【Your body and mind become still and motionless, and every pore on your body seems to be breathing, with inexplicable Qi slowly entering and exiting, entering without accumulation, exiting without dispersion.】

【At this moment, you seem to have made contact with the supreme existence in the void.】

【You feel as if you possess dharma-world supernatural powers, capable of pulling all things with a single thought, reaching the state of Brahma-self unity and emptiness of the five aggregates.】

【You cannot help but recall Buddhist scriptures in your heart.】

【"World-Honored One. As I understand the meaning of what the Buddha said... At that time, the World-Honored One said, this person walks the evil path and cannot see the Tathagata."】

【"All appearances are illusory; if one sees that all appearances are not appearances, one sees the Tathagata."】

【You have endless joy in your heart.】

【"See the original heart, illuminate the Tathagata!"】

【Both hands slowly loosen, the right palm facing up, resting on the left palm, the two thumbs touching.】

【An aura of being motionless like a mountain, sealing all worlds, permeates out.】

【"Dharma Realm Stillness Seal!"】

【The five fingers of the right hand represent the five great elements of the Buddha realm, the five fingers of the left hand represent the five great elements of the sentient being realm, the two hands overlapping represent the meaning of the non-duality of sentient beings and Buddhas, the thumbs touching represent the unobstructed fusion of the great emptiness, and because it is still and motionless, it is called the Dharma Realm Stillness Seal.】

【This is one of the three great hand seals of the Zen school; Buddhist scriptures say that if the three great hand seals are gathered, one can ascend to the Western Heaven and see the Tathagata at any time.】
