"Uncle Niu, are you okay?"

"Uncle Niu, how could you possibly be in trouble! Even Wang Chongyang is no match for you, Uncle Niu!"

"Uncle Niu, is what you said true?"

"Gasp~ Of course it's true! If you keep learning martial arts from you, Uncle Niu, Uncle Niu guarantees you'll become the second in the world!"

"Then why can't Jing'er become the number one in the world?"

"You, Uncle Niu, are the number one in the world!"

"Oh."

After drinking and eating to satisfaction, Niu Dingtian staggered out of the big tent, following Guo Jing with occasional stops, and after only a few steps arrived at a felt shelter.

The felt shelter was hastily erected by Guo Jing and his mother Li Ping in the snow while the others were drinking.

"Uncle Niu, don't stay crouched; it's cold outside, go inside quickly, Jing'er also wants to go back to sleep."

At the doorway, Guo Jing urged his Uncle Niu, then turned and walked back.

"Uncle Niu, aren't you afraid of the cold! Alright, Jing'er, remember to learn martial arts from Uncle Niu!"

"Got it! Uncle Niu."

After Guo Jing left, Niu Dingtian slowly rose to his feet, opened his mouth and inhaled a deep breath of cold air, feeling a little more awake.

He lifted the tent flap and stepped inside; a fire pit was already lit, and on the makeshift low bed lay two thick layers of cowhide blankets. To his surprise, Han Xiao Ying was at the bedside arranging the two quilts.

Such a thing is rare in the desert; could it be hers?

In the desert, nomadic herders usually have no permanent homes or lasting possessions; often the sleeves serve as pillows, the lower hem as a mattress, the large hem as a dustpan, the back hem as a cloak. Quilts, to some extent, remain a burden.

Niu Dingtian made no sound to disturb, merely standing behind, watching quietly.

The quilts were indeed Han Xiao Ying's; she worried Niu Dingtian wouldn't be used to the desert's cowhide blankets, so she had brought her own two cotton quilts early.

She had long noticed the movement at the doorway; after hearing the sound of someone entering, her hand's motion paused slightly, but seeing no one speak or step, she hesitated to turn back, feeling a bit fearful; gradually, her hand's movement grew stiff.

Why isn't he speaking?

What is he doing?

Han Xiao Ying felt a bit nervous, suddenly feeling as if a heavy breath pressed on her chest, making it hard to breathe.

Niu Dingtian was originally just watching quietly; every move she made felt warm to him.

But the warmth from the stove was relentless, heating him so that the alcohol in his body began to surge; as he gazed at her curved, graceful silhouette, the heat in his belly rose gradually.

Driven by desire, he couldn't help but lift his foot, moving ever closer.

Han Xiao Ying heard the approaching footsteps behind her, felt her heart rise to her throat, and even her hand's motion stopped; she bent stiffly, standing there.

"You… you go to sleep early! I… I'll go first!"

In a panic, she quickly tossed out a sentence, then abruptly turned to leave.

But Niu Dingtian had already stepped beside her; when Han Xiao Ying turned, she collided hard, yet before her body could fall back, she was tightly embraced.

Being held warmly felt like adding oil to fire; Han Xiao Ying was dizzy from the breath, and before she could react, Niu Dingtian forcefully kissed her, their lips catching her off guard, forcing her to passively accommodate his domineering advance.

"Mmm."

After her protests proved useless, she gradually became aroused, her mind clouded, and finally she slowly closed her eyes and folded her arms.

As the warm palms roamed over her body, she suddenly jolted, feeling as if her soul were about to be pulled out, then drifted away.

But that teasing big hand seemed too greedy, still unsatisfied, continuing its reckless assault, delving deeper layer by layer, eventually climbing toward the snowy peak.

Niu Dingtian gasped heavily, reaching out unimpeded; just as he felt softness in his hand, his heart surged, but Han Xiao Ying instantly snapped awake and violently broke free.

The two breathed rapidly, gazing at each other; after they gradually calmed, the faint sound of a needle dropping could be heard inside the tent.

"Your quilt?"

After calming his emotions, Niu Dingtian glanced at the cotton quilt on the bed, broke the silence, and gently spoke to Han Xiao Ying.

"Hmm."

After the youthful passion faded from her pretty face, a blush still lingered on her neck and cheek; she answered in a mosquito‑like voice, lowered her head, and slowly tidied her disheveled clothes, feeling a bit annoyed at her own lack of resolve earlier.

"Then what will you cover yourself with at night?"

Niu Dingtian continued to ask.

"A cowhide blanket."

Han Xiao Ying replied softly, head down.

"No way!"

Niu Dingtian reacted fiercely; such a fragrant beauty wrapped in a cowhide blanket might as well be smothering out her scent.

Han Xiao Ying was a bit stunned, couldn't help raising her head, glanced at his disdainful gaze, and after reading his meaning, felt both amused and exasperated.

"Let's talk together tonight."

Seeing the chance, Niu Dingtian quickly stepped forward, took her small hand, and said softly.

Han Xiao Ying hesitated after hearing, but seeing his eager expression, she couldn't bring herself to refuse.

At this moment, Niu Dingtian's gaze was pitiful, his face pleading, far from the arrogant aura he had when he defeated the Northern Beggar.

He seemed like a

pitiful child begging for milk.

Han Xiao Ying wrestled with herself for a while, then thought and prepared to set a condition, speaking:

"Then you must not."

"I guarantee it in the name of Confucius!"

Before she could finish, Niu Dingtian didn't hesitate and solemnly promised.

Seeing this, Han Xiao Ying felt a little relieved and gently nodded.

Confucius is a saint, the supreme teacher of scholars; Niu Dingtian has studied the classics, so she believes he would hardly dare to break his word.

Niu Dingtian, seeing Han Xiao Ying's assent, pinched her soft, boneless little hand and then led her to the bedside.

He glanced at the two blankets on the bed, swiftly bent down, spread one on the bed while leaving the other, and after finishing, asked Han Xiao Ying beside him:

"Shall we talk while sitting on the bed, or while lying on the bed?"

Han Xiao Ying heard this, her pretty face flushed again, her little hand clenched tightly, feeling somewhat uneasy.

She never said she would talk on the bed.

Just as she was about to speak, Niu Dingtian, after a moment's deliberation, quickly said:

"It's cold, let's talk while lying down."

Having just said that, he quickly took off his shoes, leapt onto the bed, and then stared eagerly at Han Xiao Ying.

Seeing that expression, Han Xiao Ying, just as she was about to speak, choked the words in her throat.

After a moment of hesitation, she slowly took off her shoes, and just as she sat on the bedside, Niu Dingtian seized her and laid her flat on the bed.

"You said."

Han Xiao Ying, frightened and about to gasp, found that Niu Dingtian made no further move, only held her tightly and pulled up the blanket to cover her.

Then, all that could be heard were each other's heavy breaths.

Deleted and reposted; cherish it, and I don't know if it will be reviewed again.
