Chapter 676: Jia Zhangshi buys dried pumpkin, worth ten yuan, only gives one mao

The next afternoon.

Sihe Academy.

Wan Ping'an returned to Sihe Academy, and Sun Tiezhu also returned together, and even helped Wan Ping'an carry back a bag of pumpkins.

Very capable.

Sun Tiezhu went home and saw his mother, Wang Dahua, lecturing Niu Niu.

"I told you to watch the house, how did you watch the house?"

"Look, the dried pumpkin is gone."

Wang Dahua pointed to the basket for drying pumpkin in front of the door; only a small strip of dried pumpkin remained, and one mao, the dried pumpkin was gone.

"I, I just went to the backyard to play for a while, and the dried pumpkin was gone."

Niu Niu was very aggrieved.

She didn't know where the dried pumpkin went either.

"Mom, don't scold Niu Niu anymore, she didn't do it on purpose."

"The most important thing now is to find the dried pumpkin back, see who stole it, I'll go ask the Third Aunt, see if any outsiders have come."

Sun Tiezhu turned and ran to the front yard.

After asking the Third Aunt, it was confirmed that no outsiders had come all day; it must have been done by someone in the courtyard.

"It must be Jia Zhangshi, I'll go find her to settle the account."

Wang Dahua gritted her teeth.

Among the people in the courtyard who were light-fingered, only Jia Zhangshi had been discovered so far; perhaps there were others, but at least they hadn't been discovered.

"Mom, wait, we don't have evidence."

"Besides, Jia Zhangshi is an unreasonable person, going to find her is useless, let's go directly to the police!"

Sun Tiezhu suggested.

"Good!"

"Tiezhu, you go to the police!"

Wang Dahua agreed. ===== CHAPTER 678 =====
