Chapter 63

Since we've entered the Grand Line, the chance of encountering a pirate crew with a Devil Fruit is very high, and Lin Yu already has his sights set on Nokigao's Devil Fruit.

"Moo moo moo!"

Hearing Lin Yu's words, Nokigao's heart leapt with joy, and she hugged him tightly, kissing him wildly.

"Enough, enough."

Lin Yu pried Nokigao off his body and wiped the saliva from his face with disgust.

He felt he wasn't taking advantage of Nokigao—on the contrary, he was the one being taken advantage of.

"Hehe."

"Hahaha."

Seeing Lin Yu's expression, Nokigao chuckled, and even Kaya, Shaluria, and the others burst into laughter.

"I'll deal with you later."

Throwing down the threat, Lin Yu took Kaya and Machino away from the bow, carried by the wind to the lighthouse shore, and smiled at Crocus:

"Grandpa Flower, my little ship's medic wants to learn Medical Arts from you—do you have any conditions?"

Hearing Lin Yu call her "little ship's medic," Kaya blushed and said to Crocus:

"Grandpa Flower, if you're unwilling, just forget we mentioned it."

He not only possesses the strength of a great swordsman and the ability to control ships, but also has control over wind?

This young man is truly not simple!

Crocus, seeing the air currents swirling around Lin Yu and recalling the newspaper's description of him, narrowed his eyes, then turned and walked back into the lighthouse.

Not long after, Crocus emerged carrying a large stack of books.

"These are all my medical notes—they should help you."

"Take them and go. Don't disturb an old man's rest."

After saying this, Crocus returned directly to the sunshade beside the lighthouse and lay down on his reclining chair.

"Thank you, Grandpa Flower."

Hearing this, Kaya eagerly thanked Crocus repeatedly, then turned to Machino: "Machino sister, please help me."

"Mm." Machino nodded, walked to the pile of books, and stored them all in her storage cabinet.

This ability is quite convenient.

Crocus, seeing Machino's ability, raised an eyebrow.

As Roger's ship medic, he knew very well how vital Machino's ability was to a pirate crew.

Many pirate crews weren't captured by the Marines or killed by enemies—they simply ran out of supplies before reaching the next island and died of starvation and thirst.

So Machino's ability to store items is crucial to every pirate crew.

"Grandpa Flower, thank you."

Then Kaya thanked Crocus once more before returning to the Shen Nu with Lin Yu.

"Let's go. Target: Whiskey Shanfeng."

Lin Yu returned to the Shen Nu, raised sail again, and headed toward his destination.

The Shen Nu, as a Celestial Dragon's flagship, was their tool for traveling the world and carried permanent compasses for most islands in the Grand Line.

So permanent compasses for Alabasta, Whiskey Shanfeng, and other locations were already aboard the Shen Nu—no delay needed now.

This journey to Alabasta, besides "picking up" Princess Vivi aboard.

The several Devil Fruits from Baroque Works were also Lin Yu's targets.

The Explosion Fruit belonging to Mr. Nosehair seemed perfect for Nokigao.

Moreover, Miss Valentine Miquita, Miss Double Fingers Sara, and Miss Huang Jinzhou Marianno were all targets to join Lin Yu's crew.

Whiskey Shanfeng houses a Baroque Works base and intelligence network.

So Lin Yu planned to go there to gather information on their whereabouts.

According to the original story's explanation.

After Crocodile was defeated by the main group, all members were captured.

Only the three—Miss Huang Jinzhou, Miss Valentine, and Mr. Explosion—who had been defeated earlier in the Garden escaped.

Later, the three secretly broke into the prison and successfully rescued everyone except Crocodile, Daz, Xiao Feng, and Number 3, then opened a coffee shop in the desert.

Only by finding the location of their coffee shop could Lin Yu capture Miquita and the others, then upgrade his pirate crew to Level Two and unlock more functions and positions.

The only problem was that Lin Yu didn't know how far Miss Huang Jinzhou had progressed, so he planned to first visit Whiskey Shanfeng.

Not long after.

Guided by the permanent compass, Lin Yu's Shen Nu spotted two enormous cactus peaks.
