Chapter 636: Yi Zhonghai and Fan Jinyou collude

"Yi Zhonghai, what do you want with me?"

Fan Jinyou frowned slightly.

He certainly knew Yi Zhonghai, the First Elder of the Hongxing Sihe Academy under the subdistrict office, who had many times had the "honor" of becoming a negative example.

There wasn't a single person in the subdistrict office who didn't know Yi Zhonghai.

Yi Zhonghai looked left and right.

He took twenty yuan from his pocket and stuffed it into Fan Jinyou's hand.

Fan Jinyou looked left and right; no one saw, so he slipped it into his pocket. He was a petty person, greedy for money and lustful; if someone gave him money, how could he not take it?

The two soon arrived at a secluded corner.

"What is it?"

Fan Jinyou asked.

"Officer Fan, I want you to help me arrange two people to go and threaten He Daqing, saying that the organization wants to check his family background."

"Give him a deadline and let him report it himself."

Yi Zhonghai wanted to drive He Daqing away.

Since the Widow Bai path didn't work, he wanted to try another way.

He had heard of Fan Jinyou's reputation: greedy for money and lustful, a pure petty person. As long as he was given money, he could handle anything.

"Just threaten him?"

Fan Jinyou was stunned. Was this money too easy to earn?

"Right, just threaten him."

"But I have one requirement: it can't be traced back to me."

Yi Zhonghai demanded.

"Don't worry about that, it definitely won't be traced back to you."

Fan Jinyou smiled. ===== CHAPTER 638 =====
