Chapter 80: Drink more hot water!

However, even if the data looked a bit like it was faked, the instruments in their hands wouldn't lie to them, and the five doctors came to Xiao Yi's side with his physical examination report.

"Everyone, there's no problem with my body, right?"

Although he knew that there wouldn't be any problems with his body, seeing the doctors come over, Xiao Yi still asked with a smile.

"Xiao Shen, rest assured, there is not a single problem; it's even healthy to an excessive degree. Congratulations, Xiao Shen, we have unanimously rated your physical condition as Grade A."

"Grade A?"

Hearing this, Xiao Yi didn't feel much, but it surprised Shen Mengsan on the side.

He then trotted over to look at the physical examination report in Dr. Shen's hand.

In fact, the program team not only evaluated the physical condition of the contestants but also performed physical examinations on members of the rescue team like them.

He naturally knew how rare the Grade A the doctors mentioned was.

Among so many people in their rescue team who had physical exams, not one was Grade A; this man who had participated in the wilderness program for thirty days was actually Grade A, which made him feel it was unbelievable.

Even Shen Mengsan's first reaction after hearing this was, "This must be fake!"

Blood pressure: 128/78 (Normal)

Blood sugar: 5.5 (Normal)

Blood lipids: 2.0 (Normal)

Vision: 5.1 (Normal)

Hearing: Subjective testing method (Normal)

When he finished looking at the data, which was all normal, Shen Mengsan was also somewhat speechless.

This was the template for a healthy human, right? He was a university student! He didn't even have myopia.

Of course, it wasn't just Shen Mengsan who saw Xiao Yi's physical examination report; the audience in the broadcast room also saw it, and they immediately started discussing it in silence.

"Damn, what's the situation with Xiao Shen? His body is even healthier than mine?"

"Haha, brother, did you overestimate yourself?"

"But Xiao Shen's physique is surprisingly good!"

"Can't say surprisingly good, can only say that the physique of many of us now is not good, which instead set off that Xiao Shen's body is surprisingly good."

"That's right, Xiao Shen is in the true state of health; most of us live in a sub-healthy state."

"No way! Life pressure is high, want to lie down and not move, can't put down mobile phones and computers; it would be strange if we weren't sub-healthy. Anyway, I'm hopeless."

"Haha, brother speaks the truth; I've also laid flat. Sub-healthy is sub-healthy!"

"But Xiao Shen has survived in the wilderness challenge for thirty days and can still have such physical examination data; it's really somewhat unreasonable."

"Haha, look at Xiao Shen's strength and speed; it's nothing strange for his physique to be awesome. This might be the kind of heaven-defying physique born in fantasy novels."

Of course, since Xiao Yi was rated as Grade A, he naturally didn't need to worry about being eliminated due to his physical condition.

Afterward, the five members of the medical team prepared to head toward the next contestant.

Just before leaving, Shen Mengsan trotted to Xiao Yi and asked in a low voice.

"Little brother, how do you maintain your body to achieve such perfect data? Do you have any good health methods?"

Hearing this, Xiao Yi glanced at him, thought for a moment, and said.

"Drink more hot water!"

Shen Mengsan: "..."

"Are you serious, kid?"

"Yes!"

"Pfft!"

The doctors on the side also heard the conversation between the two and couldn't help but laugh out loud.

Afterward, they looked at Shen Mengsan and explained, "Captain Shen, what Xiao Shen just said is not wrong. Drinking more hot water can indeed promote blood circulation, expand the capillaries of the stomach wall, help digestion, and is beneficial to physical health."

"Haha! God-like 'drink more hot water', Wang Youze, drink more hot water!"

"Qin Ling, drink more hot water!"

"Wu Jing, drink more hot water!"

"Xiao Shen is a true god!"

Seeing the doctors say this, the broadcast room also became lively, all filled with the sound of "drink more hot water."

Even the guests in the main broadcast room couldn't help but laugh, except for Bear Grylls, who looked confused.

Soon, the medical team left Xiao Yi and headed toward the 8th contestant, Liu Hong.

Since the 7th and 9th contestants, Wu De and Zhong Yicheng, had already been eliminated, there were only two female comrades left who hadn't received a physical examination.

However, the final results of their data were quite good.

Except for Liu Hong's blood pressure being a bit high and blood sugar being a bit low, everything else was barely within the normal level, and the five members of the medical team finally evaluated her as Grade B.

Being able to maintain such a healthy state was definitely closely related to her years of wilderness experience.

As for Liu Hong, she was also very satisfied with her current physical condition and was naturally full of confidence for the final grand prize.

The last one to receive the physical examination was Jiang Yiyi in the 10th broadcast room; because this sister was from the southernmost part of the motherland, she caught a cold when the first heavy snow arrived because she couldn't adapt.

However, fortunately, she was prepared in advance, and this preparation helped her get over this hurdle.

Two days later, her cold showed signs of improvement, and now there was no major problem at all.

Seeing the medical team arrive, she was naturally very happy; after a physical examination, it was found that except for her body temperature being lower due to environmental factors, other values were basically normal.

Although some data was indeed slightly higher than the normal index, the doctors believed it was caused by the wilderness environment and was within a controllable range.

Finally, based on her various indicators, they gave her a Grade B; in fact, when rating her, the doctors had disagreements.

Three thought it could be Grade B, two thought her physical condition was on the high side of Grade B and could be given a Grade C, but in the end, the minority obeyed the majority.

Of course, whether it was Grade B or Grade C, it didn't hinder her from continuing to participate in the competition.

Soon, this physical examination was over; except for Xiao Yi's physical examination report being somewhat unexpected, the audience could actually guess seven or eight out of ten of the others' reports.

After all, this program had been going on for a month today; in this wilderness, everyone's physical condition was definitely closely related to the food they obtained and their mental state.

The audience also saw the performance of each contestant in the broadcast room.

Of course, Xiao Yi naturally didn't know this; after the medical team left, Xiao Yi took out his lure.

The rabbit-seeking journey had naturally come to an end for now; next, he was going to start his food storage journey.

After all, the weather would only get colder, and when the lake surface was completely frozen, it would be even harder to find food in Ryan Lake.

"Hei Dan, come with me; Gou Dan, watch the house as usual!"

"Roar!"

At this time, Xiao Yi said, and upon hearing this, Hei Dan roared excitedly.

In Hei Dan's consciousness, as long as it could go out with Xiao Yi, it would definitely be able to harvest some prey.

As for Gou Dan, it was used to the role of watching the house; it didn't have the vitality of its stupid younger brother, and in such cold weather, it was naturally better to lie in the bear den.

Moreover, these past few days, it had again faintly smelled that guy's scent; it seemed that guy still hadn't given up.
