Chapter 980

"Don't you want to create value that belongs only to you?"

Hearing Qingque's words, Miss Keqing was even more surprised.

"Hehe, work isn't about striving for value, it's just labor in exchange for compensation."

"Stealing leisure while working is what's striving for value for oneself."

Qingque said with a smile.

【Trotter Pao Pao: Work isn't striving for value, it's just labor in exchange for compensation...】

【Lumine: Stealing leisure while working is striving for value for oneself!】

【Trotter Pao Pao: I always feel like she's like someone.】

【Lumine: It's Miss Lisa, right.】

【Miss Lisa: Oh my, I won't deny that I'll slack off, but I don't have thoughts like Qingque's.】

【Trotter Pao Pao: Miss Lisa seems indeed different from Qingque.】

【Lumine: However, although Qingque's words are a bit tricky, they make people feel there's some logic to them.】

【Ba Ba La: Following such a form of conduct, you... you'll become a useless person.】

【Tewalin: That's right, just like a certain god.】

【Barbados: Ehe.】

【Ba Ba La:...】

【Miss Beidou: Hahaha, I actually think this girl named Qingque is interesting,

being able to find opportunities to slack off in the midst of busy work is indeed another way of striving for value.】

【Kaeya: People who can slack off in the midst of work aren't necessarily useless people, they could also be people with strong work capabilities.】

【Kaeya: In Mondstadt, there's someone who can finish work quickly and then spend half a day in leisure.】

【Trotter Pao Pao: It's Miss Lisa, right.】

【Miss Lisa: Hehe, in short, perhaps one shouldn't underestimate this Qingque who seems to have a connection with Lady Fu Xuan.】

………………

"…Stealing leisure while working is striving for value for oneself?!"

"Twisted logic, twisted logic!"

Miss Keqing shook her head, simply unable to believe that there could be someone in this world who would say such things.

"You're the type of person who would devote yourself entirely to work, right."

"I see the shadow of Lady Fu Xuan in you."

Qingque glanced at Miss Keqing who was speaking, shook her head, and said meaningfully:

"Believe me, that state of work isn't good."

"If you're interested, I can teach you how to work, and make work happy, turning it into an art."

"Ar... art?" Miss Keqing looked at Qingque in confusion.

"That's right, it's art!" Qingque nodded heavily and said:

"If you want to make daily work easy and happy, and turn it into an art."

"First, you need to not over-complete tasks; complete tasks assigned by superiors at a steady pace before the deadline, never deliver them early."

"Second, don't take on work proactively; if the superior doesn't speak up about things they want you to handle, it has nothing to do with you."

"Third, third, don't struggle alone, and never fight for credit. If you can pull others in to work hard together, never carry it alone just to show off your capabilities."

"Afterward, if there's credit, push it to your colleagues; this way, you've done a favor, and I'll have a big tree to lean on in the future."

"It also eliminates the possibility of your superior appreciating and promoting you; you must know that a promotion means more work."

"In short, the three principles of turning work into art are: don't be proactive, don't refuse, and don't take responsibility."

"Have you learned it?"

Qingque crossed her arms and said to Miss Keqing with a smile.

【Lumine: Very well, I've learned it!】

【Kaeya: Don't be proactive, don't refuse, don't take responsibility! Hahaha, what a concise summary and interesting way of working.】

【Venti: On the Luofu Xianzhou, there's actually such an interesting person.】

【Kaveh: Alhaitham, why do I feel like you're usually like this, did you also summarize these three principles in your heart?】

【Alhaitham:...】

【Kaveh: You're not speaking, so that's a default! Next time I'll definitely advise Lord Lesser Lord Kusanali to let you do more work.】

【Alhaitham: Shut up!】

【Nahida: It seems I still have many things to learn; people like Qingque are rare, but they don't necessarily not exist.】

【Uncle Tian: This Miss Qingque has no thoughts of climbing up at all. But I have to say, such principles would indeed make a person's work easier.】

【Yelan: Uncle Tian, with your status, such principles are definitely not good; if you let some young people under you become like this... lying flat wouldn't be good.】

【Uncle Tian: Haha, I believe my students will still work hard.】

【Miss Beidou: If it were someone else, they might indeed be moved by Qingque's words. But if the target is Miss Keqing, that's absolutely impossible.】

【Uncle Tian: After all, Miss Keqing is completely opposite to Qingque; she wishes she didn't leave herself a moment of rest and devotes all her time to work.】

………………

"…Don't be proactive, don't refuse, don't take responsibility, how about it, do you want to try it?"

"Believe me, as long as you try it, your future work will definitely be quite fast."

"By the way, you all can try it too."

After Qingque finished speaking to Miss Keqing, she looked at Miss Mona, Miss Ningguang, Guest Zhongli, and others one by one.

"Hehe, thank you for the recommendation, Miss Qingque, I will consider it."

Miss Ningguang smiled slightly and said.

"Cannot agree, how can such a way of working make people feel happy."

Miss Keqing let out a long breath and said.

"You found the wrong person to teach, Qingque."

"The one in front of you is a workaholic."

"Possessing the same personality traits as your Lady Fu Xuan."

"You have no way to persuade her to work according to your principles."

Luo Feng smiled and also spoke up.

"So that's how it is, you really are the same type of person as Lady Fu Xuan."

"Wait, why do you sound like you know Lady Fu Xuan very well?"

"Do you know Lady Fu Xuan?"

Qingque said, looking at Luo Feng in confusion.

"Naturally I know her, didn't she mention my name to you?"

"You came to this Exalted Sanctum, you must have been asked by Lady Fu Xuan to bring a group of people to the Divination Commission, right."

Luo Feng said.

"There's this too?"

Miss Keqing looked at Qingque in surprise.

"How did you know?"

"But Lady Fu Xuan did ask me to bring a group of people to the Divination Commission."

"But among the people she described, it seems there wasn't someone like you."

"On the contrary, these few, they do fit some of the characteristics Lady Fu Xuan mentioned."

Qingque looked at Guest Zhongli, Miss Ningguang, Miss Keqing, Yaksha Xiao, and others and said.

"Perhaps she felt I wouldn't be interested in judging Miss Kafka."

"So she didn't tell you in detail about my existence."

Luo Feng shrugged and said.

"Is that so?"

Qingque tilted her head.

"Is this what's called slacking off?"

Miss Ningguang felt some emotion in her heart.
