grains one by one.
