Chapter 20: Chu Yang at Hogwarts [Please Follow]

~6 min read 1,033 words

“I will definitely become Hokage one day—just like Lord Hashirama!”

On his first day at the Ninja Academy, Chu Yang spotted a student shouting loudly at the gate.

Teaching wasn’t something Chu Yang liked—he was a prodigy with no patience for ordinary people, and he hated brats.

Especially brats in an excited state.

Like the one screaming right in front of him.

Chu Yang, his expression grim, walked up to the brat, grabbed his head, and said coolly, “This is a school. Keep your voice down.”

But the brat had a temper—he slapped Chu Yang’s hand away, ran behind his father, and stuck out his tongue.

Chu Yang: “...”

The ninja seemed to know who Chu Yang was and apologized with an uneasy smile: “Lord Yang, I’m sorry—my son has been poorly disciplined. Please don’t take it personally.”

Chu Yang looked surprised. “Itachi know me? What’s your name?”

“I am Sarutobi Sasuke, and this is my son, Sarutobi Hiruzen.”

Sarutobi Sasuke pushed Hiruzen forward with a smile and whispered, “This is Lord Hashirama’s disciple—Itachi’ve always admired him so much. Why aren’t Itachi saying anything?”

Sarutobi Hiruzen stared wide-eyed at Chu Yang.

Chu Yang stared back, equally wide-eyed, the two of them locked in silent disbelief.

Holy shit!

This brat is the Third Hokage?!

Still dazed, the young Hiruzen blurted out boldly: “Itachi’re Lord Hashirama’s disciple? Itachi don’t look that impressive.”

Chu Yang: “...”

Sarutobi Sasuke scratched his head awkwardly and laughed. “Hahaha, Lord Yang, sorry—this kid’s probably still half-asleep and talking nonsense.”

Chu Yang smiled, lips curled but eyes cold. “No problem. I’ll take him inside—he’ll wake up right away.”

Hiruzen sensed the malice in Chu Yang’s tone and scrambled backward, trying to hide behind his father.

But his small, frail frame was easily shoved forward by his father.

“Lord Yang, please take good care of Hiruzen—I have a mission and must leave now,” Sarutobi Sasuke said, then bent down to his son. “Hiruzen, study hard. I’ll come pick Itachi up after class!”

With that, Sarutobi Sasuke vanished in a Body Flicker Technique—clearly, his mission was urgent.

Hiruzen looked up at Chu Yang, forcing a stiff, pleading smile.

Chu Yang smiled back—but to Hiruzen, it looked like the grin of a demon.

“WAAAAAAAH!!”

Hiruzen’s mental defenses shattered—he burst into loud, uncontrollable sobs.

Did I make the future Third Hokage cry on his first day of school?

Chu Yang slapped his forehead, looking utterly exhausted.

…………

The start of term was annoying—not just for Chu Yang in the ninja world, but also for Chu Yang in the Harry Potter magical world.

The magical world’s Chu Yang grew up in an orphanage in London.

Before his soul entered the Spirit Palace, Chu Yang had already received his acceptance letter from Hogwarts.

Chu Yang had some magical talent, but back then, he worried he couldn’t handle the dangers he’d face at the school.

The first few years were fine—he believed he could get by—but once he reached fourth year, the Triwizard Tournament would begin, meaning Voldemort’s return.

Chu Yang didn’t think a wizard orphan from a London slum could survive the coming war sweeping through the magical world.

Better to risk nothing and live a quiet Muggle life than risk everything at Hogwarts.

But now, things had changed.

His cheat system had finally arrived!

With support from the Chu Yangs of the other two worlds, his confidence surged.

So the moment his soul returned to the real world, he pulled out the acceptance letter hidden under his pillow.

【Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry】

【Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore】

(President of the International Confederation of Wizards, First-Class Order of Merlin, Grand Wizard, Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot)

【Dear Mr. Chu Yang】

【We are pleased to inform Itachi that Itachi have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Enclosed is a list of required books and equipment.】

【The term begins on September 1st. We await your owl’s reply by July 31st.】

Deputy Headmistress

Minerva McGonagall

Chu Yang began writing a reply to Hogwarts, clearly explaining his situation at the orphanage—he needed the school to send a teacher or professor to help him.

He had no way to find Diagon Alley alone.

The diligent owl, frustrated by his lack of reply, had flown to the orphanage nearly every day—it nearly got cooked into soup for the children by the nuns.

The owl took flight with the reply, vanishing into the sky in an instant.

“As long as it’s not Snape coming, I’ll accept any other professor.” Chu Yang didn’t dislike Snape—but as a student, he still kept his distance.

Snape was just like those headmasters from his past life who beat students with bamboo canes...

There was still time before Hogwarts sent a professor after receiving his reply—Chu Yang needed to save up tuition during this period.

How?

Of course, by robbing the rich to help the poor!

This was 1990s London—dark alleyways were full of idle thugs.

Chu Yang targeted them specifically; sometimes, he even stumbled upon gang deals and struck it rich in one go.

In two days, Chu Yang had saved enough for seven years of tuition.

This couldn’t get back to Hogwarts—he still had to pretend to be a poor student.

On the third evening after sending his reply, Chu Yang’s Observation Haki sensed a peculiar aura—he packed his bags and slipped quietly out the window.

He waited in the courtyard for a moment when a gentle voice came from behind him.

“Mr. Chu Yang, I’m glad to see Itachi’ve prepared in advance.”

Chu Yang turned to see a short, plump witch approaching—wild, tangled hair, a thick robe, and a pointed hat covered in patches.

Chu Yang nodded. “Are Itachi the Hogwarts professor?”

The plump witch smiled. “Mr. Chu Yang, hello. I am Pomona Sprout, Head of Hufflepuff House and Professor of Herbology at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.”

Chu Yang bowed slightly. “Professor Sprout, hello.”

Sprout glanced at the orphanage behind him and whispered, “In nearly a thousand years of Hogwarts’ history, very few orphans have been admitted. The last one was...”

Tomorrow’s recommendation is up, guys—please follow and read! No recommendation means no exposure—thank Itachi all!!
