Chapter 417: Dragon's Choice

【Ding! Physique has been enhanced, reaching six stars.】

【Ding! Qi and Blood have been enhanced, reaching six stars.】

【Ding! Spirit......】

Watching the prompts float up one after another before his eyes, Lin Yu broke into a grin.

The last time his physical fitness was enhanced was two days before the Summit War, and now, just three months later, it had been enhanced again — that pace was already not slow.

If he could keep improving at a rate of one star every three months, he might reach top-tier physical fitness in less than a year.

Combined with his various Devil Fruit abilities, he would then successfully take his place among the Admirals of the Fleet, instead of having to disguise himself with an experience card like he did now.

Of course, the higher the star rating, the more feedback experience it required, and the slower the growth became. If he wanted to maintain his current pace, he would need to keep pulling people into the crew.

With one going up and the other going down like that, he could just barely keep this enhancement efficiency steady.

Thinking this, Lin Yu quickly opened the Tuan Tuan Fruit System to check his current strength information.

Host: Lin Yu

Physique: Six stars.

Spirit: Six stars.

Qi and Blood: Six stars.

Swordsmanship: Five stars.

Physical Techniques: Seven stars.

Armament Haki: Six stars.

Observation Haki: Six stars.

Conqueror's Haki: Six stars.

Special Talents: Heart-to-Heart, Hearts of the People, Bloodline Factor Modified Human, Swordsmanship Prodigy, Peerless Beauty......

Special Skills: Quanweidiao Sect, Detection, Ship Control......

Devil Fruits: Light-Heavy, Bomb-Bomb, Box-Box, Rumble-Rumble, Soul-Soul, Love-Love, Press-Press......

Ability Points: Swordsmanship 103, Devil Points 780......

Base Combat Power: Eight stars / Marine Headquarters Elite Vice Admiral.

Additional Combat Power: Top-Tier Swordsman Experience Card / 1 use remaining, Scientific Combat Suit.

Note: Combat power is not equal to destructive power.

Seeing the information before his eyes, Lin Yu nodded.

Sure enough, no matter whether your strength was enough to one-shot other eight-star powerhouses, as long as your hard power hadn't met the standard, in the system's eyes you were still only eight stars.

Just like Boa Hancock, who could one-shot the Four Emperors' top officers, and Magellan, who could one-shot the Warlords — in the system's eyes, they too were only eight stars.

The gap between eight stars and nine stars really was absurdly huge.

But then, thinking of how in the original work Kaido had one-shotted Straw Hat Luffy — who had beaten Doflamingo and Katakuri — with a single club, and how Admiral Green Bull had directly one-shotted King and Queen, he understood.
