Chapter 1220

A mere one million federation troops cannot even make a splash.

Even with those sector-level, system-level, and star-level federation troops.

Those federation troops are even more of a rabble.

Unfit for heavy duty.

If an invasion by the Alien race or Insect race truly occurs...

One still has to rely on the main branch.

Thinking of this.

Xu Zi'an immediately made up his mind.

Continue to increase investment in the federation army!

Only a safe environment.

Can guarantee the normal development of the economy!

Otherwise, a prosperous economy is just like a bubble.

It could shatter at any time.

And as Liu Yuyu continued her report, Xu Zi'an shook his head while listening.

These remaining federation troops.

Their tier is high enough.

But their combat power...

Is truly too pathetic.

Let's put it this way,

Compared to the federation army in other places, these federation troops.

Are like the difference between a militia and a regular army!

It is just that ridiculous.

But the only thing worth being gratified about is.

Liu Yuyu and He Shuangcang have completely taken control of the federation army.

Over the past month.

Through their various thunderous methods of combining kindness with severity.

Their combat power is pathetic, but they are finally obedient.

After hearing the report on the federation army, Xu Zi'an nodded and said: "Then let's officially start recruitment."

"As for their poor strength, it doesn't matter."

"Later, there will be plenty of opportunities for them to train!"

"I have only one requirement."

"Do not fear their casualties, I can afford the pensions!"

"And don't worry about having no one left if casualties are high."

"I would rather have 100,000 elites than a million pieces of trash!"

"Train them hard for me. Aren't they scrap iron? Then use countless blood and fire to forge them into fine steel for me!"

Liu Yuyu and He Shuangcang both laughed.

And Xu Zi'an waved his hand and continued: "Also, Qingying."

"Continue to increase investment in the federation army."

"Do not be afraid of the expenses."

"If the money is gone, earn more!"

"The federation army must become strong."

"Allocate 80% of last year's tax revenue for me to use for the expansion and strengthening of the federation army."

"The remaining 20% will be used for daily maintenance and other expenses for public facilities within the nebula."

"If it's not enough, tell me, and I will pay out of my own pocket to see if we can barely get by."

"In short, do everything possible to strengthen the federation army for me!"

Ren Qingying nodded immediately, indicating she understood.

With the federation army matters settled.

Gu Chengzhan spoke up: "After this month of rectification."

"Initially speaking, the situation in the entire Imei Nebula has improved slightly, but it is not particularly optimistic."

"Even though a large portion of people have been removed, there are still many mediocre and incompetent people."

"Various situations of administrative laziness, negligence, and poor handling occur frequently."

"In addition, the security issue must be resolved as soon as possible."

"The security here is really too poor!"

"It's not just interstellar pirates; even ordinary crimes are very, very frequent."

"Petty theft, fighting, and brawling are all too common."

Xu Zi'an said without hesitation: "Keep kicking people out!"

"I truly don't believe that without these people, the Imei Nebula can't find some capable people?"

"Without them, then recruit and assess from the public!"

"It doesn't matter if the other party is a biological ship captain; as long as they are capable, they can hold a series of positions!"

"Set the salary higher, at least consistent with administrative personnel in conventional nebulae."

"With a population of over 90 million Gou in the entire Imei Nebula, I really don't believe no one can fill the roles!"

Gou.

Here, it is a unit of quantity!

Above a hundred million is a trillion.

Above trillion are units like quadrillion, quintillion, sextillion, septillion, octillion, and so on!

The entire Imei Nebula has a staggering population of over 90 million Gou!

It looks quite astonishing.

But in reality...

This population standard for the Imei Nebula is actually very small.

After all, 1,883 large star systems!

Even taking the Milky Way as a unit of measurement, how many star systems are in one galaxy?

Hundreds of billions!

Even if only one-tenth of the star systems were inhabited.

That would still be a terrifying number.

Gu Chengzhan nodded gently, indicating he understood.

Afterwards, after reporting some other matters.

It was time for Ren Qingying and the others to start reporting one by one.

I have to say.

Ren Qingying.

Is truly a super genius in this regard.

The plans have already been made.

After reading Ren Qingying's economic development plan for the Imei Nebula, Xu Zi'an could only marvel inwardly.

Perhaps this marvel...

Is a feeling similar to how others marvel at his own talent.

Let's put it this way.

These plans of Ren Qingying.

It can be said that once successful.

They will completely mobilize the economic vitality of the entire Imei Nebula.

She even counted his own fame and prestige as an important part of attracting foreign investment for economic development.

Even a core part.
