Chapter 90: Rojie

~6 min read 1,075 words

That night.

Inside the Gray Mist Hall, two Rojie huddled in the corner, slacking off furiously.

The Gray Mist Hall was unusually quiet today, with only two people present.

Hokage Rojie and student Rojie.

More accurately, the student Rojie should be called Type-Moon Rojie.

After all, he’s working a side job in the Type-Moon setting.

Though the number was so low it couldn’t even form a game of Dou Dizhu.

But since they’d come anyway, the two started a tea talk, discussing which enemies Hokage Rojie had eliminated these past few days.

“I never thought Itachi’d unify the Land of Earth and the Land of Wind so easily?”

Type-Moon Rojie sighed deeply, still savoring Hokage Rojie’s recent achievements.

“I expected Itachi’d need a brutal, bloody war to unify the ninja world—after taking on all four nations at once, relying solely on overwhelming force to make them bow.”

“But who could’ve imagined Itachi’d already seized the Land of Earth and the Land of Wind, while the Land of Lightning and the Land of Water remained completely unresponsive?”

Hokage Rojie narrowed his eyes slightly, legs crossed.

“The Land of Water has always been isolationist, cut off from the world. Besides, I suspect Obito Uchiha is hiding there—so their silence is perfectly normal.”

“As for the Land of Lightning, they’ve probably heard the news, but the sudden shift has stunned them—they haven’t recovered yet.”

“After all, with my Rabbit Talisman, I’m the fastest ninja in the ninja world!”

Type-Moon Rojie couldn’t help laughing, teasing: “Oh right, right, Lord Black Flash. In a few days, the Iron Fist of Lightning God will smash right onto your head.”

Hokage Rojie waved his hand dismissively: “No problem—I’ll transform into a healing dragon and go clubbing at the entrance of the Hidden Cloud Village. Let’s see what he can do.”

Here, Hokage Rojie changed the subject.

“I thought today’s visit to the Gray Mist Hall would be for pre-battle resupply.”

“I was hoping to refresh an SSR leg, but instead I got Itachi, an N-rarity little brother.”

“And by the way, what’ve Itachi been doing in the Type-Moon setting these days?”

Type-Moon Rojie snapped.

He glared at Hokage Rojie, voice laced with clear irritation:

“What do Itachi mean I haven’t done anything?”

“To Itachi, months have passed, but in the Type-Moon world, barely a week has gone by.”

“In just these few days, I completely obliterated Kirei Kotomine!”

“Wait a few days—watch me clear the Holy Grail War in one night.”

As Type-Moon Rojie said.

In the Type-Moon world, since his first arrival in the Gray Mist Hall, only a few days had passed.

Almost every night, Type-Moon Rojie could come to the Gray Mist Hall.

There, he’d marvel as versions of himself from other worlds kept appearing, his power exploding higher and higher.

Originally, Type-Moon Rojie had planned to sneak through the Fifth Holy Grail War, then head to the Clock Tower to study magic and improve himself.

But after just two sleeps, he realized he was nearly max level.

So he kicked down the Kiri family’s front door and gave the old worm a real treat.

Too bad the old bastard couldn’t take it—he collapsed after a few blows, torn apart by this insect-expert.

After eliminating Kirei Kotomine, Type-Moon Rojie looted the Kiri household, used the Dragon Talisman to set off fireworks, and burned the Kiri family mansion to ashes.

As for Sakura Matou, Type-Moon Rojie transformed into a gynecological master, healing her bodily injuries with the Horse Talisman.

Then, using magic taught by Lore, he erased Sakura Matou’s memories of that painful experience and sent her out of Fuyuki City.

Right now, Sakura Matou is probably jamming with a band in Shimokita.

Type-Moon Rojie’s reckless actions naturally drew attention.

Like the sadistic priest of the Holy Church.

Like the leg-play girl from the Tohsaka family.

Like some Rexin citizen of Fuyuki.

After all, the Fifth Holy Grail War was about to begin—and with one of the Three Families, the Kiri household, wiped out, it was bound to attract notice.

Especially when the leg-play girl discovered her sister had vanished mysteriously—she nearly went insane with rage.

Had she not been preparing for the Holy Grail War, she’d have already poured all her resources into hunting down the killer.

Of course, to ordinary citizens, this was just another tragedy caused by a gas explosion.

The only ones injured were the Fuyuki City Fire Department.

Hokage Rojie chuckled, then asked: “Who are Itachi planning to summon for this Holy Grail War?”

Type-Moon Rojie tilted his chin slightly, a hint of pride in his eyes.

“I got quite a haul from looting the Kiri household—I’ve got two Sacred Relics on hand.”

“One is the relic Kirei Kotomine used to summon Lancelot in the last Holy Grail War.”

“The other is the relic Kirei Kotomine originally planned to use to summon Medusa in this war.”

“I’m obviously summoning Sister R—why would I pass up a beauty to summon Huang Mao?”

Hokage Rojie’s expression turned serious.

“Itachi’re wrong—Itachi have another Sacred Relic. Itachi could summon Mahiru Zolgen.”

Type-Moon Rojie’s face twisted in confusion: “Itachi mean the old worm?”

“I turned him to ash with Dragon Explosion a few days ago.”

Hokage Rojie nodded firmly: “Exactly. Isn’t the old worm’s ashes a Sacred Relic too?”

Type-Moon Rojie sneered, visibly disgusted: “Nah, gacha is too random.”

“If I pulled out the young Mahiru, maybe it’d be useful.”

“But if I accidentally get cursed and pull out the old worm, I’ll have to fight him again.”

“I’ll stick with Sister R’s guaranteed drop.”

Hokage Rojie shrugged, unconcerned: “I think it’s fine—summoned servants killing themselves is a standard feature anyway.”

As the two chatted back and forth enthusiastically, the mist in the hall suddenly churned.

Both instantly fell silent, switching to spectator mode, eyes locking onto the round table.

On one side of the table, gray mist swirled like a washing machine, spinning a chair violently.

Within the mist, a shadow flickered, indistinct and blurred.

As time passed, the mist gradually thinned, revealing a new Rojie in a brown school uniform.

Seeing this new Rojie, both Hokage Rojie and Type-Moon Rojie froze in shock.

They exchanged a glance.

That uniform—it was the high school uniform of Sōgō Academy, wasn’t it?

What’s going on? Did he also get transported to the Type-Moon world?

Can two Rojies exist in the same world?

It must be a parallel world!
