Chapter 838

【Since then, at 0:00 sharp on January 1st of each year, the item has transmitted similar messages to Earth.】

【#1-2020/01/01】

【Number: #674308】

【Name: Earth】

【Basic Information: 【Data Redacted】】

【Civilization: Earth Civilization】

【Development Level: Extremely Low】

【Assessment:】

【The civilization on the planet numbered #674308 has limited its exploration of space only to its own star system, and its ability to participate in the 【Unknown Vocabulary】 campaign is almost zero.】

【Monitor #303 will continue to conduct observation on the numbered planet for four planetary years.】

【If the civilization on this planet does not make significant progress during this period, it will be used as a consumable for the 【Unknown Vocabulary】 campaign, and the planet will be used as one of the resource reserve points.】

……

After seeing the file of "SCP-C-1556," a considerable number of players fell into silence.

No other reason; many players of the "Foundation Big Game" have played "Stellaris" more or less, and some are even heavy players.

Building observation posts in star systems with indigenous people to increase sociology points is one of the game features that must be tasted.

And in this file, there is a civilization from a higher-dimensional universe that set up an observation post for the Foundation.

"So, does this count as a high-dimensional civilization indirectly promoting the awakening of human civilization?"

"Listening to the ancestor Jiang, if it weren't for this observation post, the Foundation would have torn off the veil of the 'anomalous' world in a more gentle way..."

"The 'Administrator' chose the latter between personally beating the opponent and letting human civilization's technology awaken. He really loves peace; I'm crying to death."

"Curious about what the mood would be if this civilization realized that they had set up a building that shouldn't have been set up in the home of a group of divinities and supreme divinities."

"What kind of mood could it be... At worst, the mood is simple, or the mood is complex."

……

【#2-2021/01/01】

【After one planetary year of observation, the cultural development level of Earth civilization seems to be higher than its technological development level.】

【The entire civilization is divided into multiple different and mutually integrated cultural systems due to different regions.】

【The development level of some of these cultural (or religious) systems can already be on par with some of the civilizations among us.】

【However, the civilization's exploration of space is still seriously insufficient, but compared to the last assessment, it has developed to a great extent.】

【I believe and hope that it can soon welcome another technological explosion.】

……

【#3-2022/01/01】

【Over the past year, the progress of Earth civilization has slowed down, which inevitably makes us 137 a bit disappointed.】

【If it continues like this, once the observation period expires, the elimination program will be activated, and Earth civilization will be wiped out.】

……

【#4-2023/01/01】

【This year, the development of Earth's technology is still lagging behind; in the final observation period, we should have started the elimination program.】

【But we stopped it in time because we saw something different:】

【Foun... da... tion...】

【Secure...】

【Contain...】

【Protect...】

【According to the instructions of the 【Unknown Vocabulary】 Council, the observation time has been extended by five years.】

……

【#5-2024/01/01】

【The fate of Earth civilization is the same as the fate of planet #7721, but at least it has not been destroyed yet.】

【May the God of 【Unknown Vocabulary】 bless it!】

……

【#6-2025/01/01】

【The 【Unknown Vocabulary】 Council points out:】

【Earth is a planet with supernatural phenomena/entities; such planets account for only about 0.00163% of all celestial bodies in the universe.】

【And those with civilizations are even fewer.】

【The difficulty for Earth civilization to develop to such a point on a planet with so many supernatural things is something many civilizations among us cannot imagine.】

【It is even higher than the difficulty of destroying the mothership of the 【Unknown Vocabulary】 civilization in one fell swoop, thereby winning the 【Unknown Vocabulary】 campaign.】

【Moreover, Earth civilization also possesses an organization capable of targeting the supernatural; it is truly great.】

【May the God of 【Unknown Vocabulary】 bless her!】

……

【#7-2026/01/01】

【The 【Unknown Vocabulary】 Council points out: Earth civilization should be protected.】

【Even if she has developed to the point of being qualified to participate in the 【Unknown Vocabulary】 campaign.】

【Earth civilization should not be passively involved in the 【Unknown Vocabulary】 campaign in the name of the 【Unknown Vocabulary】 Universe Protocol.】

【Unless she participates in the war voluntarily.】

……

【#8-2027/01/01】

【I am Observer #4822, operator of Monitor #303】

【Leaving the beautiful planet I gazed at day and night】

【I am so glad she can be protected】

……

【#9-2028/01/01】

【Good luck! Goodbye!】
