Chapter 851

As the countdown ended, the AG-99 instantly rushed into the deep space of the universe, sailing toward Earth's past.

Sitting inside the AG-99, Jiang Wenhan's mood was somewhat excited.

Time travel was no longer a distant dream, but a reality before his eyes.

When the parallel space-time jumping device operated, he felt that everything around him was gradually deviating from the norm, and he himself had entered a brand-new dimension.

The universe outside the porthole was like a painting repainted by an abstract master.

The stars were no longer distant bright spots, but had turned into streamlines of light; these light rays extended, twisted, and converged into a shimmering sea.

Colors flipped and changed in his eyes, no longer following daily rules; those were colors humanity had never seen before, gems hidden outside the dimensions.

Besides that, there were some completely unknown and unexplainable sights; light and shadow intertwined with each other in peculiar ways, and spatial structures that did not conform to conventional physics also appeared at this moment.

Beautiful and crazy.

But fortunately, this feeling flashed by.

When the outlines of the world in his eyes became clear and the mixed colors had boundaries, Jiang Wenhan realized that the jump had ended.

And before his eyes was the mother planet of all humanity, the ancient origin of all human civilization.

—Earth.

The clouds were light brushstrokes of nature, smearing on the pure blue gem, sometimes dense like cotton, sometimes thin like light gauze, setting off the green land and the golden desert.

Compared to the planet in his impression, the Earth at this time was bluer where it was blue, and greener where it was green.

Jiang Wenhan was momentarily mesmerized.

"Welcome back to the past," the pilot said with a smile.

Subsequently, the AG-99 lowered its altitude and entered the clouds.

【Sitting in the co-pilot seat of the AG-99, I could clearly see the face of every person on the ground from the monitoring screen.】

【I asked the pilot if he could take me to see the observatory of the Chu State.】

【He agreed.】

【There, I saw the figure of a slightly short and chubby middle-aged man.】

【He frequently ran back and forth between the instruments, occasionally looking up at our aircraft, and occasionally looking down to write and draw.】

"Your ancestor doesn't look… very much like you, does he? But then again, he does look a bit like you," the pilot turned his head and joked.

"……"

Jiang Wenhan didn't know what to say for a moment.

You are talking to me about this…

Moreover, this was the first time he had heard someone say that his ancestor looked a bit like him.

He wondered if this kid would say to his dad at home: "Dad, why do you look so much like me?"

Jiang Wenhan shook his head quite helplessly and looked at the display screen inside the spaceship to confirm the local time.

18:04

On the ground, more and more people were attracted by the "Blue Bird."

Everything was proceeding according to plan.

"It's about time; you from two years ago are about to appear overhead."

As soon as the words fell, the communication device began to "beep, beep, beep."

The pilot casually rejected the communication request from "himself" and then sent the sentence that had been prepared long ago in plain text.

【To us from two years ago. Welcome to ignite human history yourself.】

The text was sent successfully, and the past and future completed their loop at this moment.

The viewers, of course, knew that the real meaning of doing this was to pass information to their selves in parallel universes, so that they would also ignite human history in the future, thereby completing the logical loop.

But some still laughed out loud.

"Damn, you made this trip just to send this one sentence, right?"

"I made the dumplings just for this bit of vinegar!"

"The past me was confused, but now, I'm throwing a heavy punch at my past self!"

……

With this, the image ended, and lines of text emerged.

【SCP: Blue Bird】

【Item Number: SCP-C-1559】

【Clearance Level: Level 1 (Public)】

【Containment Class: Confidential】

【Secondary Class: THAUMIEL】

【Disruption Class: EKHI】

【Risk Class: N/A】

【Item Description:】

【"SCP-C-1559" is a space-time folding aircraft developed by the Foundation, codenamed "Blue Bird."】

【The aircraft has the ability to perform reversible folding between parallel universes, and can also perform retrospective travel to a certain point in time before the current time coordinate for a specific parallel universe.】

【"SCP-C-1559-A" is a parallel space-time folding event that occurred in the current universe, taking place between 1300 BC and 280 BC in the Earth calendar of the current universe.】

【This event is presumed to have been executed by a parallel universe highly similar to the current universe.】

【Its main impact was the irregular observation of an entity with high-altitude flight capabilities within the range of 109~113 degrees East longitude and 26~32 degrees North latitude on Earth.】

【The characteristics of this entity highly match the AG-99.】

【It is currently speculated that the "SCP-C-1559-A" event was the "SCP-C-1559-B" event executed by the Foundation in another parallel universe using the AG-99.】

【This event and its eyewitness records are preserved in the archives of the Chinese Occult Society, numbered "Occult Ninety-Nine."】

【"SCP-C-1559-B" is a large-scale parallel space-time folding mission led by the Foundation's Shenzhou Branch, codenamed the "Blue Bird" project.】

【This mission is part of a larger mission hosted by the Foundation, the "Icarus Project."】

【Its main content is: piloting different models of space-time folding aircraft to fold between multiple parallel universes highly similar to the current universe.】

【Jumping to the time points corresponding to the budding period of various human civilizations in these universes.】

【And triggering reflection and curiosity about the universe for the target civilization through high-altitude flight performances.】

【Thereby laying the foundation for the subsequent development of aerospace technology for humanity in the corresponding parallel universe.】

【Known corresponding projects of other branches are as follows: 137】

【·Foundation Egypt Branch - "Bennu Project"】

【·Foundation India Branch - "Kalaviṅka Project"】

【·Foundation Sweden Branch - "Valkyrie Project"】

【·Foundation Mexico Branch - "Feathered Serpent Project"】

【In the Shenzhou Branch, the target time for the project was selected to start from Pan Geng's move to Yin (1300 BC) and end with King Zhao's campaign against Chu (260 BC).】

【The consideration for selecting this time period is: this period was the time when philosophical concepts and myths were concentratedly formed in Chinese civilization—】

【After the King Zhao's campaign against Chu event, the unification of the six states by the Qin State would become an inevitable event.】

【Therefore, the impact brought by the "Blue Bird Project" on regional civilization before this time point would spread to the whole country along with the unification process of Shenzhou.】

【Thereby becoming a part of the cosmic philosophy of the entire Chinese civilization, laying an important foundation for the subsequent development of aerospace technology in Shenzhou, as well as Shenzhou's contribution to the development of human aerospace technology.】

【Special Containment Procedures:】

【According to the instructions of the "Blue Bird Project" protocol, 276 AG-99 "Blue Bird" type space-time folding aircraft will be deployed near the first day zone of the Orion constellation where the solar system is located to execute the mission.】

【The general procedure for the mission is:】

【Performing space-time folding to Earth in 3 known parallel universes (136806, 136912, 148268) whose development history highly overlaps with the current universe.】

【The time target is: every Earth calendar spring from February 1300 BC to March 280 BC.】

【Randomly selecting 10 Earth natural days within the time period meeting the aforementioned requirements to execute the mission.】

【The specific time of appearance should be between 17:30 and 19:30 local time.】

【The spatial target is within the rectangular range defined by 109~113 degrees East longitude and 34~38 degrees North latitude on Earth during the period from 1300 BC to 1046 BC.】

【During the period from 1046 BC to 280 BC, it is within the rectangular range defined by 109~113 degrees East longitude and 26~32 degrees North latitude on Earth.】

【Randomly selecting coordinates within the area meeting the aforementioned requirements to jump.】

【The starting altitude of the flight should be 8000 meters above sea level, the maximum flight altitude should not exceed 20000 meters, and the minimum flight altitude should not be lower than 2000 meters.】

【After the aircraft arrives, it should perform high-altitude flight performances in the selected airspace.】

【The specific flight method is to be arranged by each responsible team before the execution of each mission.】 ===== CHAPTER 853 =====
