Chapter 321: Evil Dragon

"Where is she?" Chen Fan could not help but be startled.

Just now, he had been shocked by the scene before him and had not paid attention to Diana on the side for a moment.

Now, realizing it too late, a bad premonition immediately arose.

At this moment, the pool water began to boil, and a huge sound erupted from within. The next moment, a massive black creature soared into the sky.

Roar! A huge sound similar to a dragon's chant came from its mouth.

It circled in the air, staring fixedly at Chen Fan by the water pool.

This was a black dragon!

The reason it was called a dragon-like creature and not a true Divine Dragon was because it had obvious differences from a Divine Dragon like Qingyou.

There was only a single horn on the top of its head, and its abdomen only had one pair of claws.

At this very moment, it stared tightly at the human who had intruded into its territory, its eyes filled with chilling murderous intent.

Chen Fan looked up at the black dragon above his head, feeling secretly alarmed.

This black dragon far exceeded an ordinary Seventh Stage Late Phase, its momentum pushing toward Seventh-Order Peak!

Chen Fan quietly retreated; he did not intend to provoke this fellow, even though there were many Soul Spirit Fruits here.

However, this black dragon sniffed the scent of Qingyou remaining on Chen Fan, its eyes filled with unparalleled madness.

Roar! With a heaven-shaking roar, the black dragon spat out a terrifying stream of Water from its mouth to attack Chen Fan.

This stream of Water carried an intent of extreme cold; wherever it passed, the air was frozen solid.

Chen Fan had nowhere to hide, so he blocked with the Wild Thunder Shield in front of him.

The powerful stream of Water crashed forward, shattering the Wild Thunder Shield after a moment, and the water surged toward Chen Fan.

Fortunately, his movement technique was powerful enough that he forcibly twisted his body and narrowly avoided it.

The next moment, a pale gray energy wave was emitted from the single horn on the black dragon's head.

The energy wave spread rapidly through the Space; wherever it passed, the Space rippled.

Chen Fan immediately felt a splitting headache!

He clutched his head tightly, and cold sweat instantly broke out on his forehead.

This was a Soul attack!

At this time, if the Heaven Soul Bead that Ye Wusheng had given him were still there, he could have used it to resist this Soul attack.

But that precious Heaven Soul Bead had shattered long ago during his battle with Matthew.

At that time, the moment before Matthew died, he had launched a Soul-Devouring Needle; if the Heaven Soul Bead hadn't helped Chen Fan block most of the damage, Chen Fan's Soul would likely have been more than just heavily injured.

Thus, one could see the terror of that Soul-Devouring Needle!

At this moment, Chen Fan had a premonition that his Soul would be heavily injured again if he could not hold on for long.

But right now, facing this invisible and intangible attack, he had no means to respond.

"I can only try the Nine Nether Divine Thunder!"

Chen Fan intended to treat a dead horse as a living one; he prepared to use the roaring sound of the Nine Nether Divine Thunder to counter this Soul attack.

With a thought, the Nine Nether Divine Thunder surged within his body, and at the same time, the sound of thunder rang out.

The gray ripples in the air did indeed change their propagation trajectory slightly under the interference of the thunderous sound.

But this was far from enough!

Chen Fan began to accelerate the frequency of the Thunder's agitation; when the thunderous sound became urgent to a certain degree, it actually formed black energy waves in the air as well.

For a time, he actually managed to withstand the Soul attack launched by the black dragon.

Chen Fan could not help but secretly rejoice that what he had mastered was the Nine Nether Divine Thunder.

Seeing that its trump card was ineffective against Chen Fan, the black dragon roared and flew down from the sky, charging toward Chen Fan!

The opponent's speed was extremely fast; he could not escape and had no choice but to bite the bullet and fight it head-on.

The two clashed and fought in the air!

Chen Fan's Space Locking Divine Ability was now perfect; although he could not fly through the air like a Grandmaster, relying on the Space Locking Divine Ability, he could still exert his full strength while fighting in the air!

This black dragon was very strong, but it was impossible to take Chen Fan down in a short time.

Just as the man and the dragon were fighting in the air, Diana's figure quietly emerged from behind a rock.

Watching the great battle in the air, she could not help but reveal a hint of triumph.

"Chen Fan, just stay here obediently and help me hold off this evil dragon. Once this Princess obtains that treasure, I will come back to help you."

Muttering to herself, Diana dove into the water pool.

The Silver Wing Armor behind her acted like two fish fins, carrying her as she dove rapidly toward the depths.

The moment Diana entered the water was captured by Chen Fan; he knew he had been tricked by Diana and was instantly furious.

"There must be something good under this water!" Chen Fan also wanted to go into the water to check, but at this moment, facing this black dragon, he could not get away at all.

"I can't let her have it cheap." Chen Fan felt ruthless in his heart, and the next moment he spent ten million Killing Points to redeem the Void Heaven-Splitting Blade.

He prepared to kill this black dragon by force.

Once the Void Heaven-Splitting Blade appeared, the black dragon was instantly alarmed.

It looked warily at the large blade in Chen Fan's hand and took the initiative to retreat for a moment.

"Hm?" Chen Fan could not help but be surprised; this beast's vigilance was so strong.

"Kill!" Chen Fan took the initiative to seek battle, yet the black dragon soared into the sky rapidly, widening the distance between it and Chen Fan.

Because the dragon's speed was too fast, Chen Fan could not catch up at all.

Chen Fan tried repeatedly but could not get close to the black dragon.

Seeing that ten seconds were about to pass, Chen Fan hardened his heart and threw the Void Heaven-Splitting Blade out.

The Void Heaven-Splitting Blade flew toward the black dragon, piercing straight into the clouds.

The black flood dragon dodged quickly.

At this moment, Chen Fan did not look back and plunged headfirst into the pool of Water below.

After entering the Water, Chen Fan swam rapidly toward the bottom.

However, due to the resistance of the Water, his speed was extremely slow compared to Diana.

"Qingyou!" Chen Fan's thoughts stirred, and he summoned Qingyou directly.

Dragons have excellent aquatic nature, and Qingyou was no exception.

Chen Fan grabbed Qingyou's dragon horns and swam rapidly toward the bottom of the Water.

The depth of this pool of Water actually exceeded one thousand meters!

He dove all the way to the bottom without discovering any trace of Diana.

Chen Fan looked at the spring eye at the bottom of the Water, and a thought flashed through his mind.

"Could it be that Diana dove into the spring eye?"

With this thought, Chen Fan no longer hesitated and dove in together with Qingyou.

After passing through this spring eye, there was a huge underground river.

Chen Fan scanned his surroundings and saw Diana from afar, moving rapidly through the Water.

At this time, Diana was holding a dial in her hand, and she was swimming rapidly in the direction the needle pointed.

"Qingyou, chase after her!" Chen Fan urged hurriedly.

The Silver Wing Armor behind Diana moved at an extremely fast speed in the Water; at Qingyou's speed, they could only be left far behind.

But it was precisely because they were trailing far behind that Diana had not discovered Chen Fan.

For an Ability User like Chen Fan, not breathing for a short period of time was not a problem at all.

After the man and the dragon had been traveling underwater for 10 minutes, a riverbed finally appeared before them. Of course, this was still underground!

At this time, Diana had already reached the shore; she lowered her head to glance at the dial and continued forward, and soon a cave appeared before her.

Diana's face immediately showed joy, and she quickly dove inside.

Two minutes later, Chen Fan also reached the shore; he did not hesitate in the slightest and quickly dove inside.

Moving forward along the tunnel for one hundred meters, the Space before him suddenly opened up.

The Space here was about over one thousand cubic meters, and apart from a withered skeleton, there was nothing else!

At this time, Diana was leaning over to examine the withered skeleton!
