Chapter 1190: Another Set Acquired

Red Star Steel Rolling Factory

After an internal work meeting, Cao Weiguo was slacking off in the office as usual.

It wasn't until mealtime that Cao Weiguo was willing to walk out of the office.

On the way to the cafeteria, he ran into Song Hu, who was leaning against a tree in a daze.

Cao Weiguo greeted him with a smile: "Brother Hu."

Song Hu heard someone calling him and was stunned for a moment. When he saw Cao Weiguo, he hurriedly walked over with a smile.

"Brother-in-law, are you going to eat?"

Song Hu successfully joined the Security Section of the Red Star Steel Rolling Factory half a month ago. With Cao Weiguo's face, plus his straightforward personality, kindness to others, and generosity, he quickly got along with the comrades in the Security Section.

Cao Weiguo: "Yes, what about you, why aren't you going to the cafeteria?"

Song Hu said angrily: "Hi! Don't mention it! I'm waiting for someone to go see a house."

Cao Weiguo asked: "See a house? See what house?"

Song Hu said: "The landlord of the house I rented suddenly said he wouldn't rent it anymore. I told our captain, and the captain said he would take me to see a house..."

After Song Hu joined the job, Cao Weiguo asked the Logistics Department to contact the street office and rented a room in a nearby alley. Before he had lived there for long, the big movement started. The landlord was terrified by the Red Little Soldiers and prepared to sell the ancestral property and move to another place...

Selling a house?

As soon as Cao Weiguo heard this, he immediately became energetic.

In this day and age, buying and selling houses is not allowed, but there are policies above and countermeasures below, especially ancestral property can still be traded privately, but it cannot be called buying and selling, but rather exchange, leasing, inheritance, transfer... As long as both parties have discussed it, just go to the street office to go through the procedures.

For things like houses, Cao Weiguo has always believed the more the better, and he wants to buy them when he encounters them.

Cao Weiguo asked: "Brother Hu, has the landlord found a buyer? How is the house?"

Song Hu was stunned: "Brother-in-law, do you want to buy?"

Cao Weiguo pulled Song Hu to the tree: "A little interested, tell me about the situation of the house."

Seeing Cao Weiguo so serious, Song Hu introduced the situation of the house in detail.

The house is located in Dongmianhua Alley, it is a two-entry Sihe Academy, with a total of ten or so rooms...

Cao Weiguo became even more interested: "Take me to see the house this afternoon."

Song Hu said: "Sure, but brother-in-law, you have to help me ask for leave."

Cao Weiguo smiled: "Small matter, let's go, I'll treat you to lunch today."

Song Hu: "Thank you, brother-in-law."

After lunch, Cao Weiguo greeted Zhao Mancang.

Song Hu borrowed a bicycle and led Cao Weiguo to Dongmianhua Alley.

An old Sihe Academy with blue tiles and gray walls, the main gate opens to the southeast. The layout of the courtyard is relatively cramped. The front courtyard is mainly inverted rooms, composed of the main room and left and right ear rooms and east and west wing rooms and ear rooms. The back courtyard is the back cover room and one wing room of each size on the left and right. The connection between the front courtyard and the back courtyard is a corridor through the east ear room. The total area is estimated to be about 800 square meters.

The landlord is a middle-aged man wearing a gray Zhongshan suit and glasses, looking at Cao Weiguo with some suspicion: "Do you want to buy a house?"

Although Cao Weiguo is dressed well, he looks really too young.

Cao Weiguo smiled: "Can you take me around?"

Middle-aged man: "Please follow me."

After turning around, Cao Weiguo said straightforwardly: "The house is good, you name a price." ===== CHAPTER 1192 =====
