Chapter 812

One is few, two are scary, so reissue a First-Class Merit, additionally award the title of Ultimate Guardian...

The thunderous applause ended, Minister Wang continued.

"Comrade Lin Feng has outstanding merit, both virtue and talent, and is both civil and military."

"Approved by the Military Department's research, notified to the Southeast Theater Political Department for the record."

"Specially promoted one level, Major promoted to Lieutenant Colonel, administrative level is full regiment."

"This promotion complies with procedures and standards."

"There is no leapfrog, non-standard promotion behavior."

"This order is approved by the Military Department, signed by me personally, 2010 XXXX."

After the document was closed and handed to the secretary beside him,

Wang Weihua faced everyone, his expression returned to seriousness.

"The special situation of this operation concerns the national body and face."

"Therefore, there is no shining award ceremony."

"At the same time, it can only be notified to a few relevant units for knowledge and filing."

"In short, abide by the confidentiality discipline and prohibit external dissemination."

"Next, please ask the Chief to personally award medals to the meritorious officials."

As the words fell, the ceremonial soldiers walked in step with red cloth trays.

The Chief first awarded the collective merit certificate.

The collective First-Class Merit certificate was received by Major General Zhong Yi personally.

The First Team's collective Special-Class Merit was received by Senior Colonel Tang Shan.

When it was Lin Feng's turn, the Chief personally awarded the Special-Class and First-Class Merit medals.

The Major rank was removed and replaced with the Lieutenant Colonel rank with two stars.

Alright, according to previous estimates, Lin Feng would have to wait until September next year.

When he graduated from the National Defense University, he would be awarded the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Plans don't keep up with changes, now it's a full year ahead of schedule.

But approved by the Military Department's collective research, there is absolutely no problem.

In one sentence: the merit of this operation is heaven-defying, and it has reached the point where it must be promoted!

In other words, the Chief absolutely suppressed the speed of promotion.

Otherwise, this time, even if he was promoted to Colonel, no one could criticize it!

Patting Lin Feng's shoulder, the Chief smiled deeply.

"Kid, I'm optimistic about you, remember to be humble and prudent."

"The greater the ability, the heavier the responsibility."

"Put an end to arrogance, wildness, and looking down on others."

"Be low-key in conduct, high-key in work."

"Respect superiors, care for subordinates, and actively carry forward the fine traditions of our army."

Facing the solemn instructions from the Chief, Lin Feng saluted solemnly.

"Do not forget the original intention, do not live up to the high expectations, and always stick to the honor and mission of a soldier."

"Guarantee to be cautious in words and deeds, and volunteer to be the most loyal guardian of the people."

While speaking, Lin Feng turned to look at everyone and raised his right fist.

"I swear, love the country and protect the country, love the people..."

The award ceremony that was not announced to the outside world ended in the solemn oath.

Due to the tight schedule, the Chief didn't say another word, nor did he stay for even a second.

Without a doubt, the Chief left with satisfaction!

Under the condition of guaranteed 'loyalty',

Lin Feng's future will obviously enter the fast lane of high-speed promotion.

The specific reasons won't be described; those who understand will understand, and there is no problem.

The Chief left, but Wang Weihua didn't.

After all personnel were dismissed, accompanied by Lin Feng, he strolled in the underground base.

Walking and walking, they came to the armored gathering place.

Wang Weihua patted the tank body, making a sound, and looked at Lin Feng beside him.

"Little Lin, this is our first meeting."

"But your deeds and reports often appear on my desk."

"Invincible as a single soldier has long become an accepted fact!"

Lin Feng didn't understand the intention of these words, so he scratched his head awkwardly.

"Chief, as your soldier, the stronger the combat power, the better, right?"

"Haha, you kid is slippery, but I like it."

Wang Weihua nodded with a laugh: "Indeed, the stronger the combat power, the better."

"If there could be a team of people with the same combat power as you,"

"What Americans and Russians, I would dare to order the troops to go south now and recover the islands."

"But there isn't, you are the only invincible existence in the entire army!"

Pausing, Wang Weihua shook his head regretfully.

"Little Lin, no matter how strong one person is, they are limited and cannot be in two places at once."

"Overall strength will be invincible and successful."

"So do you have any thoughts of transferring to the Military Department?"

"Hmm, for now, it's still in the special forces sequence."

"Form a special combat team directly under the Military Department."

Without a doubt, being directly under the Military Department has many benefits.

First, the degree of freedom is very high, without too many direct and indirect management superiors.

Second, in terms of resources and equipment configuration, Langya cannot compare.

Third, the personnel and promotion channels are broader and smoother.

Fourth, directly under the headquarters, there is no regional limitation!

Many benefits, Lin Feng was very moved.

However, only after a few seconds, he shook his head and rejected it.

The special forces plot all happened in the Southeast Theater.

If he transferred to the Military Department, the subsequent plot rewards would have nothing to do with him.

Just this point alone, he couldn't jump ship.

In addition, being directly under the Military Department is awesome, but it lacks the directness of missions.

Calculation: almost no missions, training troops by the book is boring!

Moreover, he has too many attachments in Langya and the Southeast Theater....
