Chapter 609: Plotting Pixar

That evening, Jobs attended the Yang family's high-standard reception.

A barbecue family dinner with Western characteristics.

Mao Ying knew that Jobs liked Bruce Lee.

Yang Qing also called those two people over.

Jackie Chan knew Bruce Lee was coming to attend the Yang family's family dinner, and he himself came over as a disciple of Chen Hong.

The dinner was very warm.

It really felt as comfortable as being with family.

It gave Jobs's lonely soul deep solace.

Three martial artists also taught Jobs some martial arts moves.

At that moment, Jobs discovered that the Yang family actually everyone knew kung fu.

Yang Fan could even spar with Bruce Lee back and forth.

Yang Fan's sister was not the slightest bit weaker than Mao Ying.

After Yang Fan's performance, he curiously asked.

"Yang, are all Daxia people knowledgeable in kung fu?"

Yang Fan denied.

"Of course not."

"In Daxia, those who know martial arts are also few."

"Out of a hundred people, there are only a few."

"Our Yang family knows martial arts because our mother is from a martial arts lineage."

"So our Yang family can also be considered half a martial arts family."

"The Supreme Ultimate Hall in Yingjiang now was actually opened by my mother."

"Before, because there were too few disciples, there were very few Supreme Ultimate Halls opened."

"These years, the disciples of the Supreme Ultimate Hall have gradually graduated, so there are now more."

At this point, Jackie Chan interjected.

"The Supreme Ultimate Hall is now very formidable; Boxing King Hongyi and his fellow disciples are all from our Supreme Ultimate Fitness Hall."

Jobs didn't really understand martial arts world affairs, but the appearance of the Boxing King immediately raised the prestige.

He couldn't help but feel reverent.

"Yang, your whole family is like this!"

He even raised his thumb to the sky.

The Yang family cannot be understood; the more you understand, the more shocked you become.

Jackie Chan also shared in the honor.

He was extremely excited.

Now he is already an international star.

Besides the Immortal Gods Code, he also filmed several other movies.

Among them there were also Hollywood blockbusters.

The response was quite good.

Moreover, as the alliance developed, the Asian market grew larger and larger.

Gangdao's film industry also received tremendous support.

Not counting Azure Rainbow Media, a year would also see one or two blockbusters.

Moreover, as the market expanded, the negotiating advantages of Yingjiang and Ouluoba also grew larger and larger.

The Western world's market also had to open more benefits to the alliance.

So Jackie Chan's bowl is now quite big.

Jobs also felt it was solemn and high-standard.

The next day, he went to Tesla Industries.

Mark also came back; Yang Fan, seeing him, let him jointly receive Jobs.

Seeing Mark, Jobs also excitedly gave him a hug.

Tesla Industries has a large amount of industrial automation research.

Here one can also see the shadows of many global machinery manufacturers.

They are all having Tesla help with functional development.

Although developing oneself is better, Tesla's template is more comprehensive and powerful.

They can develop their own control system based on the Wandering Dragon Industrial Platform, also refer to the Wandering Dragon System, and develop a full suite of services themselves.

The Wandering Dragon System is very open to all major manufacturers.

If someone conducts in-depth research, they will discover that Tesla is promoting industrial standardization.

But now Tesla's global influence is very low, and its market share is being suppressed by others to an unacceptable degree.

There are too many substitutes, so it also fails to raise others' vigilance.

Jobs didn't pay much attention to that; what he cared about was the stability of Divine Might.

He wants to build a workstation; system stability is very important.

Yang Fan was very generous, opening many patented technologies to him.

With these technologies, his workstation foundation became solid.

As for the system, he has his own pride; he disdains to steal the Wandering Dragon's teachings.

He stayed at Tesla for half a month straight, and Qiao Busi gained a lot.

Just like when Yang Qing was at Apple before.

Qiao Busi also voluntarily signed an industrial computer non-compete agreement.

Knowing Qiao Busi was leaving, Yang Qing made time and brought him to several gatherings.

Yang Qing introduced him as a younger generation.

This allowed Qiao Busi to meet many people.

This was very helpful for promoting his workstation.

Regarding this, Qiao Busi was deeply moved, feeling full of family warmth.

The final night.

Yang Qing held another farewell banquet.

While resting in the garden, Yang Qing, like caring for a junior, asked Qiao Busi what help he needed.

Qiao Busi repeatedly said no.

His gains this time were already enough.

Yang Qing felt it was about time and revealed his purpose.

"I heard from Yang Fan that you want to take over Lucas's animation department?"

"Qiao Busi was first surprised, then understood what it meant—Lucas's background is the Yang Family."

"Lucas wants to sell the animation department—how could the Yang Family not know?"

"Qiao Busi didn't hide anything and admitted:"

"Yes, Uncle, but I'm not interested in animation; I'm interested in their specialized computers, the Pixar computers designed specifically for making animation."

"That's a great branch."

Yang Qing nodded.

"Lucas wants to give up the animation department because it doesn't make money."

"I originally wanted to move the animation department to Gangdao."

"Because Azure Rainbow Media wants to enter the computer animation market."

"But the relevant employees are all from Yingjiang, which would cause them a lot of trouble."

"It could even cause some people to quit and become unemployed."

"Now if you take it over, you can solve this problem."

"I can hand over the animation department to you; Azure Rainbow Media will take only 30% of the shares, and the rest will go to you and the other veteran employees."

"But I also want to set up an animation department in Gangdao; mutual competition would be irrational."

"So I want the animation department to set up a subsidiary in Gangdao, with Azure Rainbow Media taking 70% of the shares of that subsidiary."

"What do you think?"

Qiao Busi felt embarrassed for a moment.

"Uncle, it's unnecessary; the animation department is just my little idea."

Yang Qing shook his head.

"Shi Difu, you're professional, so I'm entrusting him to you."

"Rather than moving the animation department to Gangdao and causing many to quit, it's better to keep it in Yingjiang."

"With your leadership, I think it will develop even better."

"With your technology sharing, Gangdao here can also develop its own animation business."

"This is a perfect decision."

"This would let you make use of your expertise while also solving Azure Rainbow Media's problem."

Qiao Busi looked at Yang Fan helplessly.

Yang Fan said directly.

"Don't be polite; things are best placed in the hands of those who can make full use of their abilities."

"If you find it a hot potato, just invest a bit more."

Yang Qing then said.

"It does need investment; that would help his independent operation and development."

"Like this, I'll invest another ten million."

Qiao Busi firmly refused.

"No, I don't agree, Uncle; I have money, so I'll invest myself."

"I've already gotten a company for free; asking for investment too would be shameless."

Seeing Qiao Busi take the bait and agree,

Yang Qing didn't even check the time and directly called Lucas.

Ring ring.

Lucas answered the call.

"Yang, what's up? Hurry up and say it—I'm busy!"

Yang Qing pursed his lips, not knowing what he was busy with.

"You're not giving up the animation department; your nephew's brother wants it."

"Right, his name is Shi Difu, Qiao Busi."

"Yes, he's the boss of Apple Company."

"Just split it up and then hand it over to him."

Alright, you're too talkative; I'll make up the money for you.

You're really money‑grubbing.

Lucas, if you don't work harder, the Industrial Light Demon will be left so far behind by Gangdao that you won't even see its shadow.

Just move the Industrial Light Demon's headquarters to Gangdao.
