His gaze shifted to the cause of Kiefer's reaction- The corpses of the remaining members of the Dread Vipers.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>This was obviously not the first time Kiefer had seen corpses. But what he had never seen were corpses in the state of the Dread Vipers.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Some corpses had so much boils, bumps and pus on their faces and bodies that one could not even see the faces of those corpses.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Some had black and blue blood pouring out from all their orifices. And in the body of those corpses, one could see something that was similar to a worm moving in the eyes and arms of those corpses.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Some had strange looking insects and scorpions chewing on their bodies.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>There were more, but the state of the corpses were so bad that it was no surprise that a young boy like Kiefer would have such a reaction.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>One could see the expressions of fear and horror on the faces of most of the corpses, and Corey wondered if he had overdone it.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>To effortlessly kill every member of the Dread Viper outside, Corey had used a combination of fog manipulation, plague whispering and poison manipulation.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Fog manipulation was used to blind, confuse and make sure the enemy did not escape.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Plague whispering was used to call forth the poison insects and diseases which slowly but surely killed every member of the Dread Vipers.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Poison manipulation was used to create a special type of poison that could destabilize the senses of every individual that was in the fog.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The simultaneous use of the three skills on a large area and in a concentrated amount consumed more mana than Corey expected, especially the two manipulation skills.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>But to his surprise, it only consumed 10% of his total mana.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>10% of his total mana was not little, and if Corey was right, 10% of his total mana was equivalent to 70% of his total mana when he was in the violet star phase as a tier 1.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The large difference between the violet star and black star was surprising and slightly shocking to Corey, but he was nevertheless pleased.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>'I need to leave here. I've been getting a premonition that I'll regret it if I stay here for too long.'\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"Let's go.\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Corey said and without waiting for a reply, he started walking off.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Kiefer gazed at Corey's broad back and a confused light flashed in his eyes.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>'He has spatial abilities, regenerative abilities, can control fog, poison and also insects.'\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>'How many abilities does he have?'\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Kiefer wondered just who his new master was.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Sigh\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>He released a sigh then ran after Corey.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>An hour later.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Two cars, a pickup truck and a SUV drove into the vicinity of the headquarters of the Dread Vipers.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Eleven men and two females got down from the car and a frown along with a shocked light instantly appeared on the faces of the group.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"What's this?\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"Who dares to do this?\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Murmurs instantly spread out as the facial expressions of the group became dark.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"Find out if Kirk is still alive.\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>A deep voice filled with restrained anger resounded and every member of the group instantly looked at a young man who looked to be in his early twenties.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The young man was slightly tall and he also had a lot of tattoos, ear rings, nose rings, eye piercings and an extremely skinny body.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>His crimson eyes which were as sharp as shards of obsidian radiated a vicious light.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>If Corey was here, he would instantly recognize this man.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"Yes master!\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The men in the group quickly replied before the terrible wrath of their master was unleashed on them.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"And see if his son is still alive or if his corpse is here.\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The skinny man with a lot of tattoos spoke once again, momentarily stopping his subordinates.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"Yes master!\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>All the men quickly dispersed, leaving their master who was holding the two females by their waist with anger in his eyes.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Some minutes went by and the men came back with fearful expressions.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The skinny man glanced at their expressions, then his gaze shifted to the head in one of his subordinates hands.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The air instantly became heavy and a tier 3 pressure that was much greater than that of the leader of the Dread Vipers enveloped the surroundings.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The men who were also tier 3 felt their hearts skip a beat due to immense pressure emanating from their master.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>One of the men came up and with a dry throat, he spoke:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"We didn't find the kid. He was probably taken.\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"Maybe the group that did this found out about the boy's talent.\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>With every word that was spoken by the man, the pressure in the surroundings increased and the two women screamed in pain due to the immense grip of their master.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The skinny man threw the two women away, injuring them in the process, then he walked towards the group of men, causing resounding gulps.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The skinny man ignored everybody and he picked the head filled with blonde hair.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>He turned it and when he saw the expression of disbelief and hate in the eyes of the head, his crimson eyes glinted with a vicious glint.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"I don't know who dared to do this to you my friend.
